I'm a Clintonville resident and have worked with the Scrubbing Buddies Cleaning team for about 3 years now. A team of 4-5 wonderful cleaners come in, work their magic, and make my 2BR/2B house spotless in ~90 minutes.

Communication with both the cleaning team and the home office has always been top notch. They provide a text reminder and time estimate from the team lead the day before and it's VERY consistent, so I can plan my life accordingly. They've never caught me off guard with last minute scheduling changes, which I know can happen with other services. Payment is via check and I'm fine with that because I know CC merchant fees are rough on businesses.

I HIGHLY recommend hiring this team if you want to work with a highly professional, local team.

Like most house cleaners they blow through pretty fast so your decor items might need a little tweaking when they get through, but your house will get very clean. The owner Brenda is very receptive to hear about your issues and to make everything look satisfactory. I highly recommend them.

These ladies did an amazing job!!! Cassie came and did a walk through with me the day before and made it so seamless to work with her with me living out of town. Jo and her crew really took their time with my home, and made it absolutely shine! We hired them for my uncle’s home to get it market ready, he is elderly and hasn’t been able to do a deep clean in some time and they made this home look absolutely amazing! Without a doubt, one of our life's best decisions was to select Crystal Cleaning many years ago and have not regretted it since. A breath of fresh air in today's world!!!

I unfortunately cannot recommend Crystal cleaning. We have used them now for about 4 months and the cleans while never fully thorough, have become increasingly superficial. It appears dirty rags are being used as you can see the smears of dirt and smudge across tables, windows and counters. Floors not mopped after repeated asking. We were promised the same 2 cleaners for 2.5-3 hrs per clean, for our price and that has NEVER happened. We have cameras and see when they come and go. The girls, while ever changing, have always been pleasant to end on a semi-positive note.

Just had TWO of their company vehicles almost crash into me on riverside drive. One cut me off, and the second merged into me, forcing me to lock up my brakes and seer e onto the 6 inch shoulder. They then both slammed on their brakes to turn into a driveway, causing me to skid again and almost get hit by a dump truck behind me. DONT USE!, find a company that puts drivers on the road who know how to drive!
