Reviews of local pros in Parma, Ohio

Currently this company has been very prompt in getting back to me with concerns and questions I have about grading my back yard. They even made an extra trip out to review the plans they have to do the grading. The work will take place in a few days. So far I am confident the work will be done professionally given the positive interactions I have had to date.

I live in the Cleveland Metroparks, where I have a lot of trees. My yard was absolutely covered with sticks, twigs, and fallen branches. I called Dave, hoping he might be up to the task of spring cleanup in my yard. He came over same day, took a look at my yard, and came back to me with a very reasonable quote. Today I had the work done and I am absolutely shocked at how good my yard looks. The guys were on time and extremely friendly. I couldn’t be happier with the end result. I will use them again and I highly recommend Grudna. Great job!!!!!

David is an amazing guy. Did an amazing job on out property. Made our front yard like a wedding hall and our back yard like a ball stadium. Great service . We appreciate the great work. Highly recommended . We definitely use him for future projects.

Great service provided and very professional! I will continue using this company for all my yard work, thank y’all for your hard work.

Dave and his team are incredible. They just completed hardscaping job behind my garage. Maaaan! The transformation was super. It's like night and day back there. I highly recommend Dave and Grudna Property for any and all your yard needs. See the pics and judge for yourself.

Great 👍🏾 Company. I truly admire the professionalism and strong work ethic. This will be my go to property maintenance company from now on.

Ken was very efficient. I hired him to replace flooring in kitchen and my entry way. He did a great job, cleaned up after and left the place like no one had been here. Great contractor to work with! Very happy with the job he did.

We recently had KF Renovation LLC replace our flooring, and the results are fantastic. They installed new LVP throughout, and the quality of the work is top-notch. The planks are perfectly leveled, and the transitions are seamless—it has completely refreshed the entire space. New baseboard trim turned out great too!
Ken was professional, stayed on schedule, easy to work with, kept the workspace very clean. We are so happy with the craftsmanship and attention to detail on the floors that we have already decided to have them come back to do our kitchen backsplash next.
If you are looking for a reliable team for home upgrades, I highly recommend KF Renovation.

We had Ken install a subway tile backsplash in the kitchen and love how it turned out! All the grout lines are perfectly straight which helps the space look clean and updated.

Ken was easy to work with while we figured out our needs and got us an accurate estimate very quickly. He showed up when he said he would and worked efficiently which made the entire project hassle free for us.

It's been hard finding a reliable contractor and KF Renovations has been a huge breath of fresh air! I can't recommend them enough!

Had a great experience working with Ken on my house. He handled the bathroom and kitchen remodel, installed new bedroom doors and trim, set up the appliances, and even ran the microwave venting outside—plus a bunch of other stuff along the way.

The attention to detail and quality really show. Ken also had great ideas that made the house feel much newer and more modern without overdoing it. Honestly, the guy can pretty much do anything you ask for. The quality definitely matches his price tag, and the results were worth it.

Highly recommend.

Nice dolls on appliances. Very polite people.

Quick reliable service...same day delivery a day before Thanksgiving!

Reasonably priced prompt service

× called them they said you would call me last Thursday he never called me as he said he would never showed up

Horrible. Never showed up for the repair and charged me the full repair price. A complete fraud! I am pursuing a legal action. BEWARE!!!!!!

I was looking for a washer and dryer set, but they only had the dryer. This place didn't have much to choose from.

Great customer service Reasonable prices on appliances would recommend to anyone ! Great expierience !

New stove for the cheap works great Go see them they will work with you.
