This company was excellent to work with! They really listened to our desires and took their time to make sure we were happy with our new patio. The workmanship was top notch. They were on schedule. They dealt with my need to make changes with patience and grace. They were polite and cleaned up after the work site each day. They communicated clearly with us. I would recommend them all day long!

We've contracted with Simes Landscaping on a couple of jobs. We know them to be professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. They've done a large job for us involving pavers and retaining walls as well as a smaller job. Both were done to our satisfaction. Highly recommend!

On the recommendation by a friend, we contacted Simes Lancscape to give us an estimate for a patio and landscaping around it. Several designs were presented to us, giving us options for different looks. We selected a design and a team of workers came to make it happen. Those guys were friendly, conscientious, hard working, on time, and fun to interact with. The project was completed on time and the results are spectacular. From the outset of sharing our landscape project ideas with Dion, he was extremely helpful assisting us in in making the right choices of planting materials and in the construction of the wall across the front of our home along with tackling a problem drainage area in the back of our home. Not only was the design spot on, the crews attention to detail (the french drain under the wall, sanding stones to give them a better fit in the wall, to the unique construction around the drainage area in the back) is reflected in the final product. The crew treated our project as if this was being done at their home. Our job was completed on time and at the agreed upon price.

We had Dion and his team do a covered patio, an uncovered patio with a firepit, our walkway to our front door and some accents on our driveway in a new build. His team was amazing, always on time with their work and they made many great suggestions to make our new home turn out the way we wanted. They worked with us on our outdoor bar and grill and came up with a fantastic product. We spend our summers enjoying their work and living on our patios. I would strongly recommend them to anyone for landscaping and paver work!!!! Their craftmanship and follow up after the job is done is impeccable!!

Highly recommend! We thoroughly enjoyed working with Simes Landscape from the initial design consultation through the final landscaping touches of our paver patio. Dion was great to work with on the design side...responsive to our wishes, while offering his expertise and guidance. The crew was detailed, conscientious, and hard working. We are enjoying our multi-level paver patio with pillars, walls, and fire pit.

We were very fortunate to find Simes Landscaping. We had interviewed multiple people for our large outdoor job and didn't get a great fit with anyone. When we met Dion, that changed. He was very thorough, straightforward and honest about the process and size of the job. He was able to show us his ideas, after we told him what we wanted, on a 3D computerized model which helped a lot.
The team started working soon after and we couldn't be more pleased. They have done a fantastic job on our outdoor entertaining area and patio and cannot wait to see their landscaping in the spring.

Dion and his team at Simes Landscape are fantastic. They completed our patio and pool project last summer and we are thrilled. Dion, Ed, and the rest of the team are hardworking, honest, and treat your project as though they are building it for themselves. I particularly admire that Dion is upfront about costs, doesn’t try to upsell, and there are no surprises. We would absolutely work with Dion again; he is genuinely a good person and takes excellent care of his customers.

If you are interested in upgrading the outdoor experience around your home we recommend Simes Landscape. They are great at design and build. They also coordinated several other activities we needed completed in association with their work like tree removal, downspout conductors, lighting/electrical, irrigation and gas service.

They worked around some existing structure we had, repairing and replacing where necessary. Saving us significant money on the project. Workmanship is top notch, especially when compared to our builder grade patio. In fact if you look at our patio, you can easily identify what wall sections are original and what Simes rebuilt.

While the building process was messy given 4 inches of rain the day before construction began and several rainy days thereafter, the mud was cleaned up every evening before the crew left. The one day something was left amiss someone was out to correct it within an hour of our call, even though it was a Saturday.

The end product is beautiful! We are loving our expanded patio, walkway, grill station, gas fire pit, and water feature!

Simes landscape was a wonderful company to work with from beginning to end of the project. Dion the owner stands up to his designs and professionalism. We had one little issue a few months after installation of the paver driveway and the "team" came blackout and fixed it and made it perfect!
