The woman on the ohone for scheduling was lovely. Steve came out to repair our overflow drain in the upstairs tub. He explained everything thoroughly and got the job done within an hour. I appreciate him doing the job correctly and efficiently.

Pretty good plumbing company. They’re pretty responsive and does decent work. Unfortunately they have a rude, entitled and unwilling to help employee by the name of Chris. I’ve heard two separate cases from my tenants, saying that he comes with an attitude when he shows up to a job. Someone needs to counsel him when interacting with clients. It’s very unprofessional.

SCAMSCAMSCAMSCAMSCAM! I
recently had a job done by Axis plumbing on Sept 27th. The service was requested via my home warranty of American Home Shield. My first impression the shady plumber that works for access, or from what I was told use to work for access was late upon arrival! I took the day off from work just to be avail, because they don't necessarily give you an arrival time, but that of a window, an hour after the window! But I digress. The gentlemen showed as an Axis plumbing employee. Greeted advised him of the work that needed be done on my premises. The guy got to work, started to tear up dry wall to gain access to the work, which is fine, since he advised the "AXIS PLUMBING WILL REPAIR THE DRYWALL AS IF WAS REMOVED BY AXIS PLUMBING." During the work that was being done and upon completion. I asked "AXIS PLUMBER" How much would your company charge if I would like on repairing a garbage disposal? AXIS PLUMBER STATED THE FOLLOWING, "So, if we needed to come back out to do the repair/ replace, you will always be charged a $125.00 service fee, but since I am already here I can do the work, so all you pay is the work. Ok, great, I took the day off lets just get this done so, I can get it repaired/ worked on! AXIS PLUMBER took about 4 hours to complete the garbage disposal. Upon completion of work AXIS PLUMBER advised since "AXIS PLUMBING" Did the work, should something happens with any repairs be sure to call me directly and "AXIS PLUMBING" will come back out repair any malfunction, saves you the service fee. I then paid "AXIS PLUMBING" a total of $475.00!Well, just so happened, I am experiencing a malfunction with my garbage disposal and reached out to the number "AXIS PLUMBER" provided. I reached out to the "AXIS PLUMBER" with no success. I called them that following Wednesday and advised them that the garbage disposal their company installed is not powering on. I advised the "AXIS SECRETARY" and was advised that she will forward the information to her colleague from "AXIS PLUMBING DIANE" because apparently the "AXIS PLUMBER" Who by the way referred to himself as the "SON OF AXIS PLUMBING" NO LONGER WORKS AT AXIS PLUMBING!" I was advised by "AXIS PLUMBER SECRETARY LIZ" Yeah, he left and upon leaving he was doing work under the "AXIS PLUMBING NAME" but we found him out and terminated him. I asked the owners son??? She was like, "What?" I replied the owners son is no longer working with "AXIS PLUMBING?" She then said, "I don't think the owner has a son who works with AXIS PLUMBING." She said the guy we had to let go was because of the fraudulent work that was being done without consent for "AXIS PLUMBING." I guess we all know where this is going. She said, "I WILL NEED TO FORWARD THIS TO DIANE, BECAUSE I RECENTLY JUST STARTED HERE AND SHE WILL CALL YOU BACK." Well, I waited all day for a call back that never took place! I attempted to call them back within business hours. No one got back to me, as I did leave a message with best call back number.
Well, I did not rec a callback. Soooooooo, the following morning I called "AXIS PLUMBING." I *67 my number and Viola!!! Diane, the very person that was suppose to have called me back with this urgent matter, stated" OH YES I'M AWARE OF THE CIRCUMSTANCES THAT YOU HAVE EXPERIENCED!" She says, " Yeah, the AXIS PLUMBER no longer works for us!" You know the son of the owner ;0)As I sent their office with proof of services, to my very understanding, provided by "AXIS." Sooooooooooo, because of the fraudulent work that was done by the "AXIS PLUMBER" we let him go. But no there is nothing we can do for your since, "THE OWNERS SON" no longer works for AXIS." But file a claim with your home warranty and we can come out and repair the services that the "SON OF AXIS PLUMBING" fraudulently did work at your premises. I know this is a rather LOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG review and no one will probably read, since this is a warning. Yes, you can hire, "AXIS PLUMBING TO DO YOUR REPAIRS" I would exercise EXTREME CAUSTION! Do your homework, know who you hire and when in doubt! Not BBB ACREDDITED! -
I would not recommend this company at all. They are unorganized and the secretary was very unprofessional. I didn't want to give 1-star for this company.

