Trotta’s is so reliable. They do a great job for a reasonable price and have competent, polite employees. They are quite honest as each year I count on them to remind me of when my concrete drive is due for sealing. They keep track of it and could easily have me do it before it is necessary, but never do. They also do not try to upsell other services which I really appreciate.

Had a great experience! Trotta's made my patio look brand new! They did a complete removal of the built up sealers and restrained and sealed. The guys were efficient and great to work with!

5 stars although the results were not what was expected. I didn't need a wash, there was no hope for my painted aluminum siding. The 5 stars are for a business that is customer driven. My siding looked almost as sad as before the house wash. What happened next....a very good return phone call and an unexpected visit from the owner to discuss why my house still looked so sad. If you have a textured aluminum sided house....call before you book and talk to them about expectations. 5 stars for a company that cares about customers, responds quickly and takes the time to talk about the process. I was not charged for the house wash. This is how you run a business.

Trotta’s power washed our driveway, sidewalks, and patio stone and it all looked fantastic. Another company resurfaced and finished the patio which looked like new after 24 years. Trotta’s also power washed, sanded and repainted our large two level deck. Some issues arose with the deck and Justin was more than fair in doing what it took to get it to our satisfaction. The team is professional, friendly, and hard working with great communication and customer service.

Trotta’s showed up on time, and we’re polite, professional, thorough, informative, and worked very hard! My house was completely transformed, especially the roof. They protected all my plants and were careful with the items stored around the house. Their power washing services brought my house back to life. It was a complete transformation. I highly recommend them. Everyone that works there couldn’t be nicer. Also, the follow up information they gave was succinct and their job quote was competitive. Two thumbs up! Highly recommend.

We have used Trotta's Power Wash to power wash and stain our deck every two years for a long time. They are reliable, professional, and do a great job. Our 26-year-old deck still looks amazing. The fence is also washed and stained by Trotta's.

From the time I contacted Trotta’s Power Washing for a quote to when they completed the job it was a seamless and great experience. We had a small job that needed to be done in a short time frame and they were able to accommodate us. Very friendly staff and reasonably price. I would definitely use Trotta’s in the future!

Trotta’s team did the soft house and window wash as well as a roof wash. It made a dramatic difference and there was no evidence left of avian aerial attacks, particularly on one side which the birds seem drawn to:) Then they proceeded to power wash the deck. Upon getting some outside help in replacing a number of bad boards and rotten timbers, Trotta’s returned to refinish the entire three tiered deck with new stain. It looks awesome and this should add years of life to this old deck. This is the second time I’ve hired them and I plan to hire them in the future for as long as I live in the area.

Clean, organized, huge selection of healthy and well tended plants. Are handling COVID-19 appropriately (bring a mask it's required) Even though they are clearly taking this seriously employees still asked if I needed help with anything (from a polite distance). Highly recommend.

Caution !! I don't know about the store, and probably never will

BUT... I do know that the lawn care team they send out doesn't KNOW or CARE about hydrangeas and/or other flowering bushes !

It's June 6. My bushes got trimmed yesterday. 99% of my flowering buds for late summer are gone.

So instead of the beautiful flowers that are the focal point of my yard, this year I can look at... Green leaves ! Thank you Suncrest Gardens !

Feel free to use this service, just don't plan on enjoying the flowers you've spent your hard earned time and money on.

Absolutely loved this place until I tried to utilize their warranty after a couple trees I bought died after a few months. The manager I spoke with treated me as though I was trying to pull some sort of con on them. I will not be going back there anytime soon.

The plants were beautiful…however I was in there with my mom (whose perfectly fine other than having some hearing loss). After mishearing and therefore misunderstanding a question from the woman at the front desk, the woman started talking to my mom like she was senile. Outrageous. She was rude and condescending. I would never step foot in this place again.

Until today have never had a bad experience at this store. Today I learned that the service you receive will be based upon your appearance. I arrived in gardening clothes, and could not get decent service to save my life. On the other hand the couple and gentleman in front of me recieved some of the best service they could get because they looked like they had money. Funny part my order was more than both of theirs combined. Will never shop here again!

Awesome place with a very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. They have an extensive & beautiful selection of houseplants, annuals, perennials, shrubs & trees. I just wish they were more focused on native plants or had a section of their nursery that was devoted just to native plants.

Very nice staff, wonderful selection of plants, my only complaint would be the prices were fairly steep so I could not afford everything I wanted!

Suncrest Gardens has a life long customer with us. We had Vanessa redesign our front last Fall. It came out beautiful. It was well planned and addressed all of the issues we have in our particular landscape. Vanessa came out today to address a concern we had with our Japanese Maple and reassured us that it was doing well and gave us additional pointers to continue keeping it healthy. The plants are all healthy and thriving. We couldn't be happier with the end result. Thank you again Suncrest Gardens and Vanessa.

Super wide variety of plants and flowers; definitely a better selection than the big box stores. Plus they have an interesting selection of garden-ish gifts that I haven't seen anywhere else. Displays are amazing and don't forget to visit at Christmas!! Very unique place to visit and shop.

They have a great selection but all the signs that say you break it you buy it are incredibly off-putting. Makes me feel like a child about to be repremanded. But they do have the biggest variety of Japanese maples I've ever seen. So five stars for selection, one for how unwelcome I feel there.

Helpful staff, good selection of healthy plants, pottery, soil amendments, and cute accessories. They have a few more exotic hybrid plants and trees than conventional ones so if you're looking for something a little out of the ordinary, you may find it here.

Absolutely FANTASTIC Garden Center and luxurious super store. I could spend a million dollars here and come back the following day not finished. Incredible selection of everything your heart and imagination can dream of plus more. It's like the excitement of Christmas @ 6 years old for adults. (Whom love landscapes, art and the beauty of creative nature indoors or outdoors)

10 out of 5 Stars. I walked the grounds with personalized help from the owner and picked out everything I needed to complete my weekend Rock Garden project. Her Contribution to its success will be captured in photographs that the entire staff expressed excitement and desire to see once complete.
