Reviews of local pros in Orient, Ohio

They did a great job fixing what needed fixed. I would definitely use their services again.

Had a root clogging up the main drain line. Called on a Monday they came out Tuesday. First guy couldn't get through the root so a 2nd guy came with a heavy duty snake and got through. Price was excellent. They were here over 3 hours and 3 workers. Call Buckeye Plumbing & Drains not Eco or Rooto Rooters you will be happy you did.

Buckeye for HVAC annual maintenance was thorough and service beyond any HVAC service we’ve ever experienced. Technician Cullen Kelly explained every checkpoint he tested, which is really helpful to understand the fine points of an HVAC system. One of the best features of dealing with Buckeye is the ease of scheduling an appointment, via your phone, even on a weekend, and the system will get back to you with dates and times, very convenient, don’t have to wait for a person to answer a phone. Excellent overall

I had a great experience with Buckeye Plumbing and Drains. They were quick to respond, professional from start to finish, and got the job done right the first time. The technician explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with the work before proceeding. Fair pricing, honest service, and quality results—highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable plumber in the area!

I had a great Experience with the guy who came to fix just the drain plug in my shower. He was nice and did a great job. In replacing the drain plug it caused a leak. They came on a sunday fixed the problem.

Buckeye Plumbing and Drains came out to help with our septic tank. Noel and his team were amazing, knowledgeable, did a great job even with some tough roots in their way. Very awesome to work with great people. Highly recommend!

The technician was great and knowledgeable, but they charge $314 / hour, which is just an insane price for a plumber. He diagnosed our issue (a leaky faucet) but we paid like $340 for a 1 hour diagnostic visit. I would not recommend them for anything small.

This company is great. I had a unique situation that needed to be solved very quickly. Kevin, Jeff, and the whole team were beyond accommodating. This will be my go-to plumbing company go forward!

Recently had Buckeye Plumbing and Drains out to our newly purchased restaurant to get our grease traps up to speed and get started on a schedule for regular cleanings. We were able to schedule in very quickly, our plumber was super responsive to phone calls and our schedule, did the job very fast, was kind and friendly, great price, plus our traps look as good as new! I appreciate the great work they did and am glad they are the place we picked!

Prompt, informative and a good value for my money. We already have the next visit scheduled for grease interceptor cleaning in our commercial kitchen. Thank you.

They do a great job cleaning out septic tank. Reasonable pricing also. Usually there in 1 day or less

The technicians that came out were super professional and friendly. They helped tremendously on reviving an old septic tank and getting it running right again. Will definitely use their services again.

Buckeye Plumbing & Drains is absolutely wonderful. They are very professional, do wonderful work, are meticulous about their work and their pricing is great. I highly recommend them.

Trent came out within four hours of our first call. We had a clogged and "rocky" toilet but he cleared it, remounted it and we were good to go in an hour! He's a very pleasant young man and patient with my husband parking a chair nearby to chat (we are elderly) as he worked. A great sense of humor and well not hesitate to call Buckeye should we need help again. Thx, Deb & Dale Bryan, Amanda OH

Pumped septic tank. All good. Gave meaningful advice. Still have same problem. Gurgling and back up. Getting a 2nd opinion. You and can have Kevin or Noel call or email me.

Called and they came the next morning. Were in and out quickly and took care of the issue. Plumber was friendly. They were the second plumber I called after not having a great experience with the first company.

Response is very good. I Called Buckeye plumbing and drans and they came out to review the problem that day. They were very thorough in the review of our situation and gave us a fair price for the service provided. Excellent company.

I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for your exceptional work Buckeye did for us. From the first phone call to schedule our appointment, the text message for appointment reminders, text message "we are on our way" to the professional oversight of checking the entire septic system to emptying our septic tank.

Thank you from household.

The plumber that came out was very knowledgeable but the conversation was completely different from the report I received. I’m unsure why they don’t trust a plumber of 39 years or have him on staff if they don’t trust his experience.

I have tried to contact by phone for the past week with no response and email with no response. Very unprofessional.

I would not recommend, they promised something that they backtracked on after taking my money… “Customer Service” seems to be the culprit. I would love to get this resolved but so far they are ignoring me which is very bad business practice.

I'd called a few plumbers, trying to find someone to repair under my kitchen sink and install a new faucet, but no matter what they said, no one called back or came to fix it. The day after I called Buckeye Plumbing and Drains, a man was out here at 10:00 am. He was a nice man, and he didn't mind my asking him questions. I know the space he was working in was a tight fit, but he got the job done. The only bad thing was the poor man got his van stuck in my snowy drive! The next time I need any plumbing or drain work, I'll definitely call Buckeye Plumbing and Drains.

These guys were great. Someone came out right away and figured out the problem. Another two guys came out the next day and replaced our hot water heater. They were all very nice and professional. We have used them before and we will use them again.