I have American Home Warranty (AHS). On the Tuesday before Thanksgiving my kitchen faucet water suddenly stopped working. I called AHS and they setup an appointment with AXIS to come out on Wednesday He came on time looked at my faucet, took a peak under the sink, took out his phone and took a picture of my faucet and said, “I only have basic builder faucets on my truck so I need to get approval to give you a faucet like you have. By the way I have a touch-less faucet that I disconnected years ago. On Friday I get a call and was told there was a blockage and the warranty doesn’t cover it so I’ll have to pay $325 out of pocket. Mind you this conversation about the blockage never took place at my home. I read my warranty again I saw that I could request a second opinion which I did. The second plumber came out admitted that he had not worked on too many faucets like mine but he would see what he could do. He immediately started checking and removed a part examined it blow through it put it back on and immediately I had water. I called AXIS back and did not even get an apology for what happened. Giving a diagnosis after getting back to the office without even checking out the situation. I’m no plumber but I don’t think a picture of a faucet can provide a diagnosis. Needless to say their intent was to rip me off for an unnecessary $325 charge. I’ve already let AHS know that if I need a plumber ever again DO NOT send AXIS to my home. As a first time customer I was beyond disappointed.

They did come out and tear up my basement floor and cleared the prior owners grease. They put the floor back together. The problem was I have a finished basement. One side for my grandkids and one side for adults, complete with a bar. The “professionals” didn’t tell me to cover anything. They proceeded to get cement dust over my entire basement. They didn’t even have the decency to close the door that separates the two rooms, to contain the dust to the kid side only, which still would’ve pissed me off. When I mentioned it to the work, he said I should’ve covered my stuff up. How I was supposed to know that what I started out as a small job turned into large job that I would have dust everywhere??? They had to have known that I didn’t want dust on toys and furniture and my precious knickknacks. They could’ve put a tarp up or something. Or better yet tell me there’s going to be a lot of dust, so cover or move my stuff. I would have rather rescheduled to prepare for the dust. I ended up paying $700 to a cleaning service that I still had to go behind. If I had a million dollar home instead of $200k I don’t believe they would’ve done that. I talked to the receptionist, she said I should’ve known there would be dust. How should I have known??! Never had any floor busted up before. Besides if I knew or not I think it’s worth telling me, since they were the “professionals”. Totally not professional! I gave 2 stars because they completed the job but were totally unprofessional about it.

Axis was quick to respond after we were stood up by a different contractor that was sent by our home warranty company. Zach was kind, professional and prioritized our case as we had been without hot water for well over a week. He quickly diagnosed the issue and was back with the replacement part within an hour. Diane, was kind and helpful as well. We will work directly with Axis in the future for any of our plumbing needs.

One star is the lowest allowed, unfortunately for this company that’s not low enough! I schedule a repair for my toilet through my home warranty, having used axis plumbing in the past I figured why not let’s get them out again!! Big mistake!!! The plumber they sent out Zach cracked my toilet left a puddle of water on my brand new carpet. Mind you he left telling my wife the problem was fixed!! After discovering the toilet was cracked we called and of course Zach denied cracking it stating the crack was there already !!! I find it hard to believe that a reputable company would come out to assess a problem and only identify and fix one issue without letting the customer know of a different problem. Do to there lack of accountability and Zach deliberately misleading my wife and his employer I can no longer support or stand behind this company!!!

Our toilet was completely clogged so we put a call in through our warranty company. The plumber called us right away the next morning and they had someone out to us by 3pm. They guys had us unclogged in 15 minutes. Diane in the office was awesome and did everything to get us taken care of the same day.

Andy, Zach, and Diane were all very kind and professional! Got my water heater replaced in a timely manner with no issues. Thank you so much!! Bless you all!

They had to bust open my basement floor to replace clogged sewage pipes. It was a big job. They did a fantastic job! Highly recommend and would use again for any plumbing issues. I got 3 quotes from different companies and their Price was extremely fair and I was on schedule within a couple of days, not weeks. Great Job! Thanks again.

