Steven was on time . Very professional , knowledgeable and kind. He worked steady and hard to complete the job even when unexpected things arose . If you need a plumber any member from this team I feel would do the same as Steven did !

Tammy with customer service and our installer, Jordan were amazing to work with and I would recommend them to anyone.

Jordan came out 3 separate times to review the issues we were having and tried his best to help resolve the issue before we ultimately had to replace our hot water heater.

They were very prompt with their responses and got us taken care of same day once it was decided we needed the replacement.

Mike and his team provided great service and took care of my plumbing & water heater needs.

These guys are amazing. Period. Previous company with whom I had a maintenance agreement weren’t doing quality work. These guys cleaned up their mess. They educated me on my equipment, gave thoughtful feedback, and were polite and kind.

There pricing was competitive, and they were very responsive! Will and Tre (hope I spelled name correctly), were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and really nice guys. They did a great job from beginning to end. We had an issue with the tank, would not stay lit, but each and every time we called, the guys were there within an hour. I never write reviews, but this company earned one. Steven did a great job diagnosing my water heater issue. And Mike worked with me on a follow-up issue to get the job where it needed to be. They've earned my future business. I highly recommend them.

Our water heater stopped heating on the weekend. Called and got an appointment scheduled for Monday, but could have gotten service over the weekend for an extra charge. The company makes good use of technology to keep the customer informed when the appointment is and where the technician is driving to your location. I would definitely hire them again.

We lost our water heater on a Saturday, called Ohio Water Heaters on Sunday and received a text back almost immediately. We were able to schedule a replacement and Steven installed it beautifully and also put in a leak detection system. We had hot water within 15 minutes of firing it up. He walked us through every step and explained the way this hi tech state of the art water heater functioned. We are extremely pleased with this company.

I gave them 2 Stars only because the people are nice, but here’s my experience.. called them Thursday because we did not have hot water, made appointment for Friday… waited all day, finally technician calls at 6 and says he can’t get there till 9 -10 pm. I asked them to come Sat morning, had to ask to have weekend fee waived, they didn’t offer. Technician, came out Saturday morning and said either heating unit was out or tank needed replaced, I chose to replace 10 year old water tank. Technician came out Tuesday at 9 am pulled old tank out then waited 2 hours for someone to bring new tank. Tank was installed, I paid, Technician left, we waited an hour and no hot water. Called company back, sent technician back and he said I was not getting enough gas from propane tank?!?! I said why wasn’t that check first, and he said it should have been!?!? Bottom line is my original tank was fine?!?! Now I’m out $4300 for a new tank and still no hot water?!?! Very frustrated working with this company. I hate to leave bad reviews because people are out there trying to earn a living, but this service was not great

Our old water heater (20+ years) started leaking very slightly last week. I contacted Mike on Aug 28. I was debating between getting a replacement from one of the hardware stores and possibly doing the work myself. After talking to Mike I decided to go with Ohio Water Heaters. They provide the professional series heaters. Mike scheduled my install for Monday morning. Billy arrived promptly at 8:30 and was out by 10:30. He was very professional and friendly! Old heater removed and taken with him. Very clean installation. Very pleased, and will definitely use Ohio Water Heaters in the future.

Excellent. Would highly recommend. My water heater started leaking overnight and I called Ohio Water Heaters early in the morning. They were out promptly to assess the situation and back soon after to replace the water heater and I had the sump pump replaced as well. On time and reasonably priced. I had so many plumbers to choose from but glad I chose Ohio Water Heaters & Plumbing.

Just wanted to give Ohio Water Heaters a tremendous review. Not only the professionalism and workmanship, but the compassion and caring. My highest recommendation for their service of talented professionals, workmanship and just the ability to listen to a customers concerns. Had to have my water heater and sump pump replace in the late afternoon / early evening and they did not "blink an eye." They were on time and did an amazing job. The customers service team of Tammy and Elizabeth were amazing not only putting me at ease, but their knowledge. Steven the technician was amazing with the installation and left the area clean and free of debri. Everyone was so caring and polite, which is refreshing in today's environment. 5+++++ stars. Keep up the great work!
