We had an issue with our heat; my husband found Mike's company through a quick online search and he was great to work with! Scheduled an appt. quickly, arrived on time, finished within an hour, and was pleasant throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain what the issue was and how to handle it moving forward, and charged a fair price for the repair. Very happy we came across his business! We would gladly recommend Element Heating, Cooling, and Refrigeration to any of our family & friends.

Element Heating and Cooling did an amazing job! My furnace stopped working suddenly, just as the weather was getting colder. I reached out to Element and spoke with Michael to have him fix it. He was able to get out the next business day which was very impressive. Within 30 minutes of arriving he was able to accurately diagnose the issue on my furnace, and quickly get it fixed! He took time to explain the issue and walk through the cause, and just overall educate me on my furnace, made my wife and I feel much better and valued as customers. I would highly reccomend Element Heating and Cooling if you are experiencing any problems in your home. They are now my go to for me and my family!

Our AC was only blowing warm and would make our lights flicker when we turned it on. We thought we needed freon and called a few places and Mike was the most reasonable with an estimate. He came the next day and found we didn't need freon, it needed a capacitor. He checked out our unit, installed the part and charged us a very reasonable amount for his services. Was very impressed by his prices, his work and his integrity. Would highly recommend.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Mike has been helping us with our furnace for over a month- first getting it temporarily fixed, then getting our new one installed. He is by far the most courteous, professional, and hard working HVAC repair man I have ever dealt with. I cant recommend him enough, and will use him for as long as he wants to fix our stuff! Did an amazing job and fast! Other company said the ac unit needed tore apart completely to fix leak? And charged me 206$ and I called Element because his reviews looked good! And reviews dont lie! He fixed my unit for 90$ and all that was needed was unclog the drain line?? Lens heating and cooling don’t ever use them! Element is very good and honest I feel very lucky to have found that company!

Mike from Element Heating and Cooling did an amazing job installing a new compressor for our walkin freezer. We called him in the afternoon and he was there the same day. He is very knowledgeable and his work is very clean. We found him online and very glad we did.

I truly could not recommend Element Heating and Cooling more! Mike went out of his way to be at my house the day that I called so that I was able to get some heat in my house during the cold days. He was extremely respectful, timely, and affordable. He was very efficient making the job a quick and easy process but he also did such good work on both fixing my furnace and installing a new thermostat and made sure everything was working properly before leaving the job. I was extremely pleased with him and he will certainly be the guy I call in the future for any needs I have.

I spoke with Mike at Element after having a horrendous experience with another HVAC company/person and Mike was nothing short of amazing! Very knowledgeable, very professional, I feel he was extremely honest and he really listened to me drone on like a saint. He is VERY responsive by phone, text and email and doesn't skip any questions at all. I have a brand new central air conditioning unit less than 2 days after I reached out to him and at half the cost of the 3 others I was quoted by! I will be recommending him to everyone i know and see!

Old AC/Furnace was over 38 years old and on it's last leg, Mike was able to do a full install AC/Furnace/Hot water tank for a reasonable price and went over the top replacing old lines and valves. Furnace and hot water tank was back up and running the same day. Would definitely recommend Element for any HVAC work in the future!!

We had a natural gas line valve issue and Mike fixed that and set us up with a new upstairs valve, all in 20 minutes, tops. Personable, professional, prompt, give Mike a call the next time you have a HVAC problem.
