Reviews of local pros in Peninsula, Ohio

We’ve used Trotta’s for many many years they have always done a quality job for a reasonable price. Our 30 year old siding looks fantastic. And our house is still a bright white. I couldn’t be happier with Trotta’s power washing service!

Called for a quote, great friendly super fast quote turn around. They accommodated my needs quickly. I had to reschedule and they did it with easy. I haven’t have the power wash yet. But they customer service was awesome! I’ll be back to report the wash too!!

Trotta’s is always quick to respond and quick to get the job done for us, whatever it may be! We are always thoroughly satisfied with the outcome of the job whether it be power washing our walk out patio/under deck area, cleaning the pathway/driveway, restoring/painting our deck, or house cleaning. We are always impressed with what they do which is why we are loyal, returning costumers! They are easy to work with, professional, and get the job done well every time!

We have used Trotta’s for many years. They are Reasonably priced. Worked within our schedule and sent a Professional courteous team that was on time and most importantly did an outstanding job on our house driveway and stamped concrete patio. The gutters look like new

I highly recommend them if your in need oh power washing services.

Trotta’s did a great job! They were prompt, courteous and addressed an issue I had after the service promptly. Their process is a little different than most power washing firms as they use a detergent instead of power washing. The results were very good and they were great to deal with!

Trotta’s did a great job of power washing our house, resealing our deck, and painting trim on a couple of exterior doors. The crew was on time, polite, and reviewed the scope of work with me on site. They were careful and the work was completed to my satisfaction. I will certainly consider working with them again!

I knew I had a bit of moss growing on my roof. After cleaning and treatment by Trotta's, I was horrified by how much moss was there, just not visible. So grateful that Trotta's could schedule me quickly and provide excellent service. After the visit, there was zero impact to my landscaping or other parts of my home. Thanks, Justin and the team at Trotta's!

House and driveway looks great and we had mold/bird poop on the siding. They were able to get us in quickly too since had a cancelation. The technicians were very kind and friendly plus walked me around the house to be sure I was happy. Company also did a follow up call a week later to be sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend Trotta's Power Washing.

Really did a great job, recently purchased our new home and the first thing we wanted to tackle is getting the house, garage, deck, and concrete pressure washed. Trotta’s crew was very knowledgeable and easy to communicate/work with. The house looks great and our deck is ready for a fresh new stain. Much appreciated!

The quality of Trotta's work is exceptional. Crews were polite, careful and conscientious. The only hold back from a five star rating is, after the deck was power washed, we weren't contacted for a month to schedule deck staining. It took my call to prompt getting the staining crew out. They were out two days later after my call and finished the project quickly.

Fantastic experience all around! My wife has sensitivities to chemicals and they were very considerate in working with us to try and minimize any impact their work might have including explaining their process and also working through some alternative options. When it came time to actually do the work, the guys showed up and handled everything very quickly and the house looked great! Trotta's will be our first call going forward!

We had our brick and vinyl sided home power washed early in September. We also added the roof cleaning. Paul was our technician. Paul did a 5 star cleaning ! The product did its job. None of my of my flowers and plants were affected. The brick looks new. I will use this company again. We spoke with Adam, at the office, regarding billing. Adam was knowledgeable, and very nice.

I called Trotta's to clean up a mess in the road in front of my house that the excavating contractors left. They came out the next day and cleaned it up quickly and the price was very reasonable. Their employees and equipment were top notch.

As I was 13 hours away dealing with packing a house, the house up north needed power washing, so I checked with friends, reviews online, and definitely chose Trotta's. Well, that's one thing I have done right in the midst of a mess. They are so nice, came out within a day, supplied their own water for my job, and I am thrilled! Thank you so much for being good honest people and definitely experts in your field - I'd say top of the field!

I was looking for a soft washing of my solar panels on my roof, along with my house washing. Although Trotta’s had never washed solar panels before, they researched how to do it, gave me a fair estimate and agreed to wash them. A competitor just told me they couldn’t wash my solar panels.
Everyone I dealt with at Trotta’s was friendly and professional. When the two men came out to my house, they were on time, organized, and efficient. They even moved my catio away from the house, washed it, and put it back in place. I believe my solar panels are now working more efficiently, and the house looks bright and clean. I will definitely use them again.

The Trotta team did an awesome job washing and sealing our stamped concrete patio. A few bubbles popped up after the sealing which they took care of immediately. Extremely happy with the outcome. Highly recommend.

I have used Trotta’s services twice this year. First, the driveway was power washed in the spring. It was stained and looked terrible, now it looks brand new. More recently my roof was cleaned - the shingles are a light gray and black but before cleaning they were all black from the moss and dirt. After the first application most of the dirt was gone but there were a few stubborn areas with dark streaks. Trotta’s came back with no hesitation and took care of that. I am very pleased and highly recommend their services. There employees are also very professional and polite.

I had trotta's power washing out to soft wash my house and clean windows. Their service is definitely reasonably priced, but they lack informing the customer of the process and techs didn't notify me when the job was completed, they just left , especially after minor damage was caused during the process . Once the office was notified, they were beyond reasonable and accommodating to make sure the situation was right. Overall we were pleased with the soft wash and super happy with how our windows looked when they were cleaned.

Will definitely use Trotta's Power Washing again for all my outdoor house cleaning needs. Trotta's cleaning team showed up, ready to go to work in a timely efficient manner. They did an excellent job of cleaning the whole outside of my house from top to bottom and made my 34 year old driveway/walkway look like it was brand new. Their prices are fair and affordable. I give Trotta's Power Wash Company my highest rating and will definitely recommend mend them to my family and friends for all their cleaning needs.

Sincerely
Deborah Boston

I rarely write reviews, and then only when the product, service and/or experience was positive and exceptional. The service i received from Justin and his team was exceptional. The large deck surrounding my pool had some issues. I contacted Trotta's in the morning and by early afternoon Justin stopped by to take a look and by the end of the day I had a formal quotation. The price was fair and the work was scheduled in a timely manner (considering it was a busy time of year for deck power washing and staining).
After the deck preparation was completed Justin gave me a window in which the staining would take place. The staining was completed within that window and was done well above my expectations.
I want to especially express my appreciation to Kayla and Andrew who did the staining, the finishing touch. They were professional and polite and worked very hard to complete the job. Thank You Kayla and Andrew!
I will have Trotta's perform additional work at my house and will highly recommend them to friends and family. Chuck K.

Our paver stone patio was pretty nasty, having not had it power washed for several years. Trotta's came in and did a great job cleaning it all up. Here' s a Before & After photo.
