Very polite, explained what needed to be done. How he was going to do it. We ask questions about another service for a future date. Was Explained in us in detail. I would use this Service again and recommend to anyone. To bad all service companies do not operate like this. Oh and yes this is the first time we have used Foust. Thanks again Joe Hicks

Joey came out earlier than expected and got our furnace fixed up and running quickly. He gave us good insight to the problem and how we can maintain it going forward. Great experience each time we call Foust. Highly recommend!

I am very happy with Foust Plumbing &Heating!! They made time for me and got my hot water tank replaced in record time in freezing cold weather. They were truly a blessing to work with and made me feel like I was dealing with family/good friend. Super pleased!! I’m definitely going to use them for a water conditioner system.

As a recent first time homebuyer, I had no idea what to do when a brutal snowstorm caused a gas leak smell throughout my house. Foust responded immediately, met with the fire department, and stayed at my home for nearly eight hours conducting a thorough inspection of the furnace and all related plumbing. They quickly identified and resolved the issue, and their customer service was truly a 10 out of 10.

I could not recommend Foust and their team more. They have also helped with several projects at my office and consistently deliver the highest quality work. I genuinely trust their expertise and recommendations, which gives me great peace of mind as both a homeowner and a business professional.

I'd give 5 starts on quickness, professionalism and fixing my problem. My tech name was Paul and he was great. Gave me some good suggestions about handling issues going forward. Only dropped to 4 due to pricing. I thought is was a little high but I don't have anything to compare to so maybe that is my issue. Would definitely use them again though.

Danny was amazing. He’s a wonderful employee. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly. He got our pipes up and running again with no headache unlike other companies. He seems to really care about his job and about his customers. We will definitely be referring him and using the company if needed in the future. We couldn’t be more happy with the services.

Istvan was amazing, and the person who originally quoted me (Andy) went out of their way to bump up my scheduled install. Could not be happier with my new water heater after it busted 2 days before Thanksgiving.

Technician: Daniel Neal was relentless in clearing my mainline. He worked longer than most would have. He cleared the drain and ordered in a camera to look at the line. Much to my content the line was fine and no further work was needed.

Daniel Neil came out and helped us with serious plumbing issues! He was so kind and creative about solutions for us! Respected our home and space and worked quickly

Our wastewater drain was backing up into our utility room last night. I called and made an appointment for the next morning. Daniel Neal came out promptly, augered the pipes to rid them of roots, and got me set up with a camera to come check them out as well. He was extremely friendly and efficient.

Rough McLovin arrived on schedule and proceeded to setup and clean the drain. He was very friendly and focused on the job.
He did an excellent job and cleaned up the waste on the floor ! We were impressed by the quick service and excellent finished job. Rough is an great example of what I remember as CUSTOMER SERVICE at it's best !

Rooter Works gave me a fair price to dig up the basement pipes and rebuilt them and the piping system that were original to my almost 100 year old property. Prior to calling them another company quoted me more than double what they charged me. They sent out a plumber by the name of Brian and he did an amazing job! Brian was super professional and thorough.

We were very impressed with the tech Tyler D.-6. He was thorough and checked everything including to see if the problem was our septic system and it was not the problem. He believes there is something blocking in the pipe within our house and needs a camera inspection.

Daniel Neal came out for me today and figured out what to do in 2 secs flat had it fixed 5 secs later will definitely request again!

I didnt get any of the guys names but they were all great. The costumer service on the phone and in person was fantastic! We will absolutely be calling for any further services!

Chase was prompt, professional, and got the job done! Even though our plumbing setup didn’t make the job easier, he demonstrated his experience and troubleshooting with a positive attitude, even though this was a late night service call. If we ever need service in the future (knock on wood that we don’t), I’m asking for Chase!

I reached out to Rescue Rooter for an electrical repair of a light switch. Paul arrived on time and listened carefully to what I had been experiencing. He explained my options for the repair and gave me pricing for each. Paul allowed me to make the decision and did not pressure me either way. I particularly liked that Paul was courteous, easy to talk to, and focused on completing the job in a timely manner. He also took time to answer my questions regarding fire alarms in my home. I will definitely reach out to Rescue Rooter for any electrical repairs in the future.

I had a very strange water leak in my home that involved going up 15 feet from my basement furnace room and above HVAC ducts to find the source.
Brian and Chaz brought ladders, cameras, and all the tools needed to locate the source of my problem.
Rescue Rooter has always been very responsive to my calls. I plan on using them for future plumbing needs. You should too!

Do to Reynoldsburg digging, we had to make the call. Called rescue rooter, Levi showed up did his thing but do to the city of Reynoldsburg messing up he couldn't do what he needed to do to help. He is awesome he is extremely informative so with that being said I highly recommend him and the company. Thank you Levi!!

Sewer line was backed up. I called and they were able to send someone out within a hour. Daniel was polite and professional. He did a great job! He also arranged for someone to come check the pipes with a camera. They were also here within a hour and explained everything.
