Brandon is one of those guys a company gets lucky enough to hire that is one in a million . This guy has went above and beyond any expectations fixing my furnace . Anyone willing to come in their own time after a days work to help out a customer is one heck of a person . If I could have given more than 5 stars I would have . I highly recommend Adams quality heating and cooling for all of your HVAC needs and if your lucky like I was you will get Brandon ! I’m sure the rest of the guys are awesome too but I’m bragging on Brandon because I know he’s an amazing person!

We had our furnace, air conditioner, and water heater replaced. I highly recommend Adams for all plumbing and hvac needs. Mark came to give our estimate and was very informative, honest, respectful. We had a total of 4 employees over throughout the install and all were very knowledgeable and honest. you can tell they take pride in their work and doing the best job possible. We plan to use Adams for all our future needs!

Our furnace stopped working on a Saturday morning and Noah was at our house within an our after calling, resolving the issue we were having. Great customer service and very kind. Very reasonably priced.

Furnace was not getting gas….diagnostic test suggested a new control board. Installed control board and everything works!!!!

Great experience! Shawn did an amazing job on our hvac system install, it looks like an amazing work of art! He's so incredibly caring and made sure my AC was going before he left on this 85 degree day! Noah is very thorough in his work too. David did an excellent job on our water heater and sump pump and went beyond to help change a spigot in a difficult to reach area! Thank you all so much!

Adams Quality Heating & Cooling is a reliable and very responsive company. The owner and all the employees, from the receptionists to the field technicians are so helpful, and friendly. We had mini split install and some minor plumbing work done at our house. Each time we've made a service call, every technician that has come to our house has done a great job fixing the issues we were experiencing. They also cleaned up the area when the job was finished. This company definitely provides quality services and we will continue to use them.

Prompt, easy to communicate with. Super friendly and helpful!

Pre winter inspection (as part of their twice a year spring/fall plan which is a great savings) completed with Preston who was top notch: on time, text message prior to arrival, professional, kind, clearly explained what he did during this visit and offered recommendations regarding filter management. Another year of excellent service from a company with integrity!

I cannot say enough about how great the people are at Adams Quality Heating and Cooling! I highly recommend them.
I found both our Furnace's were not functioning correctly. I had them both running on 65 degrees, but the house was only 45 degrees. I was panicked because this was one of the three days of arctic temperatures, -6 degree tonight, and tomorrow would be -10 degrees. I called Adams, they were at my house within 30 minutes, they are amazing! John, the one who fixed our furnaces, was so kind & thoughtful. He found the problem and quickly had it back to running properly. I had forgotten to change the filters after we had drywall work done in our house, as well as drywall dust collected in the vents blocking the flow of air, ugh! John fixed everything and explained what caused it.
I was telling John how appreciative we are to them for coming to our house so quickly, and how great the people are at Adams. Everything they have done for us has been absolutely fantastic work. The people are great and how happy we are with them. As we were talking, I said, your name is also Adams, that's when I found out John was one of the owners, hehehehe. I realized I was telling him what he already knows, that he has the best crew of people ♥️.

Second set of work done on our house...
We had additional work done on our house, And again we are so pleased with Adams Quality Heating. They are the best! We just had our AC and Furnaces serviced and Nate did a great job! The outdoor unit needed a new fan motor and within 30 minutes it was completed and the AC was working great. We ask while he was there to also check our hot water heater as well as vent it for us, and he did it all. We could not have asked for a better company, and the best staff. We highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

First set of work, a week earlier...
We could not be happier with the work David did at our home. His work is excellent! We love all the shut off valves he installed so we may turn off different water lines, and leave others on.. We discussed how to drain the water lines in winter, if needed. David designed the water lines to make the process of draining all the lines extremely easily.
He was so pleasant to work with. He explained in detail how the water lines will work. He worked fast but with top notch skills and supplies. I love that he would whistle while walking through our house so we would not be startled if did not hear him coming.

In addition to David's wonderful work, the staff at Adams Quality Heating were wonderful. They sent messages letting me know David and others who will be arriving that day and the time. When I had questions they were always available to answer.

On top of all those wonderful things, the price was excellent. I'm so pleased with everything. I could not have asked for a better people to work with and the price was great!

Professional, efficient, punctual, knowledgeable, and reasonable. 10/10 would use them again if needed. Bonus point for the texts to keep you informed. Service was completed same day as service call before lunch. Way to go guys! I will be recommending you in the future!

Nick was able to be on site earlier than estimated and was very professional and efficient. He knew what he was doing and was able to answer all of my questions with confidence and without hesitation. The company has text updates which was prompt and very helpful, they also accept card payments! 5/5 would recommend and will definitely be calling them again in the future!

We've had several different heating contractors but we've always been satisfied with Adams, we're sticking with them.
