Brian and his team have taken great care of our refrigeration equipment in the Department of Biology and Geology at Baldwin Wallace University for many years. They have also sold us reasonably priced coolers that are in great condition. I recommend Accurate Refrigeration without hesitation.

10/10 service. Ice machine stopped making ice at the restaurant I work (opening Manager) in. Called a bunch of places, but no one could come until the following week (I made all those calls on a Thursday afternoon/Friday morning, in fairness). Even Accurate said the earliest they could send someone out was Monday but by some miracle, a couple hours later one of their techs was standing in my lobby waiting to be led to our ice machine.

Fixed the machine within an hour and saved the day. Thanks guys

We used them to repair a broken ice machine and it was the best experience we've had with a refrigeration repair company. The issue was not resolved from the first but they were great about making it right. Continued to come in quickly after seeing the issue wasn't resolved and troubleshoot until we got to the bottom of it. The service was very reasonably priced and technicians were very professional. I will never use another company. I was blown away by their dedication to get the job done.

Although I was unable to get commercial refrigeration service from Accurate. It was nice and professional to have a tech call back to either accept or turn down a commercial service call since it is crucial for businesses to be in the know.

We have use Vladislav twice in the past 3 months. The first was to repair our 8 yr old Bosch dishwasher. Sadly, we had to purchase a new one. He responded promptly, service call was very reasonable & took the time to show & explain why it cud not be fixed. We then had him return to install the new one. Once again accommodating on time, prompt, polite & completed. This week he returned to replace the ignition switch on our Wolf range. He ordered the part, called me upon receipt & found time to accommodate my schedule to complete the repair. I highly recommend his services, reasonable pricing, knowledge & trustworthy.

GE Dishwasher needed repair after only 18 months. Appliance Repair came next day to fix. Unfortunately 2 different computer boards were broke.
Called GE to get new parts, GE sent parts that didn't work!!
Again GE sent parts, & he fixed it within 20 minutes!!!!
He didn't want to charge me for the 2nd repair but I insisted.
Very Kind, Prompt & Knowledgeable.

Very happy with the work he provided. Came out to my house to put a drain system in my washer. He was very friendly, explained everything, took pictures to send to me of finished work. I would highly recommend this service guy.

Customer service at its finest and you speak to a real person instead of a voice message or online scheduling. Vlad came when I was told and I was called when he was on the way. Vlad knocked this out the park! The control panel was failing on our LG Dryer and I called for service. Vlad arrived ON LABOR DAY at the scheduled time, diagnosed the issue, and gave me a few options to choose from. He ordered the part and came to replace it sooner than expected. His communication was great, always keeping me updated and clarifying answers to questions I had. Vlad is the man and I would certainly call again if anything else breaks. 10/10. Thanks, Vlad.

Vlad responded quickly when the Ice Maker in our Frigidaire stopped working. He arrived on time as promised, and diagnosed the issue which required replacement parts.
Despite being sent a defective replacement, he stood behind his work and kept in contact with us throughout the process.
Although it required a second visit, we were up and running in less time that most companies need gor a FIRST visit.
Reasonably priced, knowledgable, and great service mean we will use Appliance Repair Parma for all our appliance needs, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to Family and Friends!

Vlad was able to temporarily fix my freezer seal issue, but charged me for 2 service calls and the part. The part did not work, and ended up using supplies from his truck. I felt the 2nd service call fee was ridiculous since he had to order the part and literally the first call was at my house less than 20 minutes and the 2nd call was maybe 30 minutes. He said he could not return the part, but that was on him since he is the technician and should know what the part to purchase. Overpriced and will not use again.

After Vlad saw my review he did reach out and refund money.
