I highly recommend this company. I contacted them regarding an estimate on replacing my garbage disposal. The customer service from Michelle was great. She answered my questions quickly and throughly. When the Service Technician, Zach, arrived, he was professional and on time. He provided my estimate and since it was within my budget, I agreed to have the work performed, as well. If I have any other plumbing needs, I will definitely use this company.

Cruikshank Plumbing was professional from start to finish!! They had someone come out the same day! They were courteous, reasonable and did a first rate job!! If you have any plumbing needs… call them. You wont be disappointed.

We had Cruikshank Plumbing come out to replace a tub faucet in the kid's bathroom. A few months later, we started having water dripping down into the downstairs hallway, causing water damage, so I called to have them come back out and figure out what was wrong.

The young man they sent out cut two holes in our ceiling, and kept insisting the leak was coming from the jacuzzi tub in our master bathroom, which hadn't been used for months. No matter how many times I asked him to check the kids tub faucet, he insisted it was the jacuzzi tub, even though he couldn't get it to leak during his inspection. He finally just sort of shrugged, and left without any resolution, telling us to call if it happened again. That night, one of the kids took a shower and the leak happened again.

I called a different plumbing company the next day, and as soon as we turned on the kid's tub faucet, water started shooting back into the wall and dripping into the hallway downstairs. He replaced the tub faucet (which, to remind you, is the one Cruikshank replaced just a few months prior). He stated he'd never even seen a tub faucet like the one Cruikshank used, and showed us how the design of it was different from a typical faucet used in the industry. We also have video of the water shooting back into the wall prior to beginning work to repair it.

I still have two holes and large stains on my ceiling due to water damage caused by Cruikshank's shoddy workmanship. If the plumber from Cruikshank spent 2 seconds to actually check the work they'd done previously like I'd repeatedly asked him to, he wouldn't have needed to cut my ceiling to try to find the leak.

I always do what I can to support small business, but I recommend calling someone else for your plumbing needs.

This review is long overdue. We’ve worked with Devon and team on a multitude of projects over the last 10 years. They've done jobs for us including moving plumbing during a kitchen remodel, hot water tank, water softener, bar sink/plumbing install, new bathroom, to correcting our downspout drain issues. Through all of the projects they’ve been highly professional, dependable, and above all kind. From the office crew to the plumbing team, everyone is amazing. This team is trustworthy and our go to plumber. I would highly recommend.

3-4 times what the job should have cost and the new sink leaks, but only when I use it. Couldn't be more unimpressed with the entire experience. Do it yourself from now on.
