This LOCATION. I was super amazed!!! I needed so much done to my home before actually being able to move in an they were the perfect choice! Everyone was super friendly,very professional. They let me know what exactly was needing to be done as they were doing it! They even arrived 15 minutes earlier!!! They are definitely about their job an company ! I wish I could give them 10 stars!

Jeremy and the cleaning ladies (they should all get a raise!!) were the standout stars of this business. Hopefully this place values them as employees. The owner Matt Koster and office manager need to work on better communication flow within their business in my opinion. Matt did reach out to discuss our issues and we worked things out in the end.

Kyle was great to work with on the customer assistance side. The two cleaners, mary and Stacy did a fantastic job on our furniture and wall. Would 100% recommend asking for these employees

I had SERVPRO Construction repair some water damage from a roof leak. Brandin Schmidt and his crew did a great job. Left the place looking better than before the damage occurred. I'd utilized their services again in a heartbeat!

The ServPro tens came in and worked very hard to get the tear out done in a day and removed all of the debris. The next day was cleaning and they were extremely thorough along with dehumidification machine setup. It’s all dry and clean now. Thanks ServPro!:-)

I had a water loss in my home due to the roof leak and it affected the home so baldly that it was not livable and throughout the process with my insurance carrier, it was a challenge and I was feeling overwhelmed, but when Construction Operations Mgr and his team were able to get an estimate written after the water loss had been dealt with, they were very helpful in walking us through the process and helping guide us with selecting finishes to replace all the damaged and remove items from the home. We never thought it was going to be something we likes. I can honestly say that we love our home now more than we did when we moved in to our home last year. The office mgmt. was great, they didn't always answer the phone calls or the messages, but were always quick in getting back to us! They handled every step of the process of rebuilding my home, going so far as to deal with our adjuster on our behalf as we felt it would be best coming from the contractor as they knew what they were talking about.

The office mgmt. helped a ton, but the best part of the process was that they let me know when they would start, and it started that very same day. Looking back, we were not the easiest clients to deal with as we were highly stressed due to the process of dealing with the insurance company was so challenging but when SERVPRO's Construction Division got involved, they took care of everything and were in constant contact with us and our insurance company.

We highly recommend these guys to do any work dealing with insurance and also as we were so highly impressed, we had them do additional work in the home as we figured we would try them out on a non insurance remodel as Brandon said that they would be glad to give us a price an additional work. They were not the cheapest but they were more than fair when it came to pricing. I would gladly use them again in my home and have already given several of my friends and family the contact information for the head of the construction department due to the professionalism and promptness, communication skills, and also their field crew that was running the job were very kind, accommodating and knowledgeable. This was the best insurance claim experience I have ever had and also was the best construction experience we have ever had...….I would give them 6 stars if I could have!!!!!!!

Matt Martin is top notch!! Soooo professional and very nice. He did a excellent job with his crew. I was so nervous and he text me every step of the was and made me feel so much better. I was so over whelmed, but he reassured me everything was going to be ok. He made sure my cabinets and everything was sealed to perfection. SERVPRO is very luck to have him on board. I would definitely recommend Servpro of Parma/Seven hills for your restoration and remodeling. They arrived immediately when my kitchen flooded. They were very professional and thorough. Special thanks construction team Dan and Walter for excellent work. They were on time and cleaned up everyday. I appreciate the hard work and love my kitchen and new floors.

Servepro was very responsive and easy to work with. They quickly cleaned up the water damage. Their constructions team was very knowledgeable and helpful. Dave and Brandon did a great job rebuilding the craft room and repairing the other damage.

ServPro spent a week at my home and did a fantastic job- garage fire and smoke smell inside my home. Andrea spent every day here and never stopped working until the end. She brought a helper daily but she was the main female and communicated with me daily. Thank you for everything!

After my sewer line backed up and flooded my basement, ServPro came in for cleanup and restoration to clean, treat for prevention of mold and bacteria, and dry out the flooded areas. My demo team of Amanda and Anthony, tech Jacob, and manager Ross were very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. They always answered my questions and were consistently communicative and flexible about when they were arriving each day what the process of the job would be. They also worked directly with my insurance company. My basement is clean, fresh and dry! I would recommend ServPro for your cleanup or restoration needs. Thanks so much, ServPro team!
