Reviews of local pros in Parma, Ohio

Vlad came very quick to come over and fix my stove. He was very thorough about explaining the problem and the fix. He was extremely polite as well. Keeping his card for future needs.

Vlad was at my house so fast and fixed our freezer within an hour! He was professional, courteous and patient to explain after a thorough diagnosis what the problem was… and of course he had the new part ready. Very interesting seeing the inside of the freezer and the reasonable price was a plus as this was an urgent issue. So grateful for Vlad and Appliance Repair Parma!

I called Appliance Repair Parma for my dishwasher that stopped working. He came out the same day to figure what was going on with it. He was very honest, gave me upfront pricing and ordered the part to make the repair before he left that day. As soon as the part arrived he contacted me to set up another time to install. He ended up making the trip out in the middle of a Cleveland snowstorm to install the part and get me my dishwasher working again. He was kind and honest, he cleaned up after the work was completed, and explained to me what was done to make the repair. His card is on my fridge and wouldn’t hesitate to call him again for any and all appliance repairs that I have!

Vlad was exceptional! He fixed our oven that we were sure was a goner. He was able to repair the circuit board and got us back up and working. The circuit board is discontinued so our only hope was repair or we would have had to buy a new oven.

I have only great things to say about this business. Our refrigerator water dispenser stopped working and another repair place came out twice, and had us waiting 6 weeks for a part that did not fix it. I called Parma and the repair guy was here the next morning. He properly diagnosed the problem, laid out several approaches to the repair, and got it done that same morning! Very impressed. We will use these guys again.

Vlad was amazing! He helped me get my dryer fixed AND my Samsung refrigerator. He was respectful, extremely knowledgeable and was so professional. I highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed! Thanks Vlad!!

Great service. Super knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail that was needed to repair our dryer. He was so quick to complete it too! Very polite and professional gentleman!
We will definitely be using this company for all our needs, and we will be sure to refer our family members too!

We had a power surge that blew our oven’s control panel. Vlad was professional, knowledgeable and quick. He was able to repair the control panel and save us from purchasing a new oven which was much appreciated!

We had such a GREAT experience! Our dryer stopped emitting heat so we called Parma repair and they were able to come out in less than two hours. Fixed everything, cleaned our dryer vents which were PACKED with yuck. Awesome experience. Kind, friendly, good with pets, knowledgeably, fair prices and great service! Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend this company for repairs. Vlad explained to me exactly what was wrong with my dishwasher. He took photos to show me where it was leaking and he repaired it in a timely manner. He even repaired the spring on my dishwasher door which I did not even call about. He was very kind and explained everything that he was doing. I called yesterday and he was able to come out today which is also great. Thank you.

I wholeheartedly recommend Vlad at Appliance Repair Parma!! He is a TRUE PROFESSIONAL fixing TWO of my refrigerators. He quickly explained right from the first visit what he needed in order to fix them and PROMPTLY followed up to repair them. He clearly explained the repair and shared pictures of the before and after parts. He is very thorough as well as being the nicest, kindest person. I will DEFINITELY call him for future appliance repairs.

Huge thanks to Vlad for the appliance repair. He came to Parma and fixed both our oven and dryer in one visit. Everything was done quickly, honestly, and without any upselling. You can tell right away he knows what he’s doing.

Very professional, clean work, explains things clearly, and leaves everything neat. We’re very happy with the service and will definitely call him again. Vlad is truly one of the best technicians we’ve worked with.

My dryer started making a loud clunking noise and i called Appliance Repair Parma, they were able to get me scheduled the very next morning. Vlad came in and did a fantastic job. Was very quick and efficient and explained everything to me. Great response time and very respectful. Highly recommend!

By far the best service I have ever received! My dryer stopped drying my clothes. I called Appliance Repair and Vlad made time to come check it out within a few hours. He took it apart and was very informative on what the issue was and explained everything thoroughly. Because my dryer was a little older, he had to order parts. He called the very next evening and asked if I wanted it done because the parts came in and I was like heck yeah. He knew it was a necessity for me having 2 dogs and children. He came and had it fixed and running within a half hour. I was only out of a dryer for one day. One less thing that I have to worry about. Never in my life have I received such excellent service. Highly recommend for all of your appliance repairs!

I am so grateful for Vlad! He is prompt, kind, courteous, and knows what he’s doing. He came to our home on the same day we called to fix our fridge. Within a half hour from the time he arrived, my husband called me and said the issue was diagnosed and being fixed. We were having to add buckets of ice to our fridge to keep the temperature down and couldn’t get it below 50°. The ice bucket has FINALLY been removed and the fridge is working perfectly. I highly recommend checking out Appliance Repair Parma for all of your appliance needs! Thank you so much, Vlad! We appreciate you!

Vlad was very professional and honest and quick. He had all the parts needed and repaired the dryer in less than an hour. Price was reasonable including all the parts needed and labor. He even helped me push my car out of the snow! Would recommend, and will be contacting Vlad for future work!
