Don't use this company!
I am moving out of Ohio so I need cleaning service for my house. I talked with 3 candidate clean teams and selected the most expensive one, cause I though the higher the price the better the quality. I was so wrong. Before the maids of toledo came over I had another private clean team came over to my house, estimated the time and provide a quote. for q 2600 sf house they quoted around $300, but they can make it the date I wanted.
when the maids of toledo team came to my house, there were 5 ladies, in 2 hours and 45 min, they did master bedroom, major part of kitchen and another bathroom, total of $469. they suggested to extend another 1.5 hours to finish the house and I refused. The part they finished I have to wipe again w clean water many times because the surface was heavily covered w detergents, I found it because of lots of foams when it was wet. I was concerned especially the bathroom as the floor got very slippery.... after they left, my friends helped me clean up the house. My friends urged me to share this experience to let people know.

We have been doing a lot of landscaping and projects ourselves over the last couple of months so while I've been doing the normal cleaning and mopping I needed to do a more thorough cleaning of baseboards, cabinets, wiping down the walls, etc and just didn't want to do it. We've never had someone come clean our house for us but my husband scheduled for The Maids to come out, he stated we wanted any surfaces we, the kids, and our dog touch to be cleaned and specifically stated the cabinets and baseboards as examples and they said they could do that. Our house is just under 1600 sq ft. The Maids had two women come to clean for 1.5 hours and a third person showed up to help the last hour, the kids and I went outside to play to stay out of their way so when they left after 1.5 hours I figured everything would be done because I can clean the house myself in less than one hour and doing the normal cleaning plus what we asked them to do would take me about two hours. Well unfortunately when they left and I really looked at things I found that they pretty much only went over everything that was already clean.....they wiped down the sinks, counters, showers, swept, and mopped. They did not dust the mantle, did not clean the coffee table, did not dust off the tv, did not wipe down the walls, did not clean any baseboards, did not clean a single cabinet in the whole house, they cleaned the toilets but not the outside bowls or down where the screws attach them to the floor (if that isn't clean then the toilet is not clean!), and they mopped the bathroom floors but not around the toilets. I'm not sure what cleaner they use to clean with but our tubs and toilets have never had rings around them before and a few days after the Maids cleaned our tubs and toilets had rings around them, like their cleaners left residue behind and dirt ceiling to it. They did a great job sweeping and mopping the floor in the main leaving space and hallway.....that's the only positive. I do not mind paying someone to come do the job we asked them to do and The Maids is not the cheapest company out there which I'm fine with but when The Maids left my house I spent over an hour cleaning my house to do everything they didn't do which we specifically requested to be done so it made their visit a complete waste of our money! My husband was planning to set it up so they came out every 2-4 weeks for basic cleaning if things went well with the first visit......it took 3 people the same amount of time it takes me to thoroughly clean our house and they didn't even clean it, I think I will stick to cleaning the house myself.

I had used them a couple of years ago for nearly year. So I was totally surprised by the poor job they did. They didn't clean under our bed in the master bedroom, put the sheets on the wrong ( the sheets have tags that say top/ bottom and sides). We had to redo them. Also, the master bath shower was barely wiped down, much less scrubbed down and sanitized as previously done. They had no cleaning supplies. I supplied toilet bowl cleaner, glass cleaner, and Murphy's for my wood floors. They used powdered cleanser on my porcelain sinks ( left them scratched and gritty). I called to report and received no help. I called back two weeks later and asked for a partial refund, to which they said they would check with the owner. Never heard back. By the way I paid almost $200.00 for this. Do not recommend them.

I'm incredibly disappointed by the service I recieved from the Maids. I ordered a "move in" clean with the expectation that I would be ready to move in after The Maids came. I was wildly mistaken. When I called to schedule the service I gave a forewarning that my house was in rough shape and would require additional time but the person I spoke to on the phone reassured me that it would be okay and and a team of 4 people would be coming. They ended up coming late and one of the team members had to leave due to a family emergency which that part I understand. However this left the three team members feeling strapped for time so multiple areas in my house were just half cleaned. I called to express my dismay to management and the resolution he offered was sending another team out but I would still need to pay the regular rate for all their time which didn't seem fair as I already paid a lofty sum and didn't see the results that were promised. My house is nowhere near move in ready and I now have to push back my move in date because of the poor service and customer service I recieved.

I can't thank your company enough. We were in the process of moving and our new home was completed earlier than expected. I had not cleaned for at least two or three weeks due to packing and appointments. We also had our daughters German Shepherd living with us. I was embarrassed that my daughter, Christina Engel, even hired someone to come in and see my (usually clean) house. My husband and I are in our seventies and after moving, to think of having to go back to the former house and thoroughly clean would have been over and above my coping ability. We thank you for the great service and spotless cleaning. As soon as my daughter and I went back to look at the house, we opened the door and could smell the cleaning products and we were sure everything was fresh and spotless - and it was. I even posted how wonderful The Maids are on my Facebook timeline. I will be more than happy to give you five stars. You earned them. Also, the card left said we had the "orange team". Orange team, whoever you are, thank you and God bless you for all you did.

I was amazed with the service that The Maids provided when they showed up to my house! They were down one team member, but the teamwork was still great. The owner/manager also came out at one point to help out so that everyone could stay on schedule. I could not believe how fast they worked. They are not kidding when they say that every surface of your house is cleaned when they work on your house. What I loved most was how this team of people did what I could do in an entire day or two, in just a few hours. We did a professional clean with them before putting our house on the market, and all I could think was that I wish I had used this service sooner. The whole experience was worth every penny. These women are great!

Cheerful and careful. The Orange Team does a very good job. Also flexible. Their leader Brittany is on top of everything, even though she spends time training new employees.

Our Team does a wonderful job of taking great care of our house-and us ! We trust them to do the right things the right way, every time. I would recommend them to anyone considering to have cleaning services at your home !

They have been coming for about 3 months and I'm very happy with the job they've been doing. I have a larger house with lots of old woodwork, so I was apprehensive about having someone come in, but they are friendly, work well with my 2 dogs, I am able to get work done while they're here, and over time they've been able to accomplish more in the same amount of time. Recommend.

My company started using them. First cleaning was today. The orange team was GREAT. Very conscientious and friendly. Would recommend them highly. It’s nice to work with local companies that truly care about the services the provide.

Nice nursery but no one offered to help me at all. Plants looked healthy but selection was a little small.
