Michael from Technicare did a great job! Arrived on time, protected the corners, got right to work, paid special attention to heavy traffic areas, and the carpets look new again. Highly recommend!

I’m about embarrassed to post my before picture because that huge window was so awful and impossible for me to get to!! I’m THRILLED to have my windows so very clean! They were the nicest, most polite young men and they did our entire house inside and out in about an hour!!

Matt was our technician for the day and he was timely, professional, and took care of our personal items. He took time to walk through, understand where there may he spots of concern, and addressed them upon completion.

I had several carpets, stairs and hallway cleaned plus an upholstered chair. The name of the technician and arrival time was e-mailed with extensive instructions. Everything looked great and was on time.
I noticed an issue with my chair and called. They had another technician come out and figured out and fixed the problem. It was my first time with this company. I’m very pleased and will use them again.

I just had another outstanding service experience with Technicare ... after their initial service, cleaning 4 rugs, we decided to re-clean the carpets before we replaced all the furniture ... NOT BECAUSE OF THE INITIAL WORK .... just out of an abundance of caution
(we have a yorkie!!). Ray, their service manager came today ... he was as nice and professional as Matt ... this is a very impressive organization and I highly recommend them. 5 STARS AREN'T ENOUGH ... 10 STARS!!!!

They woke me up at 9:06 to change my appointment time. Wanted me there at 9:30. The techs were very friendly and did a good job. When I went to pay online I saw they automatically added a 15% tip. This really irritates me. Pay your people enough, don’t expect your clients to pay them. I was satisfied with the job they did but I don’t know if I would use them again.

Technicare representatives arrived exactly on time and finished the job in about 75 minutes, which was great. They moved some furniture, pretreated any spots, and the cleaning was great. They were super helpful and really pleasant and professional. We've used Technicare many times will continue into the future!

Technicare staff handled my inquiry quickly and placed us on the schedule immediately for two couch cleanings. Nick fielded my request and Sarah was quick with responses to set us up. Our technician Matt was very thorough. They brought all the proper equipment to ensure walls and floors were protected. One of the couches had per urine stains in many spots due to the prior owner. The stench was completely gone after the cleaning. The couches are like brand new and we will be back!

Five stars are not enough for the team, Dakota, Lane and Matt. Their crew came and cleaned our chandeliers, ceiling fans and quite a few cobwebs. They were kind, friendly and above all professional. Dakota walked us through what they were going to do and when the job was finished walked us through again to show the finished product. We will definitely use Technicare again.

We had a pet urine accident on our couch. It didn’t stain, but left a slight odor no matter how much we tried to clean it ourselves . Ray with Technicare came out and cleaned the couch. It looks and smells good as new! We are very happy with the service and the reasonable prices! Will definitely use Technicare in the future

AMAZING! Absolutely Amazing! The Technicians were very polite and professional. They explained the process (air duct cleaning) before beginning. When finished, they cleaned thoroughly. Not 1 dust bunny anywhere left behind. I highly recommend them!!!!!

Best carpet cleaners in Columbus, and I have tried quite a few!!! They do an excellent job, we have a dog and they got rid of all the stains and smells that sometimes comes along with having a pet. Not only that, they put down a stain repellent treatment, and it works great for lifting stains!!! We used Stanley Steamer in the past, and they do not even come close to the service and level of cleanliness that I have experienced with Technicare. I am never going to use anyone else ever again! Also, they send an email confirming your appointment with a little blurb introducing who will be cleaning your carpet. Such a nice touch!!! Beyond happy with Technical!!!

Matt did a fantastic job! This company provides outstanding white glove service and prices are affordable. Customer service is stellar at all employee levels - initial contact, updated status, and technician visit.

Scrubbing Buddies has cleaned for us for over 15 year, in 2 different houses….we couldn’t be happier with what they provide. The cleaning is always excellent, the bathrooms are spotless, and it’s always consistently good. The people are wonderful, we love Brenda and her family and Tracy has been amazing in recent years. They never cancel, and they have helped me out multiple times by doing an extra cleaning when we had unexpected company, etc. My friends tell me about their very mixed experiences with other companies, I can’t relate! We will never leave Scrubbing Buddies!!

Several months ago, I decided to suspend my cleaning services with Scrubbing Buddies as I “could just clean myself”. Error…I quickly realized that while my house was clean, it was not “Scrubbing Buddies clean” (and I also quickly remembered that I hate cleaning!). It was great to walk into my spotless house today…oh, how I missed them!!

Highly recommend! We just moved into our new house and wanted it cleaned and disinfected. They did a fantastic job and made our house feel clean!
