Reviews of local pros in Parma, Ohio

Needed a hand finishing a bathroom faucet install. I've done a handful of these before, but the sink I was working on today was too narrow to fit the basin wrench - plus the nuts were mostly corroded completely through. After a couple hours of tinkering, I gave up and called Kamran at about 11 in the morning, he showed up at 2 and gave a very fair quote.

I don't think he was expecting as long of a job - he ended up having to saw through the double-plated 1950s era faucet with a Dremel - hours of work more than was anticipated on the quote. I'm not going to say the price I was quoted on here, but he stuck to it despite the enormous amount of extra work required.

I would highly recommend this company. Extremely polite, professional, and thorough.

Needed help with dishwasher and refrigerator. Five star plumbing came in and did a excellent job on both items. The plumber knew how to do his job and done it very well. The price was very reasonable and we would recommend 5 Staedtler to anyone.

Kamran came to our house and installed a dishwasher. His professional work at a fair price led him to my asking for his business cards to hand out at church. He gave us a new customer discount and also a discount for repeat service should we decide to do other work with five star. Surprised there are service people like kamran still around.

I have used 5 Star Plumbing 6 or 7 times in the last 5 yrs...from broken pipes to toilets to leaks. Great work! Cleans up after the job is done. very reasonable prices. i HIGHLY recommend them!

This guys are honest, knowledgeable and courteous. They know their job, small or big. Did a great job installing my new 1.28 L toilet.. He got a customer for life. I'm 66 yrs old and hate negotiating or being cheated. Kamran is honest and professional.

I highly recommend Five Star, prompt service at a fair and reasonable price. I had a few small plumbing issues that they were able to take care of easily but the main reason I had called them was the slow draining tub that was becoming problematic. They came back out the second day because this job would take a bit longer to complete, they removed large sections of old pipe that were mostly closed up due to metal build up. They replaced them with PVC pipe and my tube runs like it should...fast!

They always look at other issues should I have them and answer any questions I may have, and of course the give excel advice. I can't say enough about their service....excellent!

Totally amazed by Kamran at Five Star Plumbing! He came out the same day I called him and by that afternoon, my sinks were both in working order. Honest, trustworthy and extremely capable, I plan to call him for all my future plumbing needs.
Thank you, Kamran, for a job very well done!

Kamran did an excellent job. I was very pleased with the ability of him to get to my house in an emergency situation, help assess and fix the problem timely, and do it with a very reasonable fee. He was extremely friendly and I will absolutely use Five Star again if needed. Thank you!

I have nothing but great things to say about Five Star. Kamran has been out to the house 3 times since we moved in two years ago. He came out yesterday and fixed a leaky/running toilet. All the work was explained and it was completed for less then the amount I was quoted! I would never use another plumber.

I had a fantastic experience dealing with an issue with my mother’s outdated garbage disposal and getting it replaced. I called early this morning and had assistance before noon today. Keeping things short we got an incredible new garbage disposal installed at a very reasonable price. This is now our go-to business for any of our future plumbing needs. Honest, punctual and friendly. Thank you!

We had a bathroom sink that was driving us crazy. We were worried that we might be looking at some serious expense. Kamran was able to come take a look that day with very little notice. He was on time and got the job done at the promised price, despite it being significantly more work than anticipated. He was extremely pleasant and was happy to explain everything that was going on. I'm so glad I chose to call him and his company. This is the only plumber I'll be working.

Cant say enough about five star plumbing again !!! Had the owner out again for a job to be done in my bathroom. To make a long story short I have an old 60s house and couldn't get off the push button for the shower as it was leaking. The owner came out evaluated the problem we were having along with bathroom shut offs that didn't operate correctly. Was back a few days later and found the part that we needed replaced both the cold water and hot water shut off in addition to putting in a new shut off for main water line and the whole housing unit for our shower faucet and water spout in the tub it was a two-day job he was in and out and done and the price was amazing he will be a lifelong plumber for us if you're considering Plumbing, repairs, emergency or anything of that nature definitely give Five Star Plumbing a call there A plus in my book

We needed someone to come take a look at leaky basement pipes ASAP- Five Star got there less than an hour after we called. Very prompt, polite, and quickly found the problem. Had it fixed in no time and was very fair with pricing. Honest company who does great work- definitely recommend and will be using again the next time we have any plumbing needs.

