Cameron came right at the beginning of our appointment window. He was kind, knowledgeable, efficient and checked our furnace, air conditioner and radon levels. As part of our maintenance package, this was all included.

Steve was knowledgeable and very polite. Diagnosed the problem quickly.

Do not use Dor Mar! I scheduled an appt to fix my refrigerator for today between 12p and 4p and adjusted my work schedule around it. I received the confirmation text yesterday and confirmed. The tech never showed and no phone call or text. A little after 4 I was sent another text to confirm for tomorrow. When I called to inquire why there was a no show and the new text, I was told the tech called me at 8a because their scheduling service didn’t enter my house number in. There was no phone call or any attempt to contact me. There was no remorse, just a half a$$ed apology and I could schedule it again for another day. A honest company would have accepted their mistake and made it right by sending the tech out immediately. Do not do business with this company. They are an absolute waste of your time!

Update edit: Dor Mar essentially called me a liar if you read their response. I would be happy to show anybody my cell phone call records for that day. Not one call, message, or text. Nothing. When I called at 4:00, the person told me that the tech called and cancelled the service appt because the scheduling service didn’t put my house number on the address. Once again, not my fault. So Dor Mar, which is it?! House number or no tech available?! This is a glaring example of the integrity of this company. If this is how they treat a prospective new customer, I can only imagine lack of quality service and work they do and bill for. Absolutely unacceptable.

I recently had my water heater inspected, and David was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable, explaining every detail in a way that was easy to understand. His professionalism and attention to detail gave me complete confidence in the condition of my system, making the entire experience outstanding.

An A/C unit needed to be moved so I could install a new deck. I expected it to take several hours. They worked quickly and efficiently. In a relatively short period of time they were testing it and cleaning up. Great service! Will be using them again in the future.

Dor-Mar sent a nice young man who did a really good job correcting our wireless programmable thermostat. We are very happy with his service and thoroughness!

Cameron was great. The scheduling however... not so good. I get things happen but most of the time if you communicate with your customer they are understanding. You will get the occasional bad egg but most people just want to know what is going on.

Our service techs did a great job.
Arrived on time, completed the job as fast as possible.
They were professional, courteous, friendly and respectful of the house.

James Bolton did a great job doing dryer duct cleaning for us. He showed up within an hour of the 4 hour time window given by Dor Mar, was friendly, professional, and very efficient.

Let me say that the field technician, Steve, was a 10/10. The parts needed to repair my system took a LONG time to arrive. I understand that things happen. The only thing that would have made this a five-star review is better communication from "home office." Once delays were expected, some proactive communication about the delay would have been appreciated. Overall, I'm satisfied with the experience, and looking forward to using Dor-Mar in the future.

The Technician that did the work was great in and out in about 10 or 15 minutes and here is where it goes off the rails the company sells me a part for my furnace for $300 that can be gotten from multiple places for between $100 and $200 and then charged me $150 for the 15 minutes that it took their Technician to remove and replace the said part.So it's hard not to feel like we were taking advantage of but I will say this they're not the only company with this practice. Needless to say I'm not happy
