Ever since the first day they came to my house to fix things and then getting to work for them, I have been exceptionally pleased with everyone. There is no one else I'd rather have fix my electric issues than the team at My Electric Works. If you are looking for honest, reliable, and trustworthy people, give them a call! You won't be disappointed!

Made an appointment with this company to look at my main electrical panel. The technician arrived on time and promptly discovered the source of my electrical issue. The technician provided me with several options available for the permanent fix and the prices were extremely reasonable for the work. The technician wore boot covers in my home while working! I was very impressed with the quality of work and knowledge the technician had. I will use this company again and will recommend them to my friends and family!!

I called and spoke with the receptionist who refused to listen to anything I said, spoke over me, and tried to force me into an appointment when I was simply asking questions. I felt railroaded and frustrated not being able to speak about my concerns. He'd probably a cool guy, but he's not someone I want to try to talk to.

Rescue rooter/my electric works upgraded my electrical panel and added new circuits. The process was smooth from start to finish.
They took care of permits, explained how everything works, and left my home spotless when they were done. Excellent experience!

They redid my panel in no time and got my electric back on! I was close to having a fire, melting wires and all. It costs money for good work, but even saying that they are very reasonable and pretty standard pricing for the market right now, I even got a discount you just need to look out for when they advertise them. I also noticed they communicated well with each other including with the manager whenever they needed approval for something, I'm just traumatized because the last guys I had out were so hostile to each other it felt toxic and unsafe so I was glad to see they worked well as a team. They also baby talked my cat and dog which you always want to make sure the people in your home like animals ! I don't trust em if they don't 😂 Highly recommend this company !!

My older home had 100amp service and a very small panel. Tim came out and upgraded both! He did great work with a smile! Very knowledgeable. I even had him come back later to install a pigtail for my generator and now my whole house is powered by the generator when needed!!

Thank you to the whole staff for helping me out. First off, the office staff is fantastic! They go above and beyond for all. The rest of the crew is amazing as well. I had to have several people out due to my issue as it almost resulted in a fire. I would recommend this company to everyone I encounter. Tim Bartram, Paul, Kahrmann, Yunior Garcia, and James Brown. I cannot recommend them enough! You have a fantastic crew there!

Tim was a great guy helped my grandmother out told her exactly what she needed, He worked with her on heating also, I recommend him to any and everybody out there looking for electric or help with heating…. Thanks Tim

Just phenomenal service from Tim Bartram. He tracked down a bad circuit that had caused us to lose power to half of our house. I'm a little handy, but I would have never found what he did and it took him less than an hour. I really can't recommend him highly enough.

The electricians were very respectful of my home. They wore shoe covers, took care to keep everything clean, and tidied up after finishing the job. Those little details really stood out. On top of that, the quality of their work was excellent. I’m very impressed and would highly recommend their services!

I recently had my electrical outlet updated by Yunior Garcia, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything before starting the work. The job was done quickly, safely, and he left the area spotless when finished. Another 5 star service. I called and talked to Alyssa and asked if Seth could stop by and see if it was feasible to have an outlet added to my back patio.
