This company charged my bank account for services and will not answer the phone. Actually got the busy signal after redialing multiple times. I am in Texas and certainly did not purchase services in Ohio. This is fraud. Do not use their services.

Well I can tell you one thing…. they are a danger to society! The man driving the truck (with attached trailer) literally drove into the oncoming traffic completely because he was on his phone and didn’t even notice! What a great look.

This is the worst lawn care company we've ever had. They will spray weed killer on everything. Flower beds potted plants etc. Massive amts of dead grass in the yard due to not wanting to weed whack anything so they put weed killer down. Drive their mowers like it's a race track and have been asked to slow down repeatedly and don't stop even if people are walking by. I do not recommend this company unless you're home to watch every move they make

Did not even call back!!

Wind storm pulled our electric pole out and had live wires. They showed up 10 minutes after electric company cut the power and put a new pole in and redone the electric. Within the hour they had us taken care of. Very professional and courteous!! Thank you so much!! Highly recommend!!

I called them around 8:30ish this morning, told the man what happened and he said I would get a call back, and I did, the man got here fast and figured out the issue, fixed it fast, waiting for rhe bill to come will date on price when thay comes, but my tech qas super nice, answered all of my questions, and we even figured out we know the same people! So fat great experience with them and this was my first time using them.

I would recommend County Electric to anyone needing electrical work. Very good group of people with years of experience. Family business.

Every part of my experience was outstanding.
Within 2 days they had a technician at my home, and Within 10 minutes he had the problem analized and started the repairs.
Service of this high quality is very rare.

Easy 5 stars for the customer service and the actual work done. We had lost power in our living room, which caused a bit of a panic due to hosting guests in the next few days, meaning no lights, internet, tv, etc. I called 7 different companies in the area, only 2 answered my call, one being County Electric. The gentleman who answered the phone and took my information was so helpful. I stressed “the sooner the better”. A few hours later, they called and offered to come that afternoon. They were knowledgeable and made quick work of my issue.

I've used them multiple times over the years, they service my generator every 6 months. I had them rewire my electric panel after I had a contractor who made several errors in wiring new lines. And I had them run a new line for my washer dryer. They are timely, knowledgeable, and do really nice work. I highly recommend them for any electric work.

Keith Inbody and another employee, (didn't catch his name) started installing a whole house generator today. Keith has been here before, he's excellent as was his helper.

County Electric came to my 100+ year old home and did a rewire of the knob and tube. They replaced the wiring, installed new lighting in the basement, a new breaker box in our garage and an additional one in the basement as well as several new outlets throughout our home. They were quick, neat and exceptional in their professionalism and expertise. I highly recommend County Electric with your home needs. Brian and Noah were a fantastic team and even made the job enjoyable!

Always use Scott Wagner for all my plumbing heating and cooling needs. I had a google Nest thermostat installed this morning and like always the techs, in this case Hayden S, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Quick and easy walked us through all the setting and we’re 100% glad we do business with them.

I had great service and they explained clearly what the problem was with my furnace.

Nothing can be done until replacement blower fan is obtained. The gentleman who visited was very polite.
