They are not very thorough. They miss dirt behind something , they do not want to move something to clean behind it or under it. They do not mop my floors clean , they leave dirt behind. I will not invite them back until they can do a very good job. I am sorry but I cannot trust them to do a good clean job.

They have been cleaning my apartment many years now. I work from home and they work around me with no problem. I get an extra thorough cleaning since a large crew comes in after cleaning bigger houses!

I highly recommend using this company. More specifically I use the orange team those girls are amazing they come in highly professional upmost Integrity in their jobs and take pride when they leave knowing you will have a smile on your face because your house is totally spotless

Hired this company and was told I needed to do a whole house deep clean to start so that future cleans would just be maintenance. I have a rather large house so this was $200+ dollars for a crew of 4. (mind you my house is not what anyone would say is dirty in the first place, but I went along with it) I returned home to a house that was barely surface cleaned!! It literally had furniture dusted floors mopped and all basic surface cleaning done that I myself can breeze through and do in about an hour myself. I was completely confused at to what a crew of 4 people did all day?? I called the company and was told that they could send the same crew out to re-do it. UMMMM no thanks!! How about you come-out as a manager and owner and see for yourself what your crew did and then give me one that actually wants to do their job! Or give me my money back after you observe the terrible job that they did for yourself!! But that was not an option. I did not want to have the same lazy and I am sure pissed off crew back in my home to do nothing again. NO THANK YOU!! VERY disappointed and would NEVER recommend them to ANYONE. The only reason I am posting this is because they send me emails constantly for coupons or write a review for us!! HELLO I am the person that called complaining and you didn't want to look at what your crew did!! NOTE that to my account!

I have been using The Maids for over four years now, and The RED Team with Klarissa as Team Leader have been consistently EXCELLENT! The clean is beautifully done and all the members show a strong attention to detail.

If you are looking to have all your narcotics and medications stolen then I highly recommend The Maids of Perrysburg. The crew that I had out to our home stole over $7,500 worth of narcotics and cancer drugs from our home along with an expensive designer Versace scarf valued at over $600. The worst part about it was they did it when we had been home and did not notice until after they left when I went to take the medications I am on. To think a company steals from a cancer patient is absolutely horrible. After the incident was reported within hours to the company and the owner we received a phone call denying that anything like that would have happened not even owning up to the fact that his employees stole from a client. It is shocking to me that they are even asking for a review from me. If you need to verify the information the Lucas County Sheriff's Office has a criminal report that was filed due to the nature of the crime and value of what was taken. I would never recommend them to anyone. The sad part was they did a great job at cleaning the home and little did we realize they would clean us out of medications as well. The even more sad part was our health insurance did not cover any more of the medications as we are quantity limited per month and had to pay out of pocket costing us over $1,000.

My experience with the Orange Team has always been positive. A pleasure to have my house in order after their visit.
