My repair tech was Brandon. He was ontime, listened to my concerns and watched my video. He did his evaluation and determined the issue. Im very pleased with his service and would use Sears again.

Technician was top notch. 5 stars. Knowledgable, professional, communicative .
Company support for the technician is way below average. There is not a human being to be found in the company who can back up the tecnicians with up to date information, communications about appointments, problems, rescheduling, questions or any other form of customer service. The online tracking system and the feature that allows you to communicate with the technician don’t work. We used Sears repair service for years and years. The current situation is not acceptable. The technician saved your customer!!! No stars for the company!! -
Experienced, knowledgeable, courteous, and personable. Five star rating. This is the technician I would like to use next time.

Super knowledgeable . Took upon himself to contact me when ordered part came in 3 days earlier than expected. Immediately called with the and arranged for installation of defective 3 days earlier than expected. Super man and very courteous. Way to go.
With service and technicians like this is the reason I have been a loyal Sears customer for over 50 years.

It's impossible to talk to an actual representative for this company even when directed. This company will over promise / under deliver and never show up. Find any other company but this one.

John has been great to deal with! He’s been polite and professional. Very thorough with diagnosing and fixing issues.
-
Very friendly. Gentleman came in and did what he had to do. Explain. He was exchanging the ice maker and told me it would take some time to make ice and waiting to see when they get cold enough on the inside if it make ice or not but he did an excellent job, but it's not running any water into the ice maker. Both components have to work together in order to receive ice

This company is pathetic. If you have an issue it will tell you to call them if you have a problem. When you call their AI response will advise you that you can not talk to a real person to work through a problem. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY as they will waste your time only to not show up and you can not talk to a human to resolve issues. ************HORRIBLE COMPANY*******

Very nice, explained things well and he was able to show us the bill, since we had many difficult times trying with the AI system. Joshua was great, but I will not use this company again after having so much trouble with scheduling, lack of communication from the company and having appts cancelled through texts from Sears. Invoices are said to be viewed online but we couldn't find them. Our repair guy took the time to pull it up to show us, which we appreciated!

Very disappointed - called ahead to determine what was happening and was told that's the way it suppose to work after years of cooking. Once arrived was apparent was not trained for ovens. Didn't know what lights on stove meant or that there was a diagnostic mode on oven. After John left I ran diagnostic which indicated wiring issues. Took back off and found burnt wiring. Unplugged and buying replacement oven, which was cheaper.

I read on their website that if you accept the service they waive the service fee. Well I accepted the service which was a cleaning and I was charged the fee and the cost of the service. I was like that is not what it states. I will think twice before calling again. $50 cleaning fee, but I paid $194+. Tip off

The repairman was courteous and professional. He worked diligently and resolved the issue. He informed me that the part needed is not available and that the washing machine would have to be replaced.

The techs had quite the challenge in repairing a 23yr old dishwasher. It took about 7 visits but they finally got it running. They were persistent, efficient and polite.
-
Our tech was awesome, even though they didn’t send all the correct parts he went over and above effort to get a part delivered to the house so he could complete the repair!
-
Waste of my money. Spent 10 minutes for him to tell me he could not get parts. Told me to get them off amazon and get someone to install. Ask how much they were he could not tell me. Did not appreciate his humor when i said miss my dishwasher and hate dishes but then he said well you are the dishwasher. I hope these parts will work. Not really trust what he said. Dish washer not moved and did not try to reset anything. Wont use sears again. Had heard good things but did not get that.

We have been very pleased with the work Pierre has done for us. He has been out twice and has been thorough in analyzing the problem and fixing it. The previous technician, Josh, came out twice at a cost of over $1000, and still didn't fix the original problem we had. If we use the services again, please send Pierre.

Lito looked at the problem as I explained it. He said the only cause of that problem is a water valve that isn't closing completely ... as I expected. He triggered the icemaker several times, but didn't see any leakage. He suggested I try it again and wait 30 days. If it still isleaking into the cube bin, I should call him back. His exam and advice was well-explained and a reasonable solution. I'll watch for further leakage.

This is a little bit of an odd review. We had a tech come out, didn’t look at our washer once. Was here maybe 8 minutes. Parts ordered. New tech comes out and finds the problem and saves us almost 700 bucks. First tech…. Incompetent. Second tech…. Hero.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from Sears Home Services. There is no way to reach a live representative when trying to find out why a technician has failed to show up — again. This is now the third appointment that has been canceled or missed without any communication.
I purchased my refrigerator brand new at the end of August, and I’ve had to schedule multiple service visits that have all ended the same way: no technician, no updates, and no respect for my time.
Sears Home Services has demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and customer care. It’s unacceptable to leave customers waiting all day without so much as a call or text to say the technician won’t arrive. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has completely eroded my trust in your company. -
Josh was excellent. The person who came to fix it in November lied about what was wrong, and lied about the Sears Protect Plan. Your records should tell you who that was.

Outstanding technician took the actual time and effort to get rid of all the ice buildup from the damaged condenser From other technicians working on the refrigerator. He also identified the possible issue with a clog where the copper and aluminum meat, causing an ice block buildup. Something that the factory should be using a cork wrap solution to stop this from happening. Our other refrigerator in the basement is over 20 years old and is never froze like this one. If I ever have issues again, I would definitely want Josh on the job.
