Got home from work and my water stopped working. Was trying to call every place that I could think of that deals with wells. Called this place around 8pm on a Sunday. left a message thinking they would be in tomorrow morning. Returned my call a hour later. Had an employee at my house by 8:30 am on Monday the very next mor. Only had no water for less than 12 hours because of these guys. The tech they sent out was super helpful. He was super knowledgeable, and professional. Also super personable. I’m confident with the final project and I feel confident if life happens and something goes wrong they will be out here to fix it.

So glad that I called Bapst. Within 24 hours Eddie was able to come out with help and diagnosed the issue with our well pump. Though it wasn't an easy job at 220ft deep and PVC pipe, Eddie had it pulled and replaced in no time. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through every step. I couldn't have asked for a better company to help. Honest company with fair pricing. They have earned a customer for life.

What a stroke of luck that we were referred to Bapst Water Well Drilling when our water went kaput. It really says something when a competitor who was overbooked referred us to Bapst, sure we would receive great service. Dave Bapst has much knowledge - and knows how to calm a frantic older woman who has no water on a hot day in August! You can see Dave's style in his great team of workers!! Eddie and Arturo came out and had us fixed up and the water back on in a mere hour and a half - and we have an old well that requires working in a pit! Totally professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, and excellent service at a fair price.

If you are looking for someone to work on your well, you found them. These are some very reliable, most professional contractors ive ever dealt with, and just good people! We lost water unexpectedly. We called them and they showed up right away. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it the same day and WE GOT WATER! And when everything was said and done they didn’t charge us an arm and a leg. Price was very honest and reasonable! We found our well contractor. I’d never call anybody else from now on. ASK FOR EDDIE!!!! He is very knowledgeable, courteous and just a kind human being! Thank me later.

Great experience. Called with an issue with our water pressure. Communication was great, they showed up on time, fixed the problem, and was cost effective. Arturo did a great job and was super friendly!

Start with a prompt, professional callback (not a common thing, as we learned). Then add two good guys who arrived on time (from distance), didn't try to upsell, addressed the problem, and cleaned up completely when they were done. When we needed a new water tank, we went back to Bapst, and the story was the same from start to finish...except they called ahead this time to ask if they could come early! Go to Bapst, ask for Eddie and Arturo, and look forward to thorough, professional, competitively priced service.

Fast forward to 8/6: Needed a new tank at my mother's house and knew exactly whom to call. Got the customary quick call back, got on the schedule...and then were really glad when they were able to come a week early. Had Eddie and Arturo again - did the job quickly, were respectful of my mom and thoughtful about her nice house, came in well under the estimate we were given by a competitor. Very satisfied with another good job.

Called Bapst because we had no water pressure . They came out quick and Arturo went above any beyond to change out our pressure tank. Price was very reasonable as well. I would highly recommend

After finding out my well had callasped I called around getting quotes of months to get a new well dug, I called Bapst and Kevin came out the next day and got things rolling. He was wonderful to work with! And the men that came out to drill got the job done quick. Thank you Bapst!!!

Alex is amazing. Our well water stopped running. We could tell that our well pump had stopped working. Called at 3:30pm. Within 45 minutes Alex was at our house and within two hours he had a new well pump and pressure tank (we’d be meaning to replace anyway) installed and working. Pricing was upfront. Options were given and explained. No pressure sales. Very happy with the work that was done and very appreciative of the fast service.

The guy that came out to our place to put the pump in was the best, they show up when they say and he went above and beyond by leveling more of the yard than he needed to. Was very friendly.

Eddie came to repair submersible pump on a Sunday in January, pulled the pump, which had disconnected from the pipe pump still good...a couple hours...paid a very reasonable price for the job. All good, would use again & recommend. Thanks Bapst Inc!!!

3-31: had the water valve at tank break off..called this morning, Anthro finished one job & came right out to fix my problem. Reasonable & excellent work...this company & it's people will do you right! Highly recommended...Thanks!!

Our well line ruptured and we were without water for ourselves or our livestock. I called 6 places who said they couldn’t do a repair for 2 weeks or who had voicemail that was full. When I called Bapst, I got to talk to a very nice real person and their service manager called me back immediately. Within 2 hours, a very polite and knowledgeable man (Alex) was there with his mini excavator and had completed the repair within a couple of hours. We have an old house so the repair was not an easy one. The price was extremely reasonable and they helped us when no one else would. I’d give them 6 stars if I could.

Arturo from Bapst was fantastic! I’ve never owned a well before, and he took the time to explain everything to me in a way I could understand. He did a pump test, pulled my well up 10 feet to help with sediment issues, and made sure I knew how the whole system works. Super professional, patient, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Bapst and especially Arturo!

My well pump went out on me. I called Bapst and they said they’d be out at noon. They came at 10 AM and three hours later they replaced my well pump and the electrical lines. They did a great job. I highly recommend these folks.

Arturo aka Alex and Jeremiah were AMAZING!!! They had great customer service skills, especially Alex! They were very informative and personable, they made great suggestions and gave much needed maintenance tips !!! We will absolutely rehire them for all of our well needs! I hired these guys for repair to my kitchen plumbing. The team was quick and very professional. The pricing was great, would definitely call them again!

Bait and switch. Buckeye came out, looked at my shower - didnt touch a thing - just looked and said they could fix it for $350, which was the best price Id found. Although there were two small caulking tasks in my home that my brother in law could easily fix, I asked if they wouldnt mind doing that since theyd be out here for my shower. One of the two plumbers returned on a following day and did the two small caulking tasks, took him 5 minutes (and he left dirt in my shower from his boots) Then he gets back to the shower, puts a wrench on something, and then tells me the job cant be done for 350, its now $6-700. I said I was not prepared to pay that and he wasnt able to do the job that day anyways (even though he went and sat in his truck for 20 minutes to make sure he got in his full hour for being at my home) and he said he'd knock 90 dollars off of the price for his visit that day. I should not have paid, but Im a first time homeowner and this was a younger guy and I didnt wanna cause a scene, so I paid. I followed up with the manager Noel after that, stating $260 was a lot to get caulk around a shower handle and Id be happy with a partial refund or whatever - I would have NEVER called them out to spend 260 dollars so they could tighten a pipe and put caulk around a shower handle. But Noel said because on the second day, the plumber put his wrench on the shower head and then realized he couldnt do anything, they were fair to charge me. So why didnt he simply put the wrench on the shower head when he came out the first time? This is bait and switch and a crooked way of doing business. If they offer you a really good price on something and then see an opportunity to take advantage of you, they will.
