Worst experience I have ever had with any business. A simple clogged toilet is entering its 4th week and still not fixed. The most BASIC of issues and their “plumber” could not identify the problem. Literally was like “I don't know what this is, I have know idea what’s happening here.” The plumber had to call tech support… which he referred to as “Habib” over and over again.
The plumber then had to take it to Manufacturer Supply in Glandorf and ask them what was wrong with it. Mind you we are in the 4th week of this nonsense…. And we STILL don’t have a functioning toilet or shower. We have also had this “plumber scheduled 3 different times to be out to finish, and something comes up every time and we get pushed back. This will be our one and ONLY time doing business with this company. DISAPPOINTED is not a big enough word.

The visit was just a preliminary diagnostics visit. Hayden was very polite and informed me of the issue and what it would cost. I’ll give a full review when the project is complete

Marty and Ethan did a fantastic job. They came on time and they fixed all of my issues (all which were someone else's mistakes).My water is no longer black and my shower drain is quiet when my washing machine is draining! And they got it all done (and a couple of other things)in less time then I expected (which equals less expense for me). I am beyond happy. I will be calling on Wagner Plumbing and Heating again when I need them.

Furnace and Central air. Showed up next day for estimate, and we're on time. Installation was on time. Texted before arriving and everything was done clean and professional. I also called for an estimate from a Defiance Ohio company with 73 plus years in business and they were a no call, no show. It made it pretty simple to choose Scott, Wagner, plumbing and heating.

Chose this company based on reviews, and due to their familiarity with Carrier A/C systems. They were very attentive to my plumbing issue and squeezed us in for an appointment in under 24-hrs. - even though I was out of county. They were prompt, professional and had everything necessary for the job on arrival. Also pointed out potential issues that may be of concern down the road. A+

Josh and another guy came, they had to auger out the sink and toilet in one of the bathrooms because they were clogged up. They also ran a new water line to the refrigerator ice machine. They did a great job, very professional, knew what they were doing, and kept us updated on everything. Will definitely use them again.
