Our home warranty company referred us to Federal Elite for some issues that we were having with our HVAC system. I’d never heard of them prior to this, but was pleasantly surprised when they contacted us the same day to schedule on a Friday evening. We had two technicians, Ben and Shawn, working on the job for the better part of a day. They were so kind and diligent. We had just moved into our house and the AC unit we have is 39 years old and had seen much better days. There was a lot to be done and they did fantastic work for a great price. Not to mention, they took great care in cleaning up afterwards. I’m sure this unit hasn’t looked and worked this great in decades!

Our air conditioning unit went down over the weekend and our normal HVAC guy was on vacation, so he referred us to Federal Elite. We’ve had several bad experiences with other heating and cooling companies through the years- they always tried to upsell us on services.

From start to finish, Federal Elite was top notch. They were able to get us scheduled for the same day! Our technician, Cory was amazing. He was friendly, efficient and did not try to upsell anything.

We were pleased with the service we received from the team of Josh & Paul from Federal Elite Heating & Cooling, Inc. They were professional, polite, & personable. Josh & Paul continued to problem solve until a workable solution to our humidifier situation was solved. Highly would recommend this company.

Unfortunately, I am leaving this review as Federal Elite Heating and Cooling is, in my opinion, not acting in good faith. A thermostat wire was ran a number of years ago by this company, which violates building code. I called about a month ago to have them come out to assess, today I received a follow-up call that they could come and look but I would have to pay a charge for that assessment. I personally do not think that is appropriate given the circumstances. I did not plan to leave a review but I now feel as though this is my only option.

Matt, Christine and Cory were very professional throughout a difficult compressor replacement process due to a unique geothermal unit in our home. They were very responsive, very transparent and treated us as a valued customer in every way. We give them and Federal Elite our highest recommendation.

Federal Elite Hearing & Cooling is so surprising in that they seem to have a knack for hiring excellent techs and office staff too. Surprising because when was the last time you felt valued as both a customer and a human being? It’s been a while, right? (Sad to say). They keep their word in any interactions we have had; so refreshing! Today Paul did a follow-up on a previous system check and he couldn’t have been more personable and courteous. And shout out to Christine in the office who helped by giving me almost instant service! If you are looking for a quality HVAC company, Federal Elite should definitely be a company to consider!

My recent experience with Paul, Christine and Mike has been exceptional. They are quick to respond to my questions or concerns. Recently Paul came out to the house to evaluate our heat pump, as it was not working. He took the time to meticulously run multiple tests and diagnose the problem. I had questions regarding the heat pump. He did an excellent job of explaining in detail how the heat pump worked and the older part that needed replaced. Paul, Christine and Mike all seem to be very passionate about their jobs!! I think that says a lot about this company!!

Federal Elite Heating & Cooling has been tremendously quick to respond to our service calls anytime we have encountered a problem with one of our furnace or AC units! We have had very positive experiences working with Paul, Josh, and Corey (on the service side) as well as Tim (Sales Consultant) and Debbie (Office Manager)! They have been extremely professional, friendly, and always willing to go above and beyond to assist with our service needs. Paul came out to do a repair on our AC unit this past Sunday -- working overtime -- realizing the extreme temperatures we have been enduring this summer in Ohio! And they gave us the BEST deal on a new furnace during the coldest week in January with installation scheduled within 48 hours of the quote! Our furnace suddenly stopped working. I was able to get a service technician out to my house the same day. Matt and Ryan were early. They were very polite and worked efficiently. They were knowledgeable and explained the issue and answered all my questions. They did a very good job.

Any company can score high when everything goes as planned. The real measure of company performance is when things go wrong - how well do they make "good" and recover when Murphy's Law overrules the engagement? Federal Elite of Pataskala sets the bar high and delivers! They go the distance (many miles) to ensure the final product and state of the home is an example to the industry - they fixed the problem and continued with follow-up beyond my expectation. I HIGHLY recommend their team for ALL HVAC, water heater, and related services they offer. They saved me thousands of dollars on my HVAC when the other guys (allegedly "pros") quoted a full system replacement - Federal Elite discovered my current system was still under warranty! Next, I wanted a tankless water heater and Federal Elite saved me thousands AGAIN!
