Reviews of local pros in Plain City, Ohio

Brian gave excellent service. He came out in the morning and diagnosed the problem and was back in the afternoon to fix it. He was courteous and also thorough in cleaning up after the job was done. I would highly recommend Brian and the service at Yoder plumbing.

Thoroughly answered our questions as well as explaining the Signature Service Membership. I feel very confident in his expertise.

Elaine from Yoder Plumbing was AWESOME! She was neat, very nice and even wore her shoe covers. It took my daughter over a year to figure out her outside plumbing after moving into her house. She was outstanding over many male plumbers that didn’t know how to solve the problem. Takes a female. Ha ha..
I would definitely request her. She’s very knowledgeable about plumbing!! Ask for her.
Thank you Elaine!!!

Patrick worked efficiently and completed the job of replacing two toilets in a timely manner. He kept me updated as to the progress of the job. He even took the boxes and old toilets with him which was greatly appreciated. I would definitely have Patrick back. Thank you Patrick!!!!!

Patrick Becker did an outstanding job in replacing our plumbing fixture! He was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. I would definitely recommend him and R & T Yoder!

Pat was exceptionally professional and courteous. Knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining all info. Great employee for your business. Garbage disposal issue resolved. Follow up services to replace it. Thx to R&T Yoder.

Patrick was so patience. I had ordered one of those modern, enclosed base toilets from Amazon and it was very hard to install. (Luckily we had a family member with very skinny hands on site.) Patrick even had a part in his van that was better than the one provided and was very professional and left the area spotless. I am completely pleased with Yoder plumbing, Hvac and electric and will continue to use their services.

Cameron did an incredible job fixing an underground break in our line. He’s very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Would definitely use Yoder E&P again!

My technician was amazing and was able to fix the leak efficiently. The only reason for four stars is I feel that Yoder is overpriced compared to others but I needed someone quick so I paid it. Had I had more time I would have shopped around more. They wanted to charge $850 to put in a new faucet which is a pretty basic job. I found another plumber to do it for $175 plus cost of the faucets.

Very efficient and professional work, same-day water heater replacement, patient and courteous every step of the way. Chris and Patrick did an excellent job.

Great customer service! They arrived 13min early. The two gentlemen that came were very personable and explained in detail what they would be doing and how long it would take. Swept the hardwood floor after they were done in the area. Highly professional experience would certainly recommend this company.

Pringles did an amazing job at my home! They arrived on time, were super friendly and explained everything. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Pringles for air duct cleaning. Do not fall for the other companies that can be a scam. Pringles is a family owned company and employees are family members.

It's expensive, they were charging for each vent along with the base price in the house. I would suggest to check before you take the service. It's better to have estimated before hand, like what they will do and how they will charge. Technically they were just blowing the air inside and just cleaning the vent outside the vent which we can also do by our own. My HVAC didn't worked for couple of hours after the service done , I had called the HVAC team and get help to fix the issue.

Quality customer service as it should be! The 3 technicians who came out to clean my HVAC system couldn't be more thorough, efficient and friendly. Austin, Ethan and Caleb. They educated me as to the process and then got down to brass-tacks. That was 2 days ago and there is a vast and improved difference in the air quality. I feel like I am living in a brand new home! Highly recommended. Thank you guys very much!

Good communication, super nice people, and they did a great job cleaning my very dirty vents. Price was what they quoted, I'm thrilled. Will definitely use them again!

Took a register return vent off to do some painting and was not pleased. Hard earned money not well spent on this job of whole house duct work cleaning. Im finding lots of old cobwebs in my duct work that was cleaned in Dec 2019. I twirled a scrap of stiff paper around and covered it in cobwebs pretty quickly. The trunk line in the crawl space wasnt touched. Come to find out, thats not part of standard cleaning. It's no wonder my furnace filter is dirty so quickly and my allergies are still causing me issues. Very disappointed.

I’ve been using this company since 2016. Truly, a standup company, honest professional would highly recommend for any facet a business they provide. I’ve used them on several different platforms and in several different facets and all have been successful. This last go around they save me from purchasing a $10,000 boiler with a $300 clean. Thank you gentleman for all that you do.

Logan S was fabulous. He was on time, fixed the plumbing issues we had, and has a great personality. I would definitely recommend Foust and any other plumbing needs we have, I'll be asking for Logan S.💯

Joey was very prompt and quick in the servicing of our furnace. He was also very informative with little pointers that will help us. We highly recommend Foust for all plumbing, heating and air conditioning needs.
