We have used Higher Power at least 3 times now based on a recommendation from our daughter. Service and personnel have always been top notch! Lyle was in our home this week, and he felt like family right away. He tackled multiple electric issues, and even gave us a brief Lighting 101 training. I always recommend Higher Power to anyone looking for electric services.

What an exceptional business to work with!! From the first moment I looked up Higher Power Electric, they were so easy to work with the schedule an initial consultation within the week. John was very honest and open with his advise for how to upgrade our outdoor business lighting so that it was most effective, and he even took a drawing of our building plan so that he could provide a detailed proposal for our lighting. I want to say a big thank you to Lyle, Eric, and Jim who performed our installation -- they walked me through everything and answered any and all questions I had. Thank you also to John and Vickie for being so pleasant and helpful!! Our business has a hectic schedule, and they did everything they could to accommodate us, for which I am eternally grateful. Right before Juneteenth I needed my house’s service replaced. The technicians were knowledgeable and friendly. They showed up and performed efficiently. They came back and did the punch list as stated. The office kept me updated; and the owner worked to get the permit issued and work inspected so I could get back to normal. I would recommend Higher Power to friends and family without reservation. They were not the lowest bidder, but the best performance. Thanks.

Absolute lifesavers! My oven was installed incorrectly by Best Buy and they were quoting us two weeks to come out to even look at it. I run a home bakery and had to miss a couple events and push back some orders. It was extremely stressful. I couldn’t wait any longer for Best Buy to come out (and didn’t really trust them either) so I called Higher Power to see how quickly someone could come out. The kindness and willingness to help was amazing. I called around 9:30am and was told they would try to fit me in same day. Only a couple of hours later I was contacted with the news that someone was on their way to help. I was so grateful! The technician who came was knowledgeable, efficient and very helpful. They will be my first call when I need an electrician again in the future!

She helped me try to troubleshoot my electrical problem over the phone, and was very kind and knowledgeable. Lyle was amazing to work with and is the nicest person! He quickly identified the problems in my home and fixed them in a timely manner. He was exceptionally personable, genuine, thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained everything (in terms I could understand) and identified several other electrical issues in my home. Prices were extremely reasonable for the great service! Patrick and Higher Power did a great job for us. We just moved into a flipped home, and a number of things were needed. Subpanel breaker box. More outlets. Hard-wired smoke and CO detectors. Bathroom vent fans. The Higher Power team came in, and got the job done. Promptly. Without fuss. Without a problem. When there were questions, I got a text and pics when necessary. All around, a very good interaction. Highly recommended.

Had another company come out and they didn't diagnose things correctly. Higher Power came out today and did extensive diagnostic tests and fixed our problem in an hour. I won't use anyone else for any electric problems I may have in the future. Cortland was a real gem and knew exactly what to do to make things right.

Recommend every time. This is the second time in a space of 5 years I have used their services. Lovely work they are methodical, tidy considerate, patient and talented. I don't have a fancy home, its modest. I had horrible tube lights I have hated them since I moved in. I choose the lights and they did a wonderful job installing by Patrick.
