I called Sayre Heating & Cooling in the morning with my 5 year old furnace not heating. Matthew came out yesterday morning and replaced a bad draft inducer in the afternoon. We had heat restored within the day. I woke up this morning worried it wasn't heating my home properly and he came back out this morning to do a more thorough diagnotic test and found the furnace was working properly. I have vaulted ceilings in my great room and all the heated air was trapped in my open loft and upstairs bedroom. He advised me to turn my ceiling fan on low to bring the heat downstairs and my condo is now back to warmer temps downstairs. Thank you Sayre for sending Matthew back out to calm my fears about my furnace.

I’m so happy with the service when I use Sayre Heating snd Cooling . One of the most reputable and honest companies I’ve dealt with . I’ve been using for over 5 years and can tell you no other business I know of would fit you in when your furnace is out. He even came back on Saturday to ensure my furnace was running. Today’s service was just replacing a thermostat -Matt came in at exactly the scheduled time , professional. Courteous, and extremely helpful. I have nothing but a deep respect for John Sayre and his business. Once again thanks!

The blower to my furnace decided to stop working at 9:00 on a Saturday evening. I called Sayre and left a message. I received a call back within 10 minutes. John came to my home and attempted to get it started back up but to no avail. He had seen a box at work with a blower in it, he thought it would work. He went and picked it up, brought it back and was able to get my furnace working.
Thanks to Matthew for ordering it earlier and to John for getting my heat running again.

They were quick to respond when our furnace stopped working. The repairman knew immediately what the problem was. He was very honest. It was a quick fix and we were very pleased. Highly recommend!

We got a whole system replacement and they did amazing! We had some unexpected issues they had to deal with plus a super small working space, but they handled it all in stride. All very kind and respectful of your space. Other places quoted us extremely high amounts, but their pricing was fair and we didn't feel like they were just trying to get money out of us. I can't recommend them enough!

Great service from my first call ,less than 24 hours later my water heater has been replaced and all's great again. Daniel did a Great job,and showed me all the options. And from my experience as a owner of a business, that's what it's all about,and Daniel is not just a great worker,he's a great person,I really enjoyed talking with him. Needed a quick water heater replacement on a Sunday. Tammy at Ohio Water Heaters was one of the few people I spoke with who was knowledgeable/helpful and not just an answering service relaying a message. Tammy walked me through finding the information she needed to provide an estimate, provided an estimate, confirmed she could have someone out on Sunday or first thing Monday AM if I wanted to avoid the weekend surcharge. I opted for Sunday. Dan was scheduled for between 1-2 PM and arrived a few minutes after one. He walked me through what he was going to do and got to work. He took the time to answer any questions I had and went back over everything he did when he was done. Overall, the service from Dan was great. He was borough and efficient. The pricing was competitive and fair, even with the weekend surcharge, which was not out of line. If you need a water heater replacement, planned or not, Ohio Water Heaters should definitely be on your call list.

Our water tank of 12 years died on Saturday. The whole experience from calling and setting appointment was seamless. Daniel arrived at 8am on Tuesday and got to work replacing the tank. He was very friendly and professional. Appreciate the great work and easy process of scheduling. Thanks

Jordan was very professional and knowledgeable. He just installed a heat pump water heater in a couple of hours with minimal disruption to my day. Great service. They also offer Rheem heat pump water heaters, which are very efficient.

Positives - same day appt and kept informed on arrival. Negative for me was given an option to replace two parts that MIGHT fix the water heater or replace it. And they charge $99 diagnostic fee which seamed a little steep when he wasn’t even sure on what the problem was. He didn’t seam overly knowledgeable which left me with a bad feeling. Went with someone else to replace the unit for $900 less than their quoted price.

Will and Trey were great. I noticed water on my floor this morning and saw it leaking from the bottom of my gas water heater. I called Ohio water heater and they sent someone out within the hour to look at it. They took one look at my 1999 year-old water heater and said they needed to replace it but they had one in the truck and they could do it within an hour or so. They made sure to discuss and disclose everything that they were doing and explained the reasons for different things. Overall, a great experience

Steven was amazing! He communicated every step of the way and made sure we understood how to take care of our new water heater ! We are very thankful and grateful he stayed late until the job was done and answered any questions we had!

William White did an excellent job repairing my broken water line. He kept me informed about his expected time of arrival. He was very courteous and respectful. Even though the weather was cold, he did not complain and worked in not ideal conditions. I definitely will call Ohio Water Heaters if I need plumbing work in the future.

Very happy with my new hot water heater installed by Ohio Water Heaters. The technician, Jordan, arrived at scheduled time and completed work faster than I anticipated. He left the work area clean upon departure. He was very helpful in giving me options on a replacement heater that met my budget and family's needs. Highly recommended.

Their water heater tech tried to start selling me extras right from the moment he stepped into my home. All I wanted was my water heater replaced under warranty. The quote for labor was ridiculously high and while we were waiting for the quote he did some water quality tests trying to convince me we were willfully ingesting chlorine from the water supply which was going to give us cancer. In the end I passed on their services due to high prices and high pressure sales, but was still charged $99 for wasting an hour and a half of my time. Ultimately found another company that didn't try to sell me extras and were half the cost of Ohio Water Heaters. I will never call them again.

I don’t remember the last time I posted a review because I seldom do. In this case I was so impressed with the service I got that I felt I needed to let others know about this company. I have a tankless water heater that is giving me problems so I called Ohio Water Heaters.

Mike had me send him some pictures of the install to see if he could spot something that might be causing the problem. Sure enough, he noticed an issue with the venting and proceeded to tell me what I needed to do to get it resolved.

Mike spent about an hour of his time and we exchanged numerous phone calls to try and figure this out and it didn’t cost me a dime. Service of this caliber are virtually non-existent these days and If I ever need somebody to address a water issue I would not hesitate to call Mike.
