We had a great experience with our roof replacement- Matt W was our sales representative and he was very thorough explaining all of our options and the process, and kindly kept us up to date in terms of scheduling timeline, follow up after the installation, etc. I really trusted the whole team, and everyone we spoke with was very knowledgeable and professional. Our roof looks fantastic and we are confident that the quality work will last for many, many years!

We just had a complete roof replacement and gutter guards installed by Feazel. From start to finish, the process went extremely well, because everyone we dealt with was reliable, honest, kind, flexible, trustworthy, and most professional.
We contacted Matt, Field Supervisor, who was highly recommended by a neighbor whose roof had just been replaced by Feazel.
Matt clearly explained everything and was extremely responsive to our many questions. Our roof area is large, with several tall peaks. Like Matt had promised, the roofing crew covered and protected our landscaping and the deck. They finished the complete tear down and install in one day! Clean up was perfect, too! Robert oversaw the roofers and gutter guard installation. His crew did a fantastic job! Robert was the best! Our new roof and the gutter guards look great! Thanks to Matt and Robert, we are very pleased with our new roof!

Robert Robertson managed our roof construction. He was easy to work with and cared about our experience. He oversaw a wonderful crew who did a great job. Robert completed the job by doing a through inspection. The cleanup was spotless and every detail of the project was accomplished as agreed to. Our experience was seamless due to Robert, the crew and Matt who sold us the contract.

This is the second job Feazel has done at my home and they are first class all the way. The work was great, they took the initiative to find a better way to drain my gutters and did a flawless job of installing them. They were polite and courteous, showed up on time, cleaned up the worksite. I wish I had a car mechanic, appliance repair and home improvement contractors as good as these guys!

Professional management of the project, the work went quickly and efficiently, nearly completed in one day Second day required only finishing work. The work crews were very conscientious and careful with the property. minimal mess during the process. And did a great job with the cleanup. Matt, the Feazel rep. was great to work with. We hired Feazel to replace our roof and siding following a severe hail storm. I researched several local companies first, and selected Feazel. Every employee we worked with was excellent -- friendly and professional, thorough and obviously very experienced and proficient at each of their jobs. We needed some minor repairs done to our roof. We contacted the folks at Feazel they sent someone out to meet with us and then a team to come out to do the repairs. The repair team was very knowledgeable, experienced, and did a good job explaining the problems and the approach to repair. Their repair quality is superior. Throughout the entire process, everyone was professional, friendly and easy to deal with. We walked around the house and reviewed all their repairs. They cleaned up our property and the roof looks great. They made sure we were completely satisfied. Sure gives us a peace of mind knowing that the repairs were done the right way with quality and customer satisfaction being their priority. I would highly recommend them.

Service was A1 for my roof installation. Starting with my sales associate, Scott, I was informed of what to expect. The project manager informed me of what was going to happen, and the installation went perfectly, starting with the arrival of my crew. They were on time, and I Was kept informed of the progress during the installation process. I would recommend Feazel Roofing to anybody needing roofer repair or installation. Great work guys!

I needed a quote on a repair for a leak. Scott the field tech supervisor came by. He did not take me seriously because I am the wife of the home as my husband travels for work. Scott tried his best to tell me how my roof and my neighbors around roofs were done wrong! At that point I knew he was just trying to sell me a total new roof instead of a repair as they did months before. I was supposed to get two quotes from him back at the office because his computer was not "working". Never got the quotes!! It was obvious he was just looking for a sale!!!!! Not sympathetic to our financial needs! They will never get our business!!!!!
