I had Ruslan from Margus come out to fix a burner on my personal stove that wasn't lighting. He had it fixed in less than 2 minutes. The service call charge was money well spent for a guy that knew exactly what to do to get my stove working in time for Easter Dinner.

I called Margus Appliance Repair because my dryer stopped heating....gets a 10+ rating from me. Ruslan was here on time, very personable, knowledgeable and quickly found and repaired the problem. I highly recommend him. Thank you Ruslan!!!

I had ice accumulation on my LG refrigerator .I. The pull out freezer drawer beneath my fridge was accumulating ice . I text Margus Appliance Repair in Parma with a brief description of my issue. Ron responded within 30 minutes of my text. He was able to come out within the hour . Ron was able to assess the problem & complete the repair. He is very skilled repairman& he also explained the issue & the repair process as he completed the work.

Made the call to Margus in the morning hoping to get my dryer looked at, and by 3 it was up and running again. I’m sorry I don’t get the guys’ names when they were here, but they did an awesome job, showed and explained what was happening with the dryer, then made it happen. Clean, friendly, professional. This morning my family woke up in “let’s get ready to leave for a mini vacation” mode. During the first batch of laundry, our dryer wasn’t heating anything! It’s 9:55am and we already have a new heating element in the dryer. Amazing response time and they sent a very courteous service technician. Great experience.

Margus Appliance Repair was awesome. They didn’t give me a window, they gave me an appointment time and kept me notified when the tech was on his way and if there were any expected delays. When the tech - Ruslan - arrived, he was respectful and super efficient. He showed me the issue, replaced the part, did a little preventative maintenance, and cleaned up. Ruslan is a cool guy and I will be more than happy to go back to Margus Appliance Repair with any other issues that come about.

Very highly recommended! Ruslan was very timely and polite. He was able to fix the issue quickly and came back the same day with the new part. He even came back out close to 7pm. He was patient and waited until he heard the noise as well to solve another unexpected issue that came with the fridge.
