Had an easy fix on a.c. unit but knew getting a tech would be hard on the first hot day of the year. Andrew came out that day, did his thing and an hour later was gone, problem fixed. Even checked furnace. My new go to.

First technician came out and attempted to fix the furnace/ AC combo. The blower fan bearings were bad, but tried to see if they would last. They lasted about 5 minutes before a full screeching halt occurred. Called Adams back and the 2nd technician came out and replaced the blower. All in one day and one service charge. Thank you again. =)

Have had nothing but positive experiences with Adams Quality Heating & Cooling. As in the past, they responded expediently, with same day appointment. This was for an issue under warranty, and received the same timely, professional service as if they were charging for the call. From their office personnel to their technicians, everyone has always been both pleasant and professional, a great combination. Their technician was thorough, and had the problem resolved relatively quickly. He also did a really good job of explaining the findings and what had been done to correct things. Gives a peace of mind, not only having the problem resolved, but having a little better understanding of the operation of the unit. Would definitely recommend Adam's Quality H & C!

We recently used Adams heating and cooling and were displeased with the overall experience. When the heat wave hit our air conditioner was not cooling the house. We had used them before for much the same issue with satisfactory results so we called them again. The technician came and took the unit apart and replaced the motor without informing us of the need for it, nor the cost. When he told us he replaced it he could not give us the price. When this was addressed we were told that the technician was corrected but it still left a bad taste in our mouth. Sometimes you get good meals at a restaurant and then you get one that is so bad, you don’t go back. That’s how we feel.

Highly recommend. Mark listened to my questions, made recommendations with options and provided free quote with options for a new furnace and A/C. I was contacted and scheduled promptly. Shawn did a GREAT JOB installing the system. He was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous with an attention to detail. Very pleased with the customer service from start to finish. Absolutely amazing customer service. My elderly parents live in Willard and I am over 2 hours away and my husband is an HVAC tech, but our schedule would not allow us to get to them in a timely manner. They both have severe health issues and their house was extremely hot and unsafe for them. I contacted Adams Quality Heating & Cooling at 4:20PM and they were able to get to them the same day and repaired the issue for a minimal cost. We are so thankful for their promptness and professionalism when handling a situation that was dire to our family. Absolutely an amazing HVAC company! We had them replace our previous air conditioner that was still in warranty and after switching to this company I cannot begin to tell everyone how wonderful this company is. They came out several times in the extreme heat making time for us, far less wait than other places!
