THE BEST STORE EVER! They have so much selection and fun gifts too

During a recent bike trip to Cuyahoga Falls, I stopped at Suncrest Gardens. First, the outside was overwhelming with quality and different choices: I wanted everything. I walked inside, and then I really became overwhelmed at product being offered. It was a good thing I was on my bike...my car would have been stuffed like I went Christmas shopping. Careful on my purchase, I chose an oxidized or rusted rabbit figure for my garden. Home I went and now my rabbit sits proudly against a rusted wrought iron fence at 'Rabbit's Run', the name of my garden.

The associates are 'friends' ... like you've known them for years. This is a great place to stop, enjoy and naturally buy and bring something home.

This was absolutely the Best service I have received at a Garden Center in my entire life. Staff was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The variety of perennials was amazing. The place was huge. The tropical plant section was awesome. The organization was phenomenal. The gift shop was very unique. The staff kitty cat was even friendly 😂

Wonderful Nursery. They have an amazing selection. Staff are super helpful and friendly. I could have spent hours going through the greenhouses alone. Prices are comparable to others in the area maybe slightly higher then some I've recently shopped at but the plants are in such good quality and given the varieties I haven't been able to find elsewhere I'd say it's highly worth it.

The staff? Super friendly and helpful, whether you're in the greenhouse or the gift shop.

Be ready to give your plants time to adapt, though. They are all in a high humidity/temperature greenhouse. So, if the plant will be indoors, you may need to help it get used to the new environment. But! These plants are healthy when you buy them!

My new favorite place. I was blown away by the selection and quality of the plants. They have everything from ground cover and your usual "garden variety" 😉 flowers, to massive trees and exotic and unusual finds - and beautiful containers for all of them. Pre-arranged hanging baskets, wind chimes, decorations, furniture pieces, succulents, soil, seeds and service. Wonderful service - very helpful but not intrusive, genuinely warm and welcoming. I really haven't fallen in love with a place lately like I have with Suncrest. I used to stalk Donzell's and mourned their loss. I found a place to fill the hole in my heart - and then some.

Love this place! Beautiful healthy plants plus many planters to choose from! AND unique items in the gift shop if you're looking for that special gift for yourself or others! Just a fun happy place 🪴🌵🪻🦉

We had Suncrest edge and put fresh mulch in all around the house--18 yards worth. John and his crew did a great job. They were careful around the plants and flowers. Highly recommend.

I had a gift card for Suncrest Gardens that I wanted to use, so I decided to stop by. They have quite the variety of gardening supplies and they even have a cute gift shop. Quite a few of the items are expensive, but they are cute.

I, unfortunately, can't remember her name, but she was VERY helpful with what to do with my non-blooming hydrangea and how to take care of my soil in my backyard garden. In fact, all the employees were very nice! They all greeted me when I walked in and asked if I needed any help with anything. I ended up buying a bush for my backyard and a couple of trinkets. I enjoyed my visit!

Purchased a shrub this spring that soon started to die. We planted according to instructions, but the leaves and branches continued to die. Straggly new growth started on top, but it is one ugly plant.
When we returned yesterday, we were told their stock looked worse than our photos as it was a bad year for this species. Really???
Anyway, it was clear no replacement or credit of $59.99 was going to be offered.
Really disappointed how this was handled. We have purchased trees and shrubs here before, but never again.
With all the good reviews, I wouldn’t be surprised if they disregard our experience or care less about this review. Will they ignore it or make excuses as I read in other problematic return experience reviews? Obviously no matter which, they are not going to make it right on a 90 day purchase that’s for sure.
Truly very disappointed.

A plant enthusiast’s paradise! By far the best garden center I’ve visited in Northeast Ohio. They have the largest indoor plant selection I’ve seen, including a number of more rare varieties at fair prices. The most common plants may be $1 to $2 more than other area garden centers, but they do bring uncommon plants to our community without the price gouging I’ve seen elsewhere.

Their staff is incredibly friendly and willing to assist customers - especially Sandy, and they do a wonderful job of keeping these plants healthy without a single pest noted anywhere.

Their gift shop has a beautiful selection of old world Christmas ornaments and I can’t wait to return for my next visit during the new year when we’re all longing to see plants growing in the greenhouses.

Such a lovely place to get plants, trees, and garden supplies. The staff were very helpful and the trees were all healthy. I particularly loved the inside with home decor and gifts. I purchased a wood carved bowl for some blue marble eggs I have at home and it’s so well crafted, I want to go back and get more outdoor pots for my deck!

Wow. What a beautiful place to get plants of all varieties and types. Fruit, vegetable, succulent, tropical, cactus, trees, shrubs. I have never seen so many types and kinds. And they have plenty of help around as well that are very knowledgeable. It’s become my new favorite place for plants

I stopped here on the way from canton to All Souls Cemetery in Chardon. I had no idea what to get as I usually just get the flowers. The staff was so friendly and helpful and helped me pick out exactly what I needed. Thank you so much for helping me!!

We spend way too much money here every year. They have the best plants and trees, and even better staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I seriously love this place and want everything I see. We also go every year to get a rooted Christmas tree. Oh and they have an awesome gift selection. Tis my happy place.

This place is worth a visit just to window shop. They have really nice pots - smaller sizes inside, with a massive selection of larger ones outside in any color you could imagine. The greenhouse has a huge variety of plants, and some that aren't for sale but are a marvel to see. In the nicer months they have a great selection of trees and shrubs.

The inner gift shop area has a lot of nice knicknacks all year or ornaments around Christmas time. The employees are also very nice.

Worst landscape business in Northeast Ohio. Be warned.

The crew did a great job trimming the bushes, weeding and mulching!