Axis plumbing is a fair and professional contractor. I had a cast iron stack in my house that was deteriorated and Axis plumbing came in, assessed the situation, gave me a fair price, and fixed it that week! Thank you so much my house is finally back to normal!

I have no idea if they are a decent plumbing service, but I'll never consider them just based on how inconsiderate and unneighborly they are. I (or my dog) have been nearly hit on three separate occasions as a pedestrian by someone backing out of their parking lot without looking. Employees there (especially the owner of the grey Range Rover, who is one who almost hit us, and then acted like it was our fault, despite pedestrians having the right of way) consistently block the sidewalk with their parked vehicles, and they never clear snow from sidewalks in the winter (which makes navigating around sidewalk-blocking cars on a sloping bottom portion of the driveway difficult). They are less than a half-mile from my house, and I'd love to have a plumbing service so close in case of an emergency, but it won't be Axis that I'm calling..

Our warranty company sent Axis Plumbing to repair a sink leak and replace a faucet. The technician from Axis, whose name is Andy, did a fantastic job at diagnosing the leak and fixing it within minutes. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and worked fast and accurately to solve our problem. Communication with Axis from beginning until the job was done was excellent. What a great business! I highly recommend them!!

If I could give less the one star, I would. Maybe it was because we contacted them thru a home warranty company (this was a recently purchased home in Cleveland Ohio area) but Axis Plumbing was awful. The problem stemmed from a leak visible from our second floor ceiling (home has 3 floors) which we initially thought was from the roof. Roofer came by checked everything thoroughly and demonstrated there was no evidence of moisture coming from the outside (it had recently rained). Warranty company then sent Axis, and from the beginning the one more ‘senior’ plumber (he talked the most and loudest) never seemed like he wanted to be there. However, Kudos to the other ‘junior’ plumber because he did seem to be interested in solving the problem (but unfortunately was overruled). After running the third floor bath and sink for 15 min the senior plumber declared that it must be coming from roof. Never tried filling the sink or bathtub then letting it drain, which seems like common sense for any kind of plumbing problem. That very night after a bath, and a very careful inspection of space under our claw foot tub (since we noticed a small amount of water on the floor around bath mat) saw a lot of water leaking from where the tube drain connects to drainpipe and running to a place on the floor not immediately obvious. Warranty company issues a recall ticket, but its Axis that still has to respond. Call Axis on Monday to set up another appointment, they can’t come till Friday. Try to get someone else thru warranty company. When it seems like it’s going to take about as long (or longer) to get a different plumber, we call Axis back and now they cannot come out till next week. I’m without a working bath for a week, and Axis is playing games. They suck.

Extremely Disappointed – Work Not Completed, No Accountability
I normally don’t leave reviews, but this experience has been completely unacceptable and needs to be shared. We were referred to this plumbing company by our home warranty provider after experiencing water backing up into our basement. It was reported that there were roots in the main line. When the home warranty claim was denied, we agreed to pay out of pocket for the work.
The company came out the day before Thanksgiving, supposedly cleared the line, and left. By the next morning (Thanksgiving Day), water was back on the basement floor. I immediately called the company and left a message. No one called me back.
On Friday, I had to call again, only to be told that because they “did the work,” I would need to pay another $350 for them to stick a camera down the line to see what was actually going on. When I asked whether they stand behind their work or offer any kind of guarantee, the representative was short, dismissive, and offered no solutions.
I then contacted the sewer company to rule out outside issues. They confirmed the blockage was inside the home—meaning the original problem was never resolved. I called the plumbing company back yet again, and this time was told I would need to pay another $295 to have the line snaked again. I asked why I should have to pay repeatedly for the same unresolved issue. Their receptionist insisted they charge “per drain,” and claimed they had already snaked the main line—even though the area still clogged is the main line, just a different section of it. When I asked if she was the owner or who I could speak to, she was vague and evasive.
This service is completely unacceptable. A reputable company does not repeatedly charge customers for the same unresolved problem. Instead of taking accountability or completing the job correctly, they continued asking for more money without offering a real solution.
After giving them multiple chances to make this right, I can confidently say this is not a credible or trustworthy company, and I would not recommend them to anyone. -
Excellent customer service and professionalism.
