Constraction reviews in Parma, Ohio

Very good company. Driveway came out nice and Rob the owner along with his crew are Class A professionals. Rob accommodated all the things that I requested, colored concrete along with other mods I wanted to make. All in all good company to deal with.

These guys are awesome!! Alan and his crew really helped us out after another company did a horrible job with our backyard and patio. They were professional, friendly, and efficient. If you're shopping around don't look any further... Greenscape USA is the only decision you need to make.... you won't regret it!

I am beyond happy with the concrete work that Greenscapes USA did for my patio. It looks great, the contractors were professional and kept everything clean, and got the job done in a short amount of time. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.

Greenscape exceeded our expectations. Rob was incredibly helpful in facilitating and planning our backyard patio project. He communicated clearly and responded quickly to any questions. Alan and the crew were friendly, professional, and maintained a positive attitude throughout the project. It consistently felt like they appreciated our business and truly enjoyed their work. We also had a last-minute request to add some grading and fill to our yard, which they handled without hesitation. These guys are true professionals who know what they’re doing. Don’t hesitate to put your project in their hands.

Amazing job on my driveway and patio and walkways!!! The crew was awesome!! Cleaned up very nice they put my gate back up and drilled the hole for the gate pole. I’m so happy on how this turned out. Also completed in one day.

What a great company. They replaced my broken apron and sidewalk with a beautiful cement job I would say perfect. Easy to talk to and answered all my questions. Done at a very fair price. I would highly recommend them. Thank you for a job well done. See you next spring for another project I will need done.

This is my second time using Rob and Alan from Greenscape USA, Inc. and once again they exceeded my expectations! Despite the bad weather, ( I actually expected a call that morning canceling my appointment) the team showed up on time and worked through the conditions without complaining and no lack of quality work. They were professional, reliable, and focused on getting the job done right.
The results are fantastic, exactly what I hoped for. Their attention to detail really stands out. I had no idea of what plants to use or where to put them so I left it up to them and I can’t complain about any of their choices. When they finished, they made sure everything was spotless, leaving my yard cleaner than when they arrived.
They have a hard working crew. They have all of the necessary equipment to get a job done professionally and in a timely manner. I can’t say how pleased I am with the guys and the total process. They made it simple and painless. Thanks again Alan, Rob, and crew!!

Ken was very efficient. I hired him to replace flooring in kitchen and my entry way. He did a great job, cleaned up after and left the place like no one had been here. Great contractor to work with! Very happy with the job he did.

We recently had KF Renovation LLC replace our flooring, and the results are fantastic. They installed new LVP throughout, and the quality of the work is top-notch. The planks are perfectly leveled, and the transitions are seamless—it has completely refreshed the entire space. New baseboard trim turned out great too!
Ken was professional, stayed on schedule, easy to work with, kept the workspace very clean. We are so happy with the craftsmanship and attention to detail on the floors that we have already decided to have them come back to do our kitchen backsplash next.
If you are looking for a reliable team for home upgrades, I highly recommend KF Renovation.

We had Ken install a subway tile backsplash in the kitchen and love how it turned out! All the grout lines are perfectly straight which helps the space look clean and updated.

Ken was easy to work with while we figured out our needs and got us an accurate estimate very quickly. He showed up when he said he would and worked efficiently which made the entire project hassle free for us.

It's been hard finding a reliable contractor and KF Renovations has been a huge breath of fresh air! I can't recommend them enough!

Had a great experience working with Ken on my house. He handled the bathroom and kitchen remodel, installed new bedroom doors and trim, set up the appliances, and even ran the microwave venting outside—plus a bunch of other stuff along the way.

The attention to detail and quality really show. Ken also had great ideas that made the house feel much newer and more modern without overdoing it. Honestly, the guy can pretty much do anything you ask for. The quality definitely matches his price tag, and the results were worth it.

Highly recommend.

I had a patio tear out and replacement . They identified a grading issue from initial build on my house. They offered solutions and implemented them as part of contract. They suggested a retaining wall for my gardens. I also had them widen my driveway. The finished patio is phenomenal. It is stamped cement with an abstract two tone color pattern then matte sealed. The retaining wall is made of interlocking pavers. It really sets off the patio adding depth. One of my neighbors hired them immediately after my patio was sealed. They also put us in contact with a company that installs cement steps and railings so we didn’t end up with wooden boards for steps. Would hire them again. I do have pictures for entire project …trying to post them

Excellent workmanship great customer service!!!!!

So I was referred to B. Rich cuz my machine was down and I heard that he is a great machine operator and had his own machine, I called him and he he did some digging for me, turned into a great relationship he has done not only mine but my mother-in-law's patios and he'll be doing our driveway this year. He kept the project very clean and maintained. He's a great machine operator he has one of the best finishing crews out here for his concrete and has very reasonable prices, he'll work with you an all around good guy, his wife Libby was very prompt on all my phone calls and any changes I needed she did them and in a reasonable time frame and was always accessible. Yes I do recommend this company B. Rich Concrete.

Kept promising to get our patio done for 3 weeks now and after many excuses they are now non-responsive. Several days taken off work to wait for them but have been no shows. Called the city of Parma and find they do not even have permits to work in the city of Parma where they are located. Terrible customer service and communication.

This is the first review I have ever written. They poured a garage slab for us. After they finished, I paid them in cash per his request as a favor (my mistake). I realized the next day that the footers/rat wall were severely out of square AND level. The slab itself is also pretty sloppy and drastically sloped in random directions. (Side note...it is a detached garage and did not need any pitch). I told him that I had a "small issue" so that he would not be alarmed and scare him away. Unfortunately he knew exactly what the issue was and told me that he said he would call me back. That was the last I heard from him. He screened all of my calls and texts. The footers were so bad that we were unable to build the walls for the garage. I had to spend an extra $1500 to fix his work in order to continue construction. I could honestly go on and on about many more issues but I will leave it at that. ☹️

After spending all summer debating who should do our waterproofing job, we decided to hire B. Rich Concrete and Waterproofing. His price was very reasonable compared to other companies that seemed to want to gouge us, and he was willing to fit us into his very tight schedule so we could have the job done before winter. Libby, who works in the office, was awesome with communication, always responsding to questions within 24 hours, which we really appreciated.

I don’t know much about what goes into waterproofing, however Brian did a great job educating us on the process. We unfortunately had to tear up part of our relatively new driveway to get the job done, however he worked with our original concrete guy so that the driveway will match up as best as possible! As far as I can tell things look great! Also during the process part of our siding got damaged, however Brian was upfront and honest about the damage and made sure it was repaired before the job was done. His siding guy did a perfect job matching it up and I can’t even tell there was an issue! Job was finished in three days, looks great and the crew was quiet, curtious and kept everything clean. Great job guys!

Waterproofed my home and also replaced the basement wall great job had a few rainy days so far and not even a little water has come in so far fair pricing great people I would recommend for any waterproofing job

I would prefer to give zero stars. Beware of this company. Left the job site a complete disaster and safety hazard. They promised several times to come fix it and never showed up. Extremely unprofessional. Now left with an expensive safety hazard.

Quality work.

Rick is a very good handyman. I'm not exactly an amateur with most things, and I recognize quality work when I see it. His prices are also very fair. He won't gouge you by any means. On top of that, he's just a nice guy. Will definitely call him again. Thanks, Rick!
