Had a sudden issue with a broken pipe on a Sunday morning. Chris was quick to answer and within a couple hours was at my house to diagnose and fix the problem. Hopefully this situation never happens again but I would happily go back to Chris for any plumbing needs in the future.

Chris was prompt, came within the time window he gave, and extremely knowledgeable. He did a great job and beat the other services on pricing.

Chris was asked to restructure the internal piping necessary to install an updated outdoor sillcock. The work location was a poorly accessible spot in the basement rafters surrounded by electrical cable runs and overlapping copper pipes. Chris identified an efficient way to work around the obstacles. He patiently built and modified an adapter to get a perfect connection between the old plumbing and the new. While working this issue, Chris noticed other plumbing maintenance problems that had been long overlooked. He corrected these issues as well without requiring an addition to the quote. In the end, Chris left us with a clean and simple solution. He buttoned up ancillary issues and gave us peace of mind in running a tight system. I strongly recommend Chris to tackle all your plumbing needs without breaking the bank.

Chris came out on a Sunday afternoon within an hour of calling him. He located leak, removed dishwasher and helped us find a restoration company. We will be calling Chris moving forward for all our plumbing needs.

Chris did a great job of taking care of us. We had a weak flushing toilet that was actually indicative of a main line clog. Chris was fast and efficient and explained all that he was doing to fix the problem, Which included pulling the toilet and augering/snaking the main line from the toilet drain. Chris was absolutely fantastic! I’d recommend him to anyone! We had an emergency situation and he came immediately, spent over four hours at our house working to help us, explained exactly what was wrong in our basement, thoroughly fixed the problem, found equipment at a reasonable cost, was kind, thorough, and very, very knowledgeable. Metro Comfort installed the original heating and air conditioning in our home and have provided 20 years of reliable and reasonably priced service. Metro have gone out of their way to extend the life of our original systems and replaced our units with good quality and competitively priced equipment. Seven years ago Metro Comfort Systems replaced my air conditioner which has worked flawlessly. They worked with me to find the right solution at the right price. They found time to install within a day when it was in the 90s, in time for family I had visiting that weekend. Now seven years later, this week the air condition stopped working. I called them and they were going to come out the same day to fix it. I however decided to first take a look at it myself. When Jim learned this, he called me back and offered his consultation on the phone at no charge. When we pinned the problem down to the outside fan capacitor that had gone bad thanks to the help of a mouse that had made a nest in the electrical box and electrocuted himself on the capacitor, Jim offered to provide me a replacement capacitor at no charge. Thanks, Jim! Capacitor replaced and AC back to working like new!

Our blower motor kicked the bucket during a cold snap with below zero temperatures. We called Metro after midnight, and Jim was at our home before noon the same day. Very friendly and helpful, and very fair pricing. Our furnace is working again like new. Thank you Metro, we will certainly use you again for any heating or cooling needs!
