Cameron was great. The scheduling however... not so good. I get things happen but most of the time if you communicate with your customer they are understanding. You will get the occasional bad egg but most people just want to know what is going on.

Our service techs did a great job.
Arrived on time, completed the job as fast as possible.
They were professional, courteous, friendly and respectful of the house.

James Bolton did a great job doing dryer duct cleaning for us. He showed up within an hour of the 4 hour time window given by Dor Mar, was friendly, professional, and very efficient.

Let me say that the field technician, Steve, was a 10/10. The parts needed to repair my system took a LONG time to arrive. I understand that things happen. The only thing that would have made this a five-star review is better communication from "home office." Once delays were expected, some proactive communication about the delay would have been appreciated. Overall, I'm satisfied with the experience, and looking forward to using Dor-Mar in the future.

The Technician that did the work was great in and out in about 10 or 15 minutes and here is where it goes off the rails the company sells me a part for my furnace for $300 that can be gotten from multiple places for between $100 and $200 and then charged me $150 for the 15 minutes that it took their Technician to remove and replace the said part.So it's hard not to feel like we were taking advantage of but I will say this they're not the only company with this practice. Needless to say I'm not happy

Had a routine maintenance scheduled on a 4 year old HVAC system and found out that it was leaking carbon monoxide and was all rusted inside. Calob from Dor-Mar Heating and Cooling was very nice to work with and was able to get a new unit set to install the same day.

Derrick was very friendly and professional. He quickly located the issue we called about and found a potential deadly issue that needed to be resolved immediately. Derrick explained everything that was going on and showed where and what the problem was. Derrick walked us through multiple options for repair or replace and listened to our concerns and needs, ultimately coming to a solution that worked.

The man didn't want to be here , I had one bursted pipe and he quoted 5000-10000 saying I have to do them all no just one next guy I called out no problem it's just one pipe he said , what review should I give him

Calob had the problem with the furnace figured out quickly and an estimate for the repair cost ready for us to review when he finished diagnosing the problem. Really appreciated his quick work and clear explanation.

Travis came out today for a recall for our new system that was installed in July. He was very nice to us the moment he walked in the door and spent a lot of time here with our system inside and out. Took a lot of pictures and videos of the pump running after it was fixed and made sure everything was working properly before leaving the house. Go Pack Go!

Steve started working at the issue and followed it all the way to the source to fix. He answered all my questions along the way explaining them fully.

Furnace went out in frigid cold weather. Dormar came out the same day I called and Derrick the tech was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Very satisfied with the service and experience!
