This was the most professional service I’ve received in a long time. There were some issues with not having approval at the time to get their repairs done, but Specialist went above and beyond to make sure that he did everything he could and rest the shore he was able to come back and get our problem fixed in a great timeframe. The specialist was very informative very professional very courteous. If I could hire him to fix everything in my home, I would. If you need any repairs done, ask for Mr. Daniel Neal his customer service is superb!

The Rescue Rooter Lead / Estimator was professional, considerate, prompt, and provided a good estimate. They were willing to give me an expired discount / coupon. He was good about returning calls and providing answers. Because of the good experience with him and customer service (and the pricing and quality of the product), I decided to go with Rescue Rooter.
The Plumbers were very professional and kind. They provided good communication throughout the process.
They kept the work area tidy and cleaned up once the work was done.
I'm extremely happy with the entire experience and the end results.

We had some electrical outer outlet problems, which stumped others to diagnose. Stanley and Tim were very thorough, traced the problem and replaced 2 outer outlets and were very professional and courteous. We will definitely recommend and call on again. Thanks again, very pleased and relieved!

The technicians were out today to snake the drain as well as video verify the work. Rough was very personable, informative and efficient in the process of this task. He was patient in explaining answers to any questions I had, which was necessary because I had to explain to the owner.

I want to thank John Milburn for coming out today and running the camera thru my sewer line. John explained why we were having an issue and the best action to take to remedy the situation. He was knowledgeable, respectful and professional. I recieved a quote from him on services that was discussed. There was nothing added on the quote that was not discussed and it was sent within an hour. I appreciate all the help and would highly recommend this company for plumbing needs. The crew was professional and polite. They moved everything out of the way and put it back when they were done.
The crew wore shoe covers and they even put covers on the wheels of their cart.
When they were finished they reviewed their work with me and asked if I had any questions.

The relationship with Rescue Rooter didn't start off well because they use a call service during off hours. The person that answered my call sent the wrong type of tech even though I thoroughly described my issue. The tech arrived and was very friendly and knowledgeable but couldn't do the job. So, he took some photos and sent said a Drain Tech would be in touch. I wasn't 100% certain that the job was transferred over so I called in the next morning to make sure I had an appointment. They created a new appointment and gave me a timeframe. Chase, the Drain Tech, came quickly and was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained exactly what he was doing and what he thought the problem was. After clearing the main drain, he was very thorough in making sure that everything was draining. He also scheduled a camera tech to come in the next day to scope the system and see why we were having a reoccurring issue.

Nice work, Chase! You made the Rescue Rooter relationship much better. You've got a great future ahead of you.

My wife and I have had a lot of work done to the house this year and our tech Istvan was awesome, walked us thru what issues we had with our old hot water heater and recommended a new one and the reason why we should go that way, showed up the next day and got us installed with a new tank and removed the old one, he also found an other potential trouble spot with our main shut and walked us thru it Incase it becomes a real issue down the round.
I was very pleased with Rescue Rooter as they were up front with pricing and what we needed to get us back up and running with hot water, I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing service.

HVAC work can be scary, you never know if the company is just pulling your leg to get you to spend more money. Not at Environmental Air. I called them out after another company told me my furnace needed replaced. It was just a blower motor and environmental air took care of it quickly. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

Our furnace went out and a technician came to troubleshoot our furnace. Spent $140 to have them tell us we need to change the furnace filter and that now the furnace is lighting fine. Furnace dies again hours later, then they want to charge overtime for coming out on a weekend.

I did not choose to use these guys,, my home warranty company sent them, after reading a negative review I was concerned as my furnace was dead and it was 18 degrees outside! Their office called me promptly after being notified by my warranty company, said their technicians were on other calls, but as I had no heat, would be given priority as soon as possible, called back an hour later to say someone was on the way,, John showed up soon after, was friendly and competent,, repaired my furnace and gave tips and advise on what to look out for in the future.. Overall I could not ask for anything more,,, GREAT experience.

This company is unprofessional with poor customer service. After waiting for days to get a call back to get a service call scheduled, they told me that if a tech was available, I might be able to get a tech out to my house either Thursday or Friday. They did not specify a time or even provide me with a window to be prepared for the tech to arrive. Thursday rolls around, and I get a call while at work. They are telling me a tech is available now and I can either take it or leave it. I told them that I couldn't just drop everything at work an be at my house is 10 mins. However, after calling them back, I was able to negotiate a time.
After I take time off of work to be at my house, I called them to make sure that a tech was on their way. The guy on the phone basically told me that I'll have to wait until their "big commercial customer accounts" are taken are of first. And that I was out of luck.
I booked the company through ABC home warranty and let him know that I was promised priority placement if I went through a company contracted with ABC.
He basically told me to go find another company. And that's what I did.
I made sure to call ABC and tell them about how unprofessional Environmental Air is.
This company doesn't care about small individual clients. All they care about is securing big fat corporate accounts.
I will never use them again.
