Reviews of local pros in Parma, Ohio

Very nice gay my washer work perfect . I very like Vlad.

Called this morning and Vlad was at our door later this evening. Very polite, diagnosed our issue and explained the entire process honestly and fairly. Unfortunately our fridge was beyond saving, but I would gladly recommend and use him again in the future.

Vlad came by the same day as my call and fixed my dryer in about 45 min. Great service and good work.

Vlad was great. Professional and friendly. He was prompt and courteous and was able to quickly diagnose the problem and resolve it at a reasonable price. He explained what he was doing and made sure he cleaned up the area when he was finished. Happy to recommend d Appliance Repair Parma.

Our oven wasn't heating up so we called Vlad. They answered on a Sunday night and came out Tuesday (they could have come Monday but we were not available). Vlad came right on time and fixed the problem (bad ignitor) in 20 minutes. In a time when bad service is the norm, this was a refreshing change of pace! We will call Vlad any time we need an appliance fixed going forward!

if I could give 10 stars I would. Vlad went above and beyond to make sure our Christmas was not ruined. I’d highly recommend him to anyone.

Vlad did a great job on my dryer repair. He was quick, kind and efficient. Pleased with the work that was done and the overall customer service. I will keep Appliance Repair Parma in mind for any future appliance issues!

Fast response, worked around our family’s schedule to ensure that our repair needs were assessed and fixed in a prompt and efficient way.

Great work all around. They came out quickly after a holiday and we're able to fix the issue saving us alot of money on a replacement. Quick, friendly and knowledgeable!

We called Appliance Repair Parma because of the positive reviews of Vlad. He arrived at his stated time and quickly diagnosed the issue with our 30-year old Maytag gas dryer. We needed a new gas igniter which he replaced easily from new parts he had in his vehicle. He also replaced the vent tubing that exits the dryer and goes to outside of house. He was pleasant and showed me the issues as he evaluated. He also provided photos of the completed work. We are quite satisfied with his services and would certainly recommend him for appliance repairs.

Vlad arrived very quickly and fixed my freezer and fridge within an hour. He was thorough and explained exactly what was wrong. My kids and I really enjoyed watching the repair and learning about the inside of our freezer.
He was extremely kind, professional, and informative. His price was very reasonable as well.

Thank you, Vlad!

I highly recommend and will use this shop for all future appliance repairs. The response was quick, professional, patient to explain the problem and correction.
They were able to repair my older washing machine in 15min, which included testing their repair. They had the replacement part in their vehicle. Unlike other companies who do an initial assessment, then have to order the part and then come back to repair it, he was finished very quickly.
They were also patient with my Home Warranty claim. The repair took 15min, but had to spend over an hour waiting for my warranty claim to be approved. They were very understanding and patient and they stand by their workmanship.
Again, I highly recommend, especially since he was able to repair my washing machine quickly and had parts on hand to complete the repairs.

I requested service for my refrigerator, Vlad was punctual and very professional ,he explained the problem clearly. The workspace was left very clean. My refrigerator works like new. Very nice service. Thank you VLAAAD!

Vlad has been such a great help with our washer. He came out immediately and assessed the issue, ordered parts, and let us know when they’d be in for installation. He is professional, punctual, affordable, and responsive. I wouldn’t call anyone else for future appliance repairs.

Vlad was quick to respond and was efficient with his repair. He knew the exact issue we were having and was able to fix out dryer quickly. Would highly recommend for all your appliance repairs!

Awesome service! He explains everything and show you the parts that he’s replacing. My fridge works great after the repair. I’ll be using this company in the future if I need it.

A plus for me, he used a shoe cover to enter my house so he doesn’t mess up my floors. That was very considerate.

Called Vladimir to repair a thermal switch unit on a 25 year old Jenn Air in counter glass top range. Within in a week he found the units on an out-of-date hob and had it working in good order. Couldn’t ask for better service!

Vlad was a pleasure to work with. He was very professional, kind and informative. Our washing machine works perfectly again now. We will definitely call Vlad back for any other appliance repairs in the future.

Vlad fixed our refrigerator quickly and professionally. He knew exactly what the issue was and didn’t try to upsell anything. Very reliable and easy to work with — highly recommend him.

Vlad and I had a communication issue surrounding my dishwasher repair and warranty. I personally feel the initial communication surrounding a second visit to my home could have been handled better.

He came back out and assessed my dishwasher, fixing it and telling me the best next steps and preventative maintenance.

I am satisfied and would use him again if needed.

5 stars !!! Vlad was very thorough and walked my husband and I thru every issue with our washer, very reasonably priced and fixed super fast and efficient!
