The Team at Kleinhenz are great partners with our outdoor needs. Yearly they spruce up our landscaping and perform an exceptional job of cleaning the landscaping beds of weeds, trimming bushes and edging the beds for a professional finish.

They are easy to work with and run a no pressure sales business.

Kleinhenz Landscape does beautiful work. We are so pleased with the results of the new trees and landscaping they replaced. Throughout every step - from the initial meeting to discuss the vision, reviewing the design and through the installation and follow-up, their customer service was outstanding. The plant expertise from Brian the designer is so vast and he was so patient with our questions. Gabe, Brian and the entire team were all so professional and a pleasure to work with. We were referred to Kleinhenz Landscape by a friend who had worked with them. We researched and met several companies before meeting Brian. He was really wonderful to work with! We've lived in our home for 16 years and our landscaping needed help! He worked with us to determine what we like and don't like regarding plants. He listened to every detail! We paid the consulting fee for them to prepare a printed document showing their plans. It was very professional and extremely helpful. You can google all of the plants, but they actually demonstrated them right on the plan with photo images. Brian said if we didn't like any part of the plan, he would work with us until he found what we liked and that's exactly what he did! They did a couple of revisions until we reached the plan we had in mind.
Of course as the "sales person" you would expect him to be friendly but literally everyone we dealt with met us with a smile! Event Colin who did most of the installation work in the August heat! He would be working and if I went to speak with him, he immediately stopped what he was doing and met me with smile to answer my questions.
One of the portions of our project included a stone wall due to uneven ground on the west side of our driveway. When they had laid all of the stone they projected for the project, we were unsure about the way it "ended" and thought it looked awkward. Without hesitation, they brought more stone the next day and continued the wall to meet the driveway instead of trailing off like they had originally shown on our plan. There was no "extra" invoice at the end. They made it look the way it should with no question or hesitation.
Let's be honest, landscape companies can kind of be a dime a dozen. They are everywhere you look! But Kleinhenz is truly professional and they delivered exactly what they said they would, for the price we agreed upon in the timeframe they described. I don't think we could have asked for more!

We were thrilled with Kleinhenz for our large landscaping project. They designed everything inclusive of backyard hard scapes, outdoor kitchen,
landscaping, and up lighting. They addressed our complex ditch drainage as well. Gabe was the consummate professional throughout the entire process, was timely, engaged and detail oriented. We most appreciate his flexibility and openness to our ideas and preferences. We love his design and especially appreciate his plant choices as we see everything coming up beautifully this spring. Gabe has a great team! His people are experienced, hardworking, dependable, and personable. We had a dedicated team for the entire project. Also, we appreciated his project manager who kept the project running smoothly, kept us updated, did routine checks, and was heavily engaged. Our best decision was to hire Kleinhenz! They have also been 100% on top of warranty items, and quotes for ongoing projects, etc. Thank you!

Is it possible to give 6 stars or three thumbs up? We could not be more pleased with the process and results of our project. In our experience most contractors in this space don't listen real well, but Gabe did. When we asked for alternatives to the initial planting plan, we collaboratively came up with alternatives. The execution of the job was fantastic. Shane and Christian were meticulous and exceeded all expectations. We highly recommend Kleinhenz for you project. They will be our go to for landscaping.

Brooke was extremely knowledgeable and collaborative when we were planning our landscaping project. She was always professional, responsive, and she is clearly experienced in the industry.

The team that came out to do the work could not have worked harder. They were very professional and very skilled at their trade. Additionally, they made sure to leave the area neat and organized before leaving for the day, even lining up the wheel barrows neatly. It's refreshing to see the amount of pride they take in their work.

Most importantly, the project turned out better than we could have imagined. Everything they did looks amazing. They edged, mulched, planted trees and flowers, removed a tree and even releveled patio stones. The yard has never looked better. 10/10, and I could not recommend Kleinhenz Landscaping enough.

He was so knowledgable and took all of my ideas and put them on paper for me to visualize. The crew that installed the landscaping were amazing as well. I had Kleinhenz Landscaping install a new patio and steps along with major landscaping. It was a true pleasure working with such a professional designer (Gabe) and his crew (Marcus, Connor, Adolpho and Sean) of wonderful and very, very hardworking installers. Kleinhenz just completed a fabulous patio and landscape install in our yard. They were professional and easy to work with. They gave us recommendations and guidance on design that was best for our wants and our yard and not what was going to make them the most money. Their install crew was great! Our experience with Kleinhenz Landscaping was a positive one. We have a backyard that is not easily accessible and they followed our directions about the acceptable way to manage access, without using our neighbors property. That was important to us. The employees worked very hard and were willing to work with my vision (interior designer with an opinion) on placement of plant material and walkway stepping stones. We are very pleased with the results!

Kleinhenz Landscape does phenomenal work! We were in need of some serious updating to our front landscaping. They did a phenomenal job.
They are everything you might be looking for in a company. They are trustworthy, respectful, timely, professional, and amazing at what they do.

9/12/2018: We had Kleinhenz Landscape back out this year to completely remodel our back living space, and we are again blown away. Kleinhenz Landcaping is our go to provider for anything we might need done with our landscaping. We have had an outstanding experience with them for both our front and backyard design and execution. This is our second experience using Kleinhenz Landscaping. We were very happy with both experiences, beginning to end. They are very easy to work with, complete all work as promised and our costs were very reasonable.

We have nothing but positive things to say about Kleinhenz! Our patio is is everything we have always wanted! The designers helped us create an outdoor living space that met all of our wants/needs and looks amazing! The team was professional, responsive, kind and always on time. We recently used Kleinhenz Landscape to remove a 20+ year wood deck that was well loved but past its prime. We invited Gabe, the owner, out to provide a quote and a plan. He was super easy to work with, a great communicator, understood our ask and came up with a wonderful plan that also met our budget. We had previously met with other companies who quoted outrageous costs and when we asked for an adjusted plan that would fit our budget, ghosted us.

We were delighted with the plans and the fact that Kleinhenz would do the work in the winter once the weather permitted, allowing us the entire spring, summer and fall to enjoy our investment. In about three weeks time, Shane, Marcus, and team transformed our backyard into a beautiful, comfortable and easy to maintain living space that includes a paver patio, fire pit area, lovely softscaping and a cedar privacy fence with a custom built TV cabinet.

The team was awesome to work with - super friendly, very communicative and meticulous about their work. Every day they left the worksite immaculate - even going so far as to hose the driveway and street and made sure no debris went down the storm drains.
