Went in to see what prices would be and first thing your hit in the face with the smell of weed. Not professional for a business. The price of the oldest stove is absolutely insane. I’d rather buy from a person selling from their house before I go back in this “store”

I purchased a refrigerator, stove, and dryer from them.We never agreed on a time of delivery just a date. They called me the morning they of delivery telling me they were on their way to my house. I informed them I wasn't there. Long story short they left my appliances on my front step. Horrible service and the owner was rude. I paid them up front and they didn't hook up my appliances. I had to find someone to get them into my house and hook them up. I still have to call a professional to hook up the gas stove because I want to be sure it is up to code.

Guys that delivered my dryer were greatly appreciated, brought downstairs & hooked it up, including the vent that goes out the window... funny & extremely friendly.. gave them a tip for being top-notch!!

These guys a fair and professional. Quick and friendly service. You can tell that Dan knows his stuff and he is a man of his word. I ran into some minor issues with my washer and Dan helped make everything right in a timely manner. I will go back to these guys again.

I purchased a $300 washer from All Appliance that needed repaired, they came out turned on the washer, it started running so the repair man ASSUMED it was working, it was not! Charged me $65 for that (I ignorantly gave a $15 tip on top of it!) I called them back a day later to let them know it was broken and OVER THE PHONE the repair man said, "Oh, that's the timer and it will cost more to fix that than buying a new washer." So I'm out almost $400 bucks for nothing! This is the second appliance I have bought from them that broke just after warranty expired!

This was the first time I called All Appliance for service. My washer was not working. I tried calling Sears to schedule an appointment for repair and the first available appointment was 7 days out.
I couldn't wait 7 days for it to be fixed, so I called All Appliance. The woman answering the phone was very nice and told me that someone would be to my home between 12:00-2:00 today. She gave me the name of my service tech and he arrived to my home on time and my washer is now up and running. I will DEFINITELY use them again. Very reasonable fees and excellent service.

Horrible service. First, I was quoted a $45 service call fee. Once the technician gets to my house he tells me it's a minimum $65. Then he does absolutely nothing to remedy my broken dishwasher except for elevating the drain hose and says "It should work fine." Well, it doesn't work fine. In fact it doesn't clean anything. Additionally, my dishwasher was leaking, so we set up an appointment to replace a gasket which costs $150! The technician said he would be back the following Tuesday to replace the gasket. Tuesday comes and goes, no call, no show. I had to turn down work so I could be home for the appointment. Finally he calls back and says he will be here today (Thursday) between 4 and 6pm. At 6:30 he shows up and I tell him to leave. There's no way I'd recommend this business to anyone.

When I came into the shop I was helped by Dan Jr and he immediately assisted me in finding an affordable stove to fit my needs. He then got a delivery scheduled for the next day. Delivery went smooth and everyone was professional and kind. I would highly recommend this business :)

Professional, fast, friendly, and reasonably priced. What more could you ask for? They diagnosed my oven problem in less than 5 minutes and had it fixed 30 minutes later. I'm currently waiting to enjoy my first pizza cooked at home in over 6 months!

Great customer service … came in as he was closing up and gladly stood open a little later to took care of us … gave use a great price and worked with our budget … set up the install right then and there. Solid experience all around… highly recommend

Ray did a great job fixing my refrigerator. Very friendly and professional. Had an appointment within 24 hrs of calling. Explained everything they were doing and showed me the issue. Will definitely call again if needed and highly recommend. Thank you!

I brought a refrigerator from them and yes they give u a warranty and yes it’s used but you don’t expect it to go out within 7 months then when I called to get it fixed I payed the service fee they came and told me what was wrong rigged my fridge up until the part was to come and since I guess I wasn’t available when they called out of our schedule time and date they just returned my part and tried to make me pay another service fee to tell me the exact thing I was told on the first service call I called multiple times trying to get it fixed it’s hard times out and if I was able to just buy a brand new refrigerator to avoid problems like this I would but I can’t and I been getting the run around about ray coming to fix the problem the prices keep going up so I think the guy who fixes things are making his own prices and over charging. Needs to be more professional and have better communication because this should have never taking this long to fix a problem on an appliance that I purchased there. Please avoids the hassle I hate I even had to write this but it’s ridiculous!!

they were great at helping us pick out a washer but when it came to taking out our old washer they took chunks out of our wall and beat up our house while taking it out so we have some repairs to do but thanks for the washer I guess

I highly recommend All Appliance!! They were incredibly responsive, arriving within the promised timeframe and fixing my dryer quickly and efficiently. The technician was knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. The price was fair, and I'll definitely use them again!

I was in a tight situation and I called all appliance in an emergency to get my washer fixed. I spoke with Dan, who was very knowledgeable of my situation and assured me that he would come and look at my washer within the next hour. he showed up on time fixed my washer and a professional neat manner, and I was very pleased with this company. Will definitely call again for any needs with my appliances.

I’ve purchased probably 5 washers/dryers from these folks over the last 20 years. Every single time, they’ve given a great product for a great price. Delivery, installation, and removal of the old unit has been totally professional. I drove up and down Memphis Ave looking for them because I trust them but couldn’t find the phone number…so glad to find where they moved to here on State Road! 100% recommend!!

I bought used appliances from them for years, until they sold me back the same appliance they said they couldn't fix. I had a good used Maytag washer, it broke down and they said they couldn't fix it, so I purchased another used washer and they said they would throw away the one they couldn't repair. Yeah, they lied, they fixed it up and after a few broke down washers I bought from them, they sold me my back my original maytag that they lied amd said they couldnt fix. I have also had problems with the men setting up the washer and NOT making sure the feet are on.
Bad business move

Do not use this place. Had someone come to my house while I was at work and they did not even look at my stove and told my wife the board is bad. Never tested anything. Charged 90.00 for nothing. I wish this place nothing but misery.

My washer died about 1045A NYE. By 11:45A I was washing again. They brought in a new used washer, hooked it up and took the old. Grateful I live around the corner and grateful they could help me out.