How long have you been looking for an honest plumber? After years of getting ripped off and getting the run-around from so-called experts in this field, I have finally found a plumber that I am proud to recommend who is both honest and proficient. Kamran of Five Star Plumbing and Heating has treated my family with respect and honesty. He will go above and beyond to earn your trust and your future business.
After 3 separate jobs, 2 of which were an emergency - 1 at my rental, and 1 at my home, I can honestly say that I was 100% satisfied with the work performed, and I NEVER felt like I was getting ripped off, even though my plumbing issues were urgent.
If you have a problem with your plumbing, Kamran WILL solve it.

I have called Five Star Plumbing and Heating every time I needed something looked at or fixed. My parents are also now loyal customers.
You will never go wrong: Kameran is honest, kind, respectful, fair and very knowledgeable and skilled at what he does. His prices are great! He also offers extra tips and advice that are very helpful. He has become a friend of the family. I am so happy he was recommended to me by a co-worker and I have continued to recommend him to anyone and everyone that needs help!

We are so happy we found Five Star Plumbing! Kamran was prompt, upfront with pricing, kind and considerate. He did an outstanding job and I highly recommend his services. He has a customer for life.

I was looking for a plumbing company that would come and help fix my leak under my kitchen sink and bathroom sink. I called a plumber I used before and I never got a return call, and I don't believe in chasing anyone to make money. So, I called another plumbing company and he never called me back. Finally I came across this companies Google reviews with 5 star ratings, and now I see why. They answered the same day and I had an appointment the same day. The owner was very friendly on the phone and asked me if I preferred today or tomorrow. I wanted it to be fixed today and he told me someone would be there around 5 or 6 p.m. I got a text also letting me know that they would be arriving. He was on time, courteous, and friendly. He also went above and beyond driving to Cleveland because the company only services areas out in Parma and other areas. I was truly grateful for that. I decided to have him work on my kitchen sink only. The owner came in accessed the problem fixed it no more leaks. Thank you for showing up and helping us your service was truly appreciated and I would highly recommend this company. They are a bit pricey, but my problem was fixed and all it took was one phone call. Thank you again.

I saw excellent reviews on google search result for a plumber near my home in North Royalton, but I was not so sure; nevertheless, Mr. Kamran responded after I called for a service. WOW, he deserved nothing less than a 5-star rating! Mr. Kamran came to my house twice and spent nearly 6 hours to fix the leaky/drippy jacuzzi faucets. As an engineer myself, I tried twice to replace the defective cartridge without success. It was an extremely difficult job and I commended the attitude of Mr. Kamran - only a satisfied customer is a happy customer. Obviously a happy customer is a returning customer in the future. He also recommended adding a switch valve in the pipe entering my house from ground in my basement. Again, an excellent suggestion and job. The fees are very reasonable, for the amount of time and care he puts into the work. Thank you, Mr. Kamran.

We called Five Star Plumbing on Saturday morning. They said they would be there between 1:30 and 2:00 and were right on time. Kamran went right to work, figured out what was wrong with our water heater within a few minutes and made the repair on the spot. The price was not bad at all and the replacement parts were installed within an hour. This was a rare all-around great experience for us. Thank you Kamran and Five Star Plumbing.

Kamran from Five Star Plumbing and Heating came to our house with the issue we had with a water heater. He arrived on time and was very professional and patient. He installed our water heater within a few hours. He went beyond the call of duty to make sure we were happy with the job.

We were so impressed with his service to our water heater that we called Five Star Plumbing and Heating with our second issue involving our toilet. The toilet was leaking water. Kamran was able to detect the issue and was able to fix it quickly.

We would highly recommend Five Star Plumbing and Heating to anyone having any plumbing issues as they are very reliable and reasonable in price.
