I had a positive experience from start to finish. I am not someone who is easily "wowed" by anthing or anyone, nor do I write many reviews. However, every person from Feazel was polite and professional. My roof was completed in one day because the streamlined process was efficient and the workers were knowledgeable about the process. Feazel is a quality company; I would highly recommend them!

I’m so happy I decided to go with Feazel to replace my roof and gutters after sustaining hail storm damage. I talked to a couple different companies before choosing to go with Feazel because their salesman really stood out as very knowledgeable. The installation process took awhile to get started due to Covid manufacturing delays, but once they got going it was smooth sailing! The crew was so professional and hard working, staying as long as daylight allowed.

Production manager Shawn Oehlstrom was fantastic at communicating and keeping me up to date. He answered all of my questions promptly and I can’t thank him enough for seeing me through the whole process.

The finished product looks amazing. I love my new roof, copper flashing, and gutters! The neighbors can’t stop commenting on how good it looks.

I had a great experience with Feazel Roofing. The sales rep, Khalid Hamdallah, provided a clear and thorough explanation of what was causing the moisture issues with our old roof and why a replacement was necessary. He was extremely helpful from the initial inspection through the installation day and was responsive any time I had questions. The installation crew did a great job and the project manager, Mike McLaughlin, checked in during and after the installation to make sure we were satisfied. Lisa Stachura was also helpful with the scheduling and followed up to make sure there was nothing else we needed. The entire team worked together to provide great service and seemed to genuinely care if we were happy.

The roofing crew was excellent, thorough, and did not rush the job. They seem to work as a team to do things right the first time, and even the clean-up was incredibly...well, impressive.

I have a large fan in my hallway - 2.5 x 2.5 ft. I had to have the roof removed and a new one put on. In the process dust and shingle shavings fell into my attic and onto the louvers. After they left I turned the fan on and these "chips" fell on me and into the hallway. They apologized but said sometimes things like that happen. I asked if they check for vents in the house prior to doing the roof. They said no. I wonder what the rest of the attic looks like.

Feazel Roofing Parma did a tremendous job with my new roof from start to finish. Erich Moore, their Sales Manager, helped me navigate submitting my claim to the insurance company and made sure the inspection was completed quickly. He also helped with selecting materials for the roof replacement and found examples of materials and homes to see how the shingles looked. The roofing crews were excellent; they showed up early every day and never stopped working until dark. They made sure everything was cleaned up every evening before they left. Mike McLaughlin, the project manager, stayed in touch during the entire process and ensured the final issues were solved quickly. Erich also followed up daily to make sure we were satisfied with the progress. Everyone was very helpful! I would highly recommend Feazel to anyone contemplating their roof replacement.

I called Feazel for roof repair replacement for storm damage. I had approached my insurance company state farm insurance, and they said it was not worth putting a claim in because the roof was old and with my deductible it would not be worth it. I told Feazel Roofing that and they basically said do not call an insurance company when you have a leaking roof you call a roofer. Let us make the claim for you and if we get you a roof, we will fix your roof if we cannot do it, you owe us nothing. They got my entire roof replaced by State Farm insurance after my state farm agent said it wouldn’t be worth it. Thank you Feazel. The crew that came was super efficient. I believe they had 13 people, completely draped, my house protected my plants and landscaping. Tore off three roofs, flat roof, over garage porch and dormer and replaced everything in one day. My yard was as clean when they left as it was before they started. At 8:30 in the evening they were hanging up potted plants in the baskets and filling my birdbath. What a great crew. Feazel and their crew made everything very easy. Thank you.

A++ rating in my book. I had two other companies that tried to screw me out of my insurance deposit. I called Feazel almost one year after i was having the initial problems. I sat down with Eric and went through everything. I still had my insurance check so getting the process started was very easy. Within one month of having a new estimate drawn up and approved i had my new roof installed. The crew was very professional and had my roof torn off and replaced with all flashing needed in one day. From 7-6 they worked. Im so pleased with their customer service. It blows me away. Thank you from a very happy and satisfied customer. I will recommend you to everyone needing any home repairs.

Had a great experience with Feazel for a complete roof replacement due to storm damage. The crew that came out to replace were professional and paid extra special attention to keeping my property clean and tidy.

Matt Christian was instrumental in working with my insurance to have my roof replaced, he was willing to go the extra mile to see the insurance claim through. Any communication associated with Matt was handled promptly. Lisa Stachura handled the scheduling and any details associated with scheduling efficiently and courteously. Mike McLaughlin the site project manager handled all details, my questions, to the point that there was no follow up after the work was completed. I was satisfied that the crew did a complete clean up after install. Additionally, the crew re-installed my roof heating wire-element on the front portion of my roof. I would recommend this team and company.

We recently had some damage to our roof from an animal and called Feazel for repairs. Matt was wonderful with communication and getting the process started. Rich and Dave were the ones who came out to do the repair and they were very kind, knowledgeable and respectful. We would definitely recommend them!

Highly recommend! I had raccoon damage to my soffits and had reached out to 3 companies. Feazel was the first to respond, and Mike Cox was wonderful. Everything you hope for when contacting a company for the first time - on time and professional. He took the time to explain the damage, his proposed solution and a very accurate estimate. He also took pictures of my roof and damage and sent them to me for my records. During the entire process, he kept me up to date and informed.

I am having a really good first experience with feasel roofing having been given a good reference from a close friend of mine that said they were very pleased with their experience.

I recently had a new roof and siding on my house and cannot say enough great things about this experience! They did beautiful work and my sales rep Frank Butts was phenomenal. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and walked us through every step of the way. He went out of his way to accommodate us and I am beyond appreciative of him! I highly recommend Feazle and if you are lucky enough to work with Frank you will be happy!

Matt Christian from Feazel did a great job documenting the hail damage that was done to my roof in a hail storm. Matt went over and above in providing one proof after another when the insurance company gave us a hard time. In the end the new roof was finally approved by the insurance company. Feazel did a great job on my house in Westlake and got the entire roof done in just one day with quite a large group of workers. They covered my house, my landscaping, my deck, my yard to protect it. Once done they cleaned everything up and removed any nails around my house and on the street. I did not find a single nail after they cleaned up. I was very pleased with the prompt and excellent service and would highly recommend Matt Christian and the Feazel team ! Karin

The installation crew was great. We had a lot of fun watching them banter back and forth with one another. The panels look great. We are pleasantly surprised at the reduction of our reliance on the grid. On average we are saving 64 percent of what we would normally consume from the grid. It's great to have the app on our phone so we can instantly see the status of the generation. Our administrator contact was great. She called every two weeks to give us an update on the status of permitting, inspections and construction scheduling. She did a great job in keeping us informed.

Feazel replaced our roof and our siding. We couldn't be happier with the service we received and how everything looks. Matt helped us work through a very difficult insurance claim process and didn't stop until we received what we were due under our policy. I highly recommend this company!

I called for a minor roof leak on a Saturday and mentioned that it was not necessary for a service call until Monday. I was surprised when Rich Hoffman showed up on Sunday to check the roof.
