My dryer suddenly had no heat on Sunday. I called Monday morning and he was here by 10:15! He replaced the thermostat and all is well! So happy with the fast and friendly service and will most definitely use this company again if needed.

Great family owned company. Came out one hour after calling and figured out what was wrong with our fridge. Only charged us for one visit and ordered the part and came back in two days. Very knowledgeable and even charged us a little less than what he estimated us. Great experience would highly recommend.

This is my first experience with this company, and I have to say five stars. The communication was great. They were friendly and the technician Ruslan explained everything thoroughly of my possibilities of fixing my refrigerator. I will refer.

Ruslan was very professional! He fixed my LG dryer that wasn’t heating the same day and he also replaced the ice maker in my Sub-Zero refrigerator. Everything was done quickly and professionally. I’ll definitely be recommending him!

Margus Appliance Repair provides excellent service quickly! Our dryer broke the day before we left for vacation and Ross from Margus Appliance Repair was able to come out the day we arrived home and have our dryer fixed before dinner! He did an excellent job and we will be calling them if we ever have an issue with an appliance again!

Fast and efficient. Came out the same day we called and had the parts to complete the work on his truck. Listened to the drier when he got here and quickly diagnosed the problem and the correct way to fix it. Will use again.

Repairman Russ was at house when he said he would be within an hour after talking to him. He explained what was wrong and causing dryer to fail. He was able to fix for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend him to anybody needing repairs and will also keep his card for future problems.

Our 4 year old fridge-freezer combo started acting up over the weekend. Freezer side cold, fridge side wasn't getting past like 2/10 coldness - bordering on losing our food. I just spent $350 on groceries the day before it got real bad. I did a google search Thursday AM on who could help. I called that morning and they were there 90 minutes later. Seems extremely efficient without having to pay a major fee. He came, was helpful, efficient, polite, etc. A 2 hour fix and I was back fully up running and lost basically zero food while being charged a fair price. Would recommend.

My old GE Profile dryer lost heating. Ruslan came the same day I called for services and replaced the high limit thermostat. He is a nice gentleman. He offered many advices for my dryer maintenance and said he is willing to fix any issues if that repair doesn't work out as expected. I highly recommend Ruslan to help you with any appliance repairs.

Russ/Ross?? was phenomenal. They scheduled someone to come out same day. He was very nice and experienced. Even though my repair turned out to be difficult to repair because of my dryers placement and he was solo he was still able to repair it within an hour. Highly recommend.

My dryer was fixed for a reasonable price! The mechanic replaced my gas valve. In addition to fixing it he went above and beyond the call of duty recovering lost valuables which were inside my dryer and fixed a broken dryer handle which kept falling out for no extra charge. Good honest job well done. Excellent friendly service.

Needed my Maytag washer repaired Ross was over within an hour of my call for service, diagnosed the problem was back with parts in 20 minutes and the job was done in no time! He was very kind, reasonable and efficient. Highly recommend! Thanks for the wonderful service.

We had Ruslan come out for a gas oven that wouldn't ignite and a washer that stopped running. I called at 11:30a, he was here by 2:30p, and everything was fixed within 30 minutes! Very reasonable price plus he cleaned everything up and left it as it he found it. I would highly recommend this company if you need appliance repair.

We were very impressed with the service. He was able to come out the same day to Repair our dryer. He explained the problem and answered all our questions. He took pictures of everything he was doing to show us afterwards. He cleaned up after himself and even cleaned out our dryer vent. The price was very reasonable. We are even recommending him to all our friends.

Ross was fantastic! He tended to my issue immediately, was knowledgeable on my repair, and communicated wonderfully resulting in my issue subsiding. 5* isn't a high enough recommendation. I will use his services again if necessary.

Ross saved the day! We had two broken dryers at We Care We Share Ministries in Lorain and I called him on Saturday and he came the same day and replaced the belts and rollers and a connector and now they work perfectly. He is a super nice and trustworthy guy and he will definitely be the first person I call for any future appliance issues!

We had a good experience with our freezer repair. Took me awhile to leave the review so I can't recall his name. However, He answered all our questions, showed us how to change the water filter & which filters were best to use. Not ones from the auction. & diagnosed our other fridge.
