Adams was very informative during the initial decision phase to determine which units would work best. Pricing was by far the lowest and most cost effective compared with a half dozen other HVAC vendors in the area. Their installation was done very precisely and all components were routed and attached in a clean and professional way. They were minimally disruptive during the install as well.

I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in upgrading or replacing their existing HVAC systems (as we did) or for any necessary repairs.

Installed a new blower motor and a new board for my 20-year-old central AC. quick instillation and they had parts on hand. Good for emergency service.

I think my only complaint is I never got an estimate for any of the repairs until after all work was done. Some pricing communication would be beneficial but overall they did a good job.

We have used Adams Quality Heating & Cooling For over a decade. Whenever we need help, they are always very prompt to get to us. They do very good work and I trust their expertise. They are always kind, always wear boot covers, always clean up after themselvesand always solve all the little things attached to our problem for us like installing a new smart thermostat. They also told us truthfully that we did not have enough cold air return when the house was built and for it to work properly, it needed to be changed. Even though it was another expense, that should’ve been done at the time of building, I was appreciative of honesty and knowledge. I highly recommend them

Scott came to fix my furnace. He basically had to take the whole thing apart and put it back together again. After working on it for 4 hours he left the area picked up, clean and neat. He called me at work to update me on the job and was kind and courteous.
Every time I have needed something, Adam’s has been there and taken good care of me. Emergency calls have been treated with the utmost importance and they always arrive as soon as they possibly can. Their pricing has always been fair and they have never tried to over-charge me for something I didn’t need. They are fair, honest and good people. I highly recommend this company.
