Princesten Gordon was an absolute doll. He immediately found a serious problem with my water heater. He crawled though my dirty crawl space to find the water shut off valve. Although I didn't qualify for a loan, he was very helpful with my options. Great job. Now to look for a way forward. Sigh.

Had a plumbing inspection performed today by Princesten G. from Invisible Excavations. He was very personable and friendly. He flushed out my hot water tank to start and inspected toilets, sinks, and shut off valves and recommended a few fixes throughout my home. This service was part of my maintenence contact through Arco Heating and Air Conditioning. Definitely a worthwhile service.

Princesten was incredibly helpful and even pointed out a serious problem with my Lowe’s installed water tank. He gave me great advice on how to take care of it. He was very thorough and explained all the issues very well and professionally. Has a really nice personality too.

Great company to do business with. Explain everything about the company and its services on phone before doing the job. And then the guys came out, and done a great job. Need a plumbing company. Believe me there a big difference in the one you use. 1st one I called said 32 ft with camera dig replace $$$$ Pressure no diagram or writen estimate. 2nd company 38 ft pass curb city job free.

Princesten Gordon was the plumbing technician that came out to our house from ARCO/Invisible Excavations to do an annual check on our houses plumbing. He was awesome! Very professional, very good communicator, very friendly. He ended up finding a couple things that need fixed in the near future before a real plumbing disaster takes place so I was glad I had the plumbing check done. The inspection was very thorough and I had quotes for the work in my email inbox before Princesten left my driveway. I will be requesting Princesten as the tech that comes back to do the job! I had Princesten Gordon from Invisible Excavations come out to inspect my water heater and sewage lines, and I was really impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. He took the time to explain everything he was checking and made sure I understood the condition of the systems.

He was thorough, honest, and didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. It's refreshing to work with someone who clearly knows what they're doing and genuinely cares about doing a good job. I’ll definitely be calling him again if I ever need plumbing or sewer work in the future.

Princesten Gordon came to inspect our plumbing and found a few issues with our water heater. He explained the issues well and did not pressure us to buy from or use them for the repairs. He was extremely professional, had a great attitude, and a wealth of knowledge about plumbing! Highly recommend!!

Zero stars. Charged my 80 year old mother $580 to fix her toilet…then $1280 to replace the toilet he just fixed that same day. Over $3600 total and wasn’t even there for 4 hours. All while her husband of 54 years was dying in the hospital, which the plumber knew about. Took advantage of a lonely old woman.

Princesten Gordon did an amazing job describing the problem with our water heater. He showed us the failed components and talked us through getting replacement parts or get an all new water heater. Working through the unit comparisons made it easy to pick a new water heater and he did not push the most expensive, top of the line unit. He steered us away from the $7,000 plus unit because of all the additional plumping components. Great experience all around.

Princesten came out on time. He was very personable and did a good job with the inspection of our water heater and pipes in our house. We live in an older home so he explained why and or how some of the things were plumbed the way they were and made recommendations where needed. He did not try to oversell me on anything that wasn't necessary, which was appreciated. Overall great experience.

Princeten arrived well with the estimated time window. He introduced himself immediately and carried himself professionally throughout the appointment. He was thorough in his work and was very respectful to both me and my home. It was necessary to change a couple of parts on my water heater and he went to the parts warehouse and returned promptly and completed the repair. Arco offered a free service to check out my hot water tank and service it for free. Never done this before, never had z problem before either. He also looked at the pipes under my sinks and checked my toilets. The service man gave me a list of items I need to "replace". My tank is only 7 years old !!! It is a high efficiency water tank, and was pretty expensive.it should last at least 15 years. After the service a few hours after the service call, I went back to the basement and saw a puddle of water by the hot water tank. Never ever had water there before. The service man said he emptied and refilled the tank and did some other " cleaning" of the tank . I dried the puddle and went on my way.
The next day I saw another small puddle by the tank, this time I thought it may just be exhaust condensation or something. Wiped it again. Today , now two days later there is a big puddle of water. I called Arco to complain.
I dont get it. I never had any problems before they came to service the tank...now I do.
I am very angry and disappointed. They need to fix this problem.

I had a great experience with Invisible Excavations Plumbing & Drain! Princesten came out to inspect my water heater and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt confident about the next steps. I really appreciated his honesty and thoroughness. Highly recommend this company for anyone needing plumbing services — they’re responsive, reliable, and respectful.

First, this is the only company I called that could actually come out for the emergency on Saturday. She informed me of the process, cost, and Technician. The arrival time was between 12-4. Princeton was our tech. He arrived on time, introduced himself right away. You dont see that often. He was friendly and customer service skills are amazing.

Now onto the issue. He instantly knew the problem and what was going to need to be replaced. He was very knowledgeable. They do need to come back tomorrow to replace everything. Which I figured was going to happen.

I would recommend them and make sure you ask for Princesten to be your tech.

Princeston Gordon did an excellent job of checking our plumbing and he walked my wife and myself through the problems with our hot water tank. He gave us the options of what to do and he left the decision with us. There was no pressure tactics used to sway our decision.
When he arrived he introduced himself and I asked where he wanted to get started. He brought his tools and supplies with him and promptly started.
He answered all of our questions without any hesitation and fully explained all of the charges to us. He is an excellent employee and takes pride in his work. He is a great asset to have working for your company.

Calling Invisible Excavations, the young ladies in the office were very pleasant & helpful. Whenever we left a message for Phil K, it was relayed to him quickly. The experience my wife & I had with Invisible Excavations & especially with Phil was a very positive one. He was knowledgeable, courteous & honest. His attention to detail & his explanation of our sewer problem was easy to understand. Since the job requires excavating, Phil assured us our yard would be treated as if it were his own. Invisible Excavations is very fortunate to have Phil on the sales team, representing their company.
