I’ve had an excellent experience working with Andrew and Jeremy. The team is professional, responsive, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything looks perfect. Their attention to detail shows in the quality of their landscaping, and communication has always been clear and timely. They are reliable, reasonably priced, and truly take pride in their work. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a landscaping company that delivers great results and outstanding customer service.

Quality Yard and Home Maintenance is our go-to for all of our home needs!! A couple years ago we had them doing odd jobs such as poison ivy removal, replacement of a dryer vent and powerwashing of our house . The most recent projects we have done was expanding a washer and dryer nook, replacement of a kitchen and new drywall and painting of ceilings and walls on the entire first floor of our home. They did an exceptional job and completed it timely!! They are very good at giving updates and timelines for a project. Also we just had two outdoor railings installed and a concrete pad step. We are so very happy with with these services provided. We know that when we need a project done it will be done just how we want. This is a local family owned business who provides exceptional service. We highly recommend them!!

Utilized Quality for leaf clean up and removal at our wooded residence property. I felt their price was reasonable, though a bit high, but the quality of their work is always good, their crews work hard and efficiently and they complete all tasks contracted for. They are contracted to return in December to perform the same clean up services one last time, once most of the tree leaves have dropped. I do wish they would have delayed the first clean up for another week based on the weather and leaf fall, but as mentioned, they will be back for another clean up in December. In our experience, the company is very reputable, their personnel are knowledgeable and nice to work with and they perform as expected. We highly recommend Quality for yard work and maintenance .

Made the mistake of not initially using Quality for our project, instead opting to go with a family friend based on a recommendation. Big mistake. The original company botched the job and we reached back out to Quality. They came in and saved the job and were great to work with. Professional from start to finish at a very fair price for the work being done. Glad I realized my mistake before it was too late, and Quality delivered. Great experience with all of their team members and highly recommend!!!!

POOR ACCOUNTABILITY AND UNPROFESSIONAL
Quality Yard and Home Maintenance replaced a shared fence with our neighbor, who hired them for the job. During installation, their crew broke our sprinkler system pipe and never informed us—even though they were aware of the damage. When we discovered it weeks later and called them, they admitted knowing about it, saying they thought it was a “dry pipe.”
Despite acknowledging this, they refused to take responsibility for the repair cost and asked us to pay for the damage their team caused. They also tried to justify it by referencing the county auditor’s map after installation, instead of checking before starting work.
While they offered to fix it, expecting the homeowner to pay for their own mistake is unacceptable. Very poor accountability and professionalism. Would not recommend.
No option to respond to your response, I will update the same review
Sprinkler placement: The sprinkler line was installed along the fence line and has functioned properly for years without issue. Whether it lies a few feet one way or another is not justification for causing damage and leaving it unreported. As professionals, your crew could easily tell that it was an active irrigation pipe, not an abandoned one.
I used it throughout the summer. You are lying, when saying it was dry pipe.
Awareness of damage: Your team explicitly mentioned during our call that they believed it was a “dry pipe,” which confirms they were aware they broke it during installation. Despite this, no one informed us at the time — which is unacceptable practice regardless of who hired the company.
Responsibility: Even if your policy states that damage to unmarked underground utilities is an “upcharge,” basic professionalism and communication require informing the affected homeowner immediately — not leaving the damage undisclosed for us to discover weeks later.
Also just for the information, I also paid for the fence since it is shared. -
John was a personable. He was very thorough. Took an interest in his job.

John did an excellent job in checking out our appliances. He fixed our dryer and it no longer makes noise.

Later that evening we tried to run a load of clothes, but it eroded out with error code E01F03 and the door was locked. We had to turn off power to get doors open.

Kurtis found an issue that another company, who had been out 3 prior times, couldn't find. Very knowledgeable and explained things thoroughly.
-
Josh was very knowledgeable and professional. Identified issue immediately and recommended necessary repairs. Thanks!
-
Very nice tech!! He told me it was and handled everything in about 10 minutes. Very pleasant, great experience.
-
Kurtis arrived on time, listened to my description of the sound the washer made before quitting, then hooked up a diagnostic tool to the machine and got started. Within
1.5 hours he had the repair finished and tested. I was happy with his work but hoped the bill had been lower. -
Lito was great. He diagnosed and fixed our problem quickly and accurately.
-
Technician was great. Super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Would recommend him again! Customer service was awful though.
-
Very nice repair person. VERY kknowledgeable! And very pleasant to speak with.

He was a very hard worker that went above and beyond helping me. The only thing was he only had to turn the t on the waterline. He shouldn't have to charge me the whole 130 dollars to just turn the t valve.
He was wonderful though. Not his fault the price. I'd love to be able to have him do all my work around the house and appliances. He's a friendly, kind, go getter. -
Air Conditioning System - Through my Home Warranty, 2 other companies came, assessed, and then ghosted me. Both said the compressor motor was bad. Elbert (Sears) came, and fixed it in a jiff. I was shocked.
-
Technicians arrived 2 hours late. Computeried gave no help to contact the technicians to see when they were coming. In the end, the repairs would cost as much as buying a new refrigerator. The techs were nice, but the entire system needs revamped for this system bo be helpful and efficient.

Elbert came to my home and was rude, disrespectful and condescending. I addressed this with him and he didn't apologize, he continued to be rude. He needs additional training on customer service and respectful communication with customers. I'm only giving 1 star because I can't post without clicking at least 1 star, but I would not give Elbert 1 star. I had no problem with the previous technician that came in June to fix my A/C unit.

Very bad company. I have waited 3 days to only to have this company cancel and not able to speak to somebody about it. Do not purchase the warranty and if you're under a manufacturer's warranty request for a different company because this company does not care about its customers.
