Reviews of local pros in Ottawa, Ohio

Great service! They were able to send someone same day who fixed our until within an hour and had us back to warmth! The tech was knowledgeable and informative. Great price!

The service technicians installed a whole home humidifier onto our furnace duct work. There was a small issue with the thermostat, but they came back quickly and took care of the issue for us. I am very pleased with the product and quality of the service we received.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.
I had a leaking water pipe in my house and was promptly diagnosed and repaired.
I'm very impressed of how quick they responded to my emergency.
Very grateful for their professionalism!!

Not taking on any new customers

They finished in 20 minutes what my husband tried to do in six hours. Thanks!

Service was excellent. Johnny on the spot! I would recommend their service to anyone!

I wasn't able to use their service but the clerk was very courteous to find the service and recommendations I was needing.

Both sump pumps went out late on a Fri night... they had a guy over within 30 min when I called. Best shop around!

We’ve used this company a few times now, and every experience has been great. They are reliable, professional, and always do quality work. The pricing has been fair and transparent, which we really appreciate. They show up when they say they will, explain things clearly, and make sure the job is done right. It’s such a relief to have a company we can trust and confidently call back whenever we need plumbing or heating work. Highly recommend!

Always fast and friendly great service.
