I'm actually a little surprised I haven't already reviewed CMS, as they have really shined multiple times for us in unrelated events over the last two years. This morning, we woke up to water flowing out of a pipe connector that had come undone. It had probably been pouring a ridiculous amount for hours. All four of us living here lost all the ridges on our brains in our panic and could not figure out how to make it stop. Fortunately, I was able to call CMS, express that we had an emergency, and they got someone to us in literally less than 10 minutes.

The plumber that came was fantastic. She stayed calm and very quickly stopped the bleeding. A few hours later, during the cleanup, we realized we had forgotten to ask something. We called back, and they were able to put us back in touch with the plumber within a couple of minutes. She walked us through our last concern, and I can't stress enough that in this interaction, and in every single other one we've had with anyone tied to this company, everyone has been so completely patient and kind with us.

I've had previous experiences with other plumbing companies, and, honestly I have never had a complaint with any of them, they have all been great - and yet despite that I still hold CMS in much higher regard than the others, they're just that good.

Both times that I've worked with Crawford Mechanical (with Brian and Zach, two different techs) I've felt secure that I'm working with an expert. The tech's are always willing to talk me through the work they are doing and keep me in the loop. I think their prices are fair and they really do a great job. I hope I never need plumbing again, but if I do, I know where to go.

I’m very happy with the work I got done in my condo. Everything was done well and within schedule.

This review is a year late. We had our master bathroom renovated last year. It was a huge (expensive) undertaking. Considering the age of the house (1920) we ran into unexpected issues of course. Our contractor uses Crawford for his plumbing work. Crawford gave an estimate and completed the work. As our contractor finished closing up the floor, he discovered the drain wasn’t draining sufficiently. Crawford had to come back out and run the proper size pipe, they had installed a 1.5” instead of a 2” and it wasn’t angled correctly. I was so worried I was going to be stuck with a costly repair on top of what we already paid for the renovation as a whole. Crawford was honest, owned their mistake, fixed the plumbing and covered the cost for our contractor to redo his work. It added a few more weeks to the project but the crew was nothing but accommodating. This says a lot about the character of this company. Would highly recommend and am writing this review as my thank you since I never did get a chance to talk to the owner myself.

Absolutely amazing service and responsiveness! Called Friday afternoon about a toilet leak and Brian showed up at 5:45 pm to take care of us on his way home!
He was courteous and efficient. It only took him 20 minutes and the repairs were completed!

CMS worked with us on an unconventional and large commercial project. I can't say enough about how they were willing to adapt and overcome to make the project a success. Hunter came out to install a new shutoff valve in my kitchen as well as install the new faucet. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He also informed me of what he was doing and why it was needed. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone needing plumbing work done.

Tankless water heater. First off Crawford called back immediately after leaving a voicemail. Chris scheduled a time to come out and see where he can put the tankless water heater in. And remove the existing water heater. After all was done, he thanked us and said he would send a estimate. He sent the best estimate around. Plus it was very detailed. We proceed with him and we are very happy to do business with him. He and his helper are very well informed about all that we have to ask about. Well's and everything. His wife is a gem. If you are looking for a honest person to do work on your house. Please consider this company. You won't regret it. You don't find many people who are just humble people like them often.

We had an unexpected emergency with our furance. It could not be turned on until it was fixed. We were just about to leave for Christmas with my whole family. Hunter came out right away, got us up and running in about 2 hours. We didn't have to change our plans and the grandparents got to see their grandkids! I am so grateful for Hunter's hard work.

We found a hole in the exhaust of our furnace and had to turn it off in the middle of winter while we had a full house for Christmas. Crawford dispatched their technician (Hunter Myers) and he was at our home within an hour. Hunter was polite and professional and most importantly got us up and running that morning. Cannot thank you enough!
