Reviews of local pros in Pataskala, Ohio

My experiences have been great. The crew is Awesome and Mason who runs the crew, also great. They do other things besides cutting grass, mainly prepping before your first cut. This my second year, and have no complaints. I highly recommend this company.
Much Thanks!

Been a customer for 2 years now and have never had to worry. These guys pay attention to detail and it shows. Things come up and communication is never been a problem. Couldn’t be happier with my yard!

the 2 gentlemen were very professional and hard working.

They do a very good job .

We had our lawn aerated, and the cost was quite reasonable. The fellows were thorough, fast and cleaned up such that you'd never know they were here.

We’ve been using inside out for 3 seasons now for mulching and fall Aeriation with no complaints at all. Prices are very reasonable. 3 of our friends also use this firm.

The crew worked very hard to turn my garden beds from weedy to respectful. I have them two years now and have been very happy both years.

Mason and his team did a wonderful job making our landscaping beautiful! They edged all of our beds with precision and placed the mulch perfectly. Very communicative with each step of the process. We highly recommend (Inside) Out Home Enchantment!

They gave us a fair quote for edging and mulching. They showed up when the said they would. They completed the task, as promised and did an excellent job. We are very pleased and would not hesitate to use them in the future. Thank you!

Guys did a great job on my fence!

It's been a pleasure working with the Inside Out team. Communication is clear and timely, and the site time is efficient. It looks perfect when they leave.

This company has done several jobs for me Mason and Austin have always done everything to my satisfaction and always go above and beyond I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing any types of landscaping done.

Mason made my fencing project a very pleasant experience! He was very communicative, prompt and provided a high quality product. Mike made adjustments to move the location of a gate for me and worked diligently between snow/rain storms to complete the project. I’ve already received compliments from my neighbors on my new fence. I highly recommend Inside Out Home Enchantments!

Great Crew! Great Team!

Dan and his guys did an amazing job on our patio. They were ready to answer all our questions throughout the process. My wife and I couldn't be happier!

Called twice about to get a price for some yard work. First call was on a Monday or Tuesday and I was told I would have a quote by the Thursday. The second call I made was the following week after not receiving any contact. I was told they "were busy" and "uhh, will get to it". Go with someone else, apparently they have enough business.

Edit -
to your reply,

I explained how bad the situation was when I called you the first time. I gave the history of the property and the recent activity by the city that made the water build up worse.

The second time that I contacted you, you stated you had nothing prepared because as you put it ”we’re busy”. I said I understand that but you said I would have a quote by now, to which you replied “uh, we’ll get to it” . It was a week after the second call and I still had no estimate.

By the way, it had not rained enough to cause a water build up until after the second conversation.
I get you do not like negative reviews, but at least be honest about it and just own the fact that you made a mistake.

Dan first helped us design and pick out materials to create our outdoor space. He made it easy to tweak out our patio design and landscaping. He worked some sort of magic and turned our small yard into a beautiful patio that is welcoming and ready for happy hour!
WE LOVE IT!!!

We had Blackrock do extensive work on the front area, backyard (including gas firepit) and side area of our German Village home... They did an amazing job for a reasonable price. They were dependable, hard working, and great with communication throughout the project.

Extremely pleased with Dan and his team. They demo’d an old concrete slab, removed greenspace and installed a masonry patio with lighting and drainage. Material backorders from suppliers caused lengthy delay for starting, but Dan kept me updated along the way and got started as soon as brick was available. His crew was very professional as well as friendly. Whenever I stopped by on lunch to look at progress they would stop what they were doing and answer any questions and tell me more about what they were doing and why.
Even when I requested a scope change near the end of the project Dan accommodated the change and completed the additional work at the same time.
We intend on doing additional work next year and Dan will be the company that I’ll be using.
