Excellent service of our oven burner not lighting! I especially appreciate being able to talk to the servicemen prior to the visit to discuss the symptoms of the issue. Also a very clear expectation on the cost of a service call. I highly recommend this company.

DON’T use Best Appliance LLC without referral from a home warranty company that will hold them accountable for their unethical business practices. Dismantled and abandoned!

Frigidaire sent a warranty claim to Best for the refrigerator. Best came out and said they needed to order a part. Well, it's been MONTHS since we have heard from them. I have personally called them and spoke to Erin who said she would call me back and didn't. I have been calling leaving voicemails with NO RESPONSE!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I also reported them to Frigidaire.

Had to use this "company" (it's a married couple) through our Home Warranty. Total scam. Jeff was here for 15 minutes tops, said our dishwasher was "toast". He said to call if we didn't hear from him or our home warranty in a week. After a week, no calls, so I called him. Spoke with his wife, she had no idea what was going on. She had to do some research and call me back. That didn't happen. Called her again. This time she said a repair part needed ordered and she wasn't sure when it would be in, but they'd call when it was to set up a repair appointment. 35 days later, no word. Called Home Warranty. We were approved $350 towards a new dishwasher as of 3 weeks ago. Jeff got $150 for less than 15 minutes of service and wasted 35 days for a family of 5+ with no dishwasher. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! It's just easy money for them and all home warranty companies should break contract with them.

I got assigned by my home insurance company. Initially after reading review, I was little nervous. However my experience with Best Appliance was amazing pleasant. Jeff called and confirm initial appointment. On the day of appointment Jeff called before starting from his place, he arrived on time. He was able to detect the problem and ordered required parts. Once parts are in, his wife called and schedule the second appointment. The call was very courteous, unlike mentioned in some review here. Jeff installed new parts, and I'm very happy with his services. I am writing this review after 6 weeks , to make sure problem is solved for good. Thank you Jeff!!

Great service by Erin and Jeff! Very prompt on the response and worked with my schedule. Jeff did a great job at finding the cause of my washers problem, explaining it, and servicing the issue. Would highly recommend!

We were connected with them through our home warranty. They fixed nothing and charged us money. Their phone representative was also unhelpful and just wanted to direct us to the home warranty company rather than fixing our dishwasher.
