Daniel Neal was excellent. He was very determined to get the job done and he did it! I let him know that there was another company that came two months ago and tried to snake the floor drain in our laundry room after they found very thick sludge in the pipe. They didn't successfully unclog it and had someone else come out the next day just to tell me that it would take $27K to fix the issue. Since I used Roto Works before, I decided to give them a call back letting them know the situation. That's when Daniel stepped in. He was at it for a while but didn't give up. We now have a floor drain that is clear so that I don't have to shop vac 40-50 gallons of water from my door every day. At least now our household is able to function until we can come up with next steps. Daniel was awesome! This company one again proved their worth.

Had 28 years where grease built up in pipes that was causing water not to drain and backed up on both sides of the sink. It was difficult to clear but plumber Daniel Neal was determined to fix the problem and continue to work at it until it was clear. I appreciate his determination, friendliness and professionalism and for fixing my sink.

I had a bad drain blockage in my kitchen sink drain. The technician Tyler was awesome, he explained what was going on, possible risks of snaking the pipe, and how he was going to fix it. He called ahead of time. Showed up on time. He had the situation resolved in very little time and was really nice to work with. He tested the system after clearing the clog and answered any questions I had. Great knowledgeable plumber and a great service.

Excellent Service from Istvan Vozary!

I had a fantastic experience with Istvan Vozary, who recently installed a new faucet in my kitchen. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable about his work. Not only did he do an excellent job with the faucet installation, but he also performed a thorough house inspection and pointed out several issues I wasn’t even aware of.

Booked a $83.00 drain cleaning yesterday for today. Was told between 8am - 12pm. Showed up at 1:15pm to charge me $450.00
I was told because they were out 4 months ago that we already used the "coupon". I had no idea that it was a coupon, it's the advertised price. That was something that I should have been told on the phone! Not communicating this waisted my time, the technicians time, and left me high and dry with a still clogged drain. This also left us very upset! Nice job!!

Daniel was a beast, he got all my drains draining properly now, but a new cap on for me. All in a timely manner, and professional way. Appreciate him very much for his hard work, and determination.

Rescue Rooter is absolutely fabulous! Chase was sent out this morning to clear a main drain, he was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about the situation. He was able to clear the drain that I didn't think was going to happen. I highly recommend Rescue Rooter for any kind of a plumbing problem you have. Called into this company this morning, they gave me an estimate time, couldn't give me a cost until they seen the issue. technician came as scheduled. SUPER NICE GUY !! He came in checked out our issue of clogged tub, got his tools and got it draining in no time, we had tried and couldn't get it cleared, worked with us Retirees on our price , was worth it to have the professional do it .

My main line was plugged and causing slow drain problems. I called Rescue Rooter they had a special service promotion coupon at the time I called. A very knowledgeable and experienced tech came to my house he asked what the problem was and inquired about previous problems with the main line over the years. Which has been tree roots. He had a plan on how he was going trouble shoot my problem. With in an hour he had cleared the main line restriction and things were flowing back to normal. Thank you service tech, Daniel Neal

Brian Taylor was faced with many challenges for this project, including snowy conditions, his vehicle stuck in driveway snow as well as water and gas line issues that had to be improvised for safety. He did a great job, staying for nearly 6 hours, making addition runs to get parts despite poor weather. His service and professionalism is much appreciated.

Rescue Rooter has a 24/7 phone line and made arrangements for a sump pump and drain line break at 2:00am this morning. They arranged for a Technician to make the reparations, giving three different options to choose from for the work to be performed. Work was completed within a couple hours and we have peace of mind now to prevent any water from flooding our basement. Would recommend them for any plumbing work to be done.

My main drain backed up and flooded my basement. I kept getting the run around from other plumbing companies telling me they would be there then calling back and said it would be three days brute they could come out. I kept looking for plumbers and ran across rescue rooter. The girl that answered the phone was awesome. She listened to my story and assured me she would get someone out to the house today. He was late, but that's okay he showed up. That's more than the other plumbers did. All employees I cake into contact with were awesome and seemed like they really care.
